State Bank Of India [SBI] — transaction failed but amount debit from account | |||
On 11/12/2019 booked train ticket through irctc app payment mood phonepe. Due to technical issue from bank side my amount deducted but ticket not booked, So bank should return money but after 10 days they are telling contact phonepe. They will return I inform phonepe is just intermediater, money is debited from my account not phonepe. Both phonepe and sbi bank blaming each other till date, every i call and getting same reply from both side. Now 20 days gone and still i didn't receive any amount, now tell me whose fault Was this information helpful? | |||
