State Bank of India — Wrong Debit from my SB A/C No.[protected] (Main Branch Bargarh Odisha)

Dear Sir, I had used my SBI ATM for booking a Railway Ticket through IRCTC on 06/01/2015. But the transaction failed during processing of amount. Again I tried for the same and that time also I failed to book the ticket but it is observed that the Bank has debited Rs.538.72 twice although no ticket was issued to me. The particulars of debit as mentioned in the Pass Book on 06.01.15 are POS[protected] IRCTC Rs.538.72 and POS[protected] IRCTC Rs.538.72 respectively. Hence, I request you to kindly rectify the transactions and credit the wrong debit of Rs.538.72 X 2 = Rs.1077.54p at the earliest.
