State Bank of India — worst behaviour | |||
sir the people of state bank of india are behaving very worstly towards customers. if we want to open any savings account or any deposit account we need to stand in que line for long time. if we Newly deposit money in newly opened savings or recurring deposit account.after opening of the account. the bank will not provide passbook for that account to customer. they are issuing passbooks without any branch seal.or manager sign. the branch people are unnecessarily arguing with customers about issuing passbooks and taking lumpsum for issuing new passbook for any account. if a customer needs to visit branch manager. he is behaving most irresponsible on customer. he spokes harshly on customers. if we need to complain to call centre of state bank of india. the call centre people are speaking differently. they are saying the gurunanak nagar branch details are unknown. there is no Such branch available with that name. even if we provide ifsc code also the state bank of india will not exists in vijayawada. such a way the people are playing with customers. i suggest you to take serious action on call centre & manager of state of india Gurunanak nagar. for any details pls contact [protected] Mail id : [protected]@gmail.com Name of bank : State Bank of india Name of branch : Gurunanak Nagar IFSC Code : 0007955 Location : Vijayawada Was this information helpful? | |||
