I had made payment for full and final settlement in cash as wel as cheque for total amount of rupees 12500 vide RECEIPT NO 4096405 DATED 26/12/2005 BOOK NO 081929, CASH PAID 4500 . AND 3CHEQUES OF RS, 3500 EACH BUT 1CHEQUE is not presrnted by the bank AND I APPLY FOR ANY LOAN CIBIL IS SHOWN SO do tell me what shoud be done even though i have paid the amount and since i was hospitalised for long period i was not able to look into this matter and I am a single person earning with three depends and i am heart paient sob kindly help me to solve this matter, credit card no [protected] my name S.
