[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — request to credit the amount rs560 to my sbi account no:[protected]. some fraud people using my phonepe which linked in my state bank of india account

Please find enclosed attachment for ur reference, i would like to put your attention, my cousin have transferred the total amount of _rs:560_ on 31st march, 15th april through phonepey app my registered mobile number is [protected] & my sbi bank account no:[protected].

Still now i didnt receive my money i have requested the bank for help me to solve the issue they not giving me a proper answer.

I have asked my cousin to check her bank for this problem they told me the shock news, that is some other account is linked in my phonepay number that person account also depends to sbi bank they doing fraud work

This above mentioned account person r using my money...

I have collected all details but still no one giving me a solution for my problem phonepee& state bank of the india..

Really i dono y all the customer service r not helping to the customers then y they working in customer support when ask to phonepee they told me to contact bank, if ask to bank they told me to contact phonepee, again phonepee not taking responsible for this even bank also not giving response... Am sooo worried on this case am ashame to use technologies... Am a poor housewife for emergy pupose my cousin transfered the money still i didnt get u people pleaseee help me refund my money...
