State Bank Of India [SBI] — recharge not successful | extra charges | |||
I took fastag from paras, there were 2 fastags one for tata hexa and one for maruti wagonr. As per customer care the charges for each fastag were 400 rs. Where as paras charges 500 rs from me for each, and never gave me any receipt of the bill. Also, i did a recharge of 1000 rs. From billdesk (Snapshot attached) the recharge status is still un "confirmation awaited" status, i have tried doing the complaint multiple times but i am unable to get the amount credited into my account. When i ask for returning my fastag no proper solution is provided to me. Sbi also charges 1% extra amount on every recharge from billdesk for no reason in the name of tax. Kindly provide some solution to this and help me in getting my money back, also if possible kindly help me in getting the security amount of the fastag returned and i will close my fastag card, also if possible help me in getting my extra charges returned which were taken at the time of booking the tag.
