[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund of sbi life premium delayed

ON 18th Dec I had surrender my term plan policy. The due date for premium was 22nd Dec and due to ECS provision the premium amount got deducted from my account.
Since then I had raised multiple complaints through emails and phones with customer care but haven't got my refund yet.
there is absolutely no accountability as to when my money would be refunded.
Every time I get one response that they are regretted by the inconvenience caused and matter is raised to concerned department.
the complaint IDs are:

and so on...
after raising these many complaint IDs, I haven't received my refund.

4 days passed and still no response from SBI life team.
you guys never fail to amuse me with such lousy service.

I have spoken to my lawyer and as per him, we can approach consumer court for harassment and locallu file police complaint of not returning the money.

I will wait until Friday and proceed with both options if I don't get timeline for refund of my money.
