State Bank Of India [SBI] — Transaction failed but my amount is debited
I have done a transaction from UPI my amount is debited but transaction is failed in upi app that phone pe but am the sbi accont holder..i hve done the transaction on 4th january 2017 my amount is 3500inr...niether sbi is listening my complain nor phone pe...refunding my amount..please refund my money as soos as posible..my registered no is
