State Bank Of India [SBI] — upi transferred money not credited to receiver's bank account

I have transferred rs.9000 from sbi to axis bank through phonepe app. Showings transaction successful in phonepe, deducted amount from my sbi account, but not credited to axis bank account. I have talked to phonepe app, sbi and axis bank. Both banks told to contact phone pe, phonepe customer care executive told to contact bank. Then what to do? They are not taking complaint regarding this.

I have transferred Rs.2500 from SBI to AXIS BANK through PhonePe app. showings transaction successful in Phonepe, deducted amount from my SBI ACCOUNT, but not credited to AXIS BANK ACCOUNT. i have talked to PhonePe App, SBI and Axis bank. both banks told to contact Phone Pe, PhonePe customer care executive told to contact bank. then what to do? they are not taking complaint regarding this.
