Dear Customercare, I need your urgent action on this complaint. I have paid 1512.75/- for two times through punjab national bank rupay Debit Card. Both time payment got deducted from my account but Payment status was shown Failed. Transaction Details: Application Reference Number: 17-[protected] Given Name:VARINDER KAUR Service Type: Reissue Type of Application: NORMAL Fee (Rs.): 1500.00 (for first time) & 1500.00 (for second time) Transaction Date :[protected] mode-punjab national bank rupay debit card PNB Transaction ID: CP79660162 Not able to reach the SBI customer care. I tried calling the number[protected]. But the number is always engaged. It is quite frustrating.
