My debit card not receiving. Last Dec month I opened account. I went 4 times to get abt my debit card. They saying through courier we Wil send. But already one month ovr. Still I didn't get my debit card. I called speed post head office also. They said complaints to sbi we Wil send again.state bank of Arakonam. Not responding properly. I have bank account with state bank of India balanga odisha branch. Due to some personal work I need a cheque book of my account. When I apply for a cheaque book the manager denied to proceed the book and giving so many excuses.
I have received a call from SBI (Claimed) and they were saying that your account will be redeemed by 7840 INR as reward. They were requesting to share all my card details. Call came from [protected]. It look like fraud. They were requesting to submit my CVV number on IVR. Which they claimed to be SBI IVR. They also claim to have my bank statement.
