[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund of sbi life premium delayed | |||
ON 18th Dec I had surrender my term plan policy. The due date for premium was 22nd Dec and due to ECS provision the premium amount got deducted from my account. Since then I had raised multiple complaints through emails and phones with customer care but haven't got my refund yet. there is absolutely no accountability as to when my money would be refunded. Every time I get one response that they are regretted by the inconvenience caused and matter is raised to concerned department. the complaint IDs are: 11718820 11719694 11827680 11848456 11986894 11996077 and so on... after raising these many complaint IDs, I haven't received my refund.
