State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund amount not received yet | |||
I bought Nokia 7 plus from Amazon.com for the price of 25999 through online debit card transaction but due to damage I returned back to Amazon.com and they refunded my amount and gave me a reference number for it I asked to home branch and they asked me to contact SBI customer care and the customer care said to console with the home branch they asked me to register a charge dispute complaint over SBI of not refunding my account. My Bank account number is [protected] State bank of India kaveripattinam. My Amazon refunded reference number is 733154. please help me to receive my refund amount of INR 25999. You are my last hope.
