State Bank Of India [SBI] — rc non submission fee

Bank charge me rc non submission charges rs 5900. Two instalments 2950 each in may and june month.. Bank ddnt told me about rc submission when i took loan. Yes there was a coloum in which it menssioned rc should submit but time not mentioned. The branch manager ddnt gave time to read whole paper. Despite this he sent me toin a cabin where a girl asked to fill credit card form. After this i went to manager cabin he said loan is ready sign here fast ddnt gave time to read. He said all are normal term and cindition. He said paper of purchasing bill from show room ust submit within 3- 4 days. I submit same in within 3 day. They ddnt aware or ask for rc. My rc was ready wihtin a week..
Now im asking bank. They refuse. They said we cant do its from hq mumbai..

I have applied a credit card application no[protected] a call received on 05 oct by [protected] by sbi executive she told me this call for verification she told sir pls tell ur link up credit card icici bank 16 digit no and after some time a msg received and 10000 amt deducted i told to her she tell amt refund in 24 hrs but still no refund pls

We request you to not mention your personal details & credit card number including PIN, OTP, CVV etc on a public forum or with anyone. Not solved complain and till no reply my money has gone and no one do nothing take urgently action and otherwise i eill complaint in police station
