[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi home loan and loan insurance | |||
Hi, I had raised multiple queries however i havent received any reply from officials of bank. I am following up on mail, phone however officials are not even bother to respond to mails or phone - Wrong debit : My home loan account was debited for a loan insurance, however my loan insurance account is already closed - Not received a cheque: Received a letter from SBI Life insurance that I have not encashed cheque no. 819533 dated 7th Sept 2018 of INR 1484/- As per letter there was an excess payment of premium and this cheque was issued against refund., however not received any such cheque Every time I have to follow up atleast for couple of months to get resolution even to simple queries and this is my third encounter. Is this a way SBI works??? I highly regret my decision to transfer my home loan SBI. Was this information helpful? | |||

I send 100/- rupees to Raja Sekhar Reddy .100/- rupees debited from my account, but not credited to Raja Sekhar Reddy . I didn't get refund any amount.
