My card is not active, but many times i swiped that card which is not activated. So many times i contacted the customer care that i want tamil language person to communicated. One lady spoke with me acknowledging the details i said the bank. That contact no is [protected] time is 11.58am on 5th august 2017. She asked some otp number and said that is to activate my card. Then i received continuous messages informing my transactions which i didn't do. I contacted coimbatore sbi card branch and issued a complaint on it. Please do concern this issue and refund the credit limit of my card.

This is in reference to your communication regarding above mentioned transaction with your sbi card number 000000*4131.

We would like to share that we have completed the investigation for the said transaction. It has been observed that the transaction has been performed in a secured manner as the same has been validated by your card cvv and dynamic one time password (Otp) over the internet/ ivr.

Further, we wish to confirm that as per our records, the dynamic one time password (Otp) was successfully delivered at your registered mobile number. Transaction alert sms regarding the aforesaid transaction was also delivered at your registered mobile number. Considering all of the above, the liability of transaction in such cases lies with the cardholder.
