State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi credit card department unable to find reference number from 18 september to 20 december | |||
My name is arvind dhivar i am credit card holder of sbi bank. First time i used this card in august month. So i make payment on 18 september from citibank by month of october. Suddenly i come to know that my payment is pending. When i am used again while receiving messages of payment is pending. I call to customer care they book my complaint number. They told me that we will resolve in a week. After week i am asking issue is not resolve now. After few days again make a call so they told me that take enquiry from citibank. From citibank replying me payment has been made on 18 september. Also provided statement on mail. Which is forward to sbi credit card customer care. I had sent two times mail to customer care. They are unable to trace the record from september, october, november today is month of december. They are unable to trace the record. Every month they are just increasing my charges only. But not resolving my issue. When i am calling to customer care every time they are asking for new complaint no. For the same issue and taking more and more time.
