State Bank Of India [SBI] — Regarding activation of transferred SSA account | |||
Respected Sir, I Md.Daut Ali would like to inform you that my daughter Noureen Akhtar Sukanya Samriddhi Account ( SSA ) bearing Number [protected] have already closed from Post Office Illambazar and transferred to SBI Sukhbazar, Illambazar, Birbhum-731214 (W.B) ( Branch Code-11380 ) . In this regarding post office Illambazar above mentioned account postal cheque with old Passbook, SB10 (B ) Form, KYC document already sent to SBI Sukhbazar Branch near about 2nd week of November for further action at SBI Sukhbazar kind end but after few weeks passed and much time is wasted SBI Sukhbazar branch not completing the formalities to transfer process and when I telephonecally conversation with SBI Sukhbazar Branch Manager he state that it is a new process of transfer account from post office to SBI and he is not concerned about the process thoroughly. However, he also state that our all the bank staffs busy for demonetization process now a days and he will intimate me after knowing the transfer process. In this connection I am e-mail to SBI Sukhbazar on 30/11/2016 but no response / replies yet to received from there. Sir, how long I wait or how I do for complete transfer process and to activate the transferred SSA account and create a new Passbook with carried forward balance from previous SSA account. Your kind assistance in this regard is being solicited and I look forward in much anticipation to hearing from you .
