[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated by amazon but still not received from SBI to my bank account

Sir, i returned one product to amazon which i purchased from amazon due to some dislike and they refunded me amount of Rs. 658 of the product on 28th Sept. 2021 in my SBI bank.

Even after 10 days the said amount is not reflected in my account. I made several complaint to seller, amazon and even sbi bank but still no solution.

I will attached herewith the screenshot of mails received from seller and amazon with reference number of transaction. I can also attach the statement of my bank account from 28th sept to till date, if you need.

The mistake done by was amazon...they have transferred my refund amount to my old account which was not activate
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I am a regular customer of amazon. I ordered one product but it was out of my expectations so i returned it to amazon and they issued me refund amount of Rs. 658 to my State bank of India, elamakkara branch, kerala. I received a reference number of refund by amazon and product seller. They both said menthat they initiated my amount on 28th Sept.2021. and have to wait for 3 to 5 days so that it should reflect in my said bank account. After waiting for 5 days...i raised complaint that i have not received my refund but the seller and the amazon both sent me reference number and said that they have initiated my refund on the same day. Even after 10 days same problem..my amount has not received me..i complained it to amazon and seller again and again and finally amazon told me to raise issue with state bank of India. Even after complaining to state bank of India they are not bother to do anything or solve this issue instead they said we cant do anything on this matter. So what would a customer do now...they are hanging in between amazon and bank. Sir, i[censored] need reference number of transaction i will give you...kindly solve this my issue, still no response from anyone
