State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund not processed yet | |||
I ordered a sweatshirt from amazon but i returned it because of size matter, so amazon has to refund but still it did not credited to my account. I had chats with amazon and state bank of india. Amazon told me that we have initiated your refund from 18 oct. And they also provided me reference number which they got from sbi. But i talked to sbi and they are telling me that we do not know about this and we are not able to tell you this information. I am a student and 500 rupees is important to me so i want it back so please help me out sir/madam. Thank you!! Was this information helpful? | |||
