        I had ordered an "Tenda AC10 1200 Mbps router" worth Rs. 2570. Order no. 17813761. It has been 20 days and there has been no revert from this site. No delivery date or shipping details were provided. Also, money was transferred through Zaakpay.

        Please find the people running this site for cyberfraud.

          Most customers in same boat. I ordered a Resonate UPS on 10th June and even after numerous followups on mails (contact numbers not working), no clear updates from them. Am now resorting to approach the cyber crime team for further action. They seem to be fooling people and operating freely. BE AWARE of this site.

                I had placed order on this website done payment and then i realized this site is fake because they have not delivered the product to me.
                They have given any option to get the refund only following people by giving fake telephone no's which are not reachable.
                If you notice carefully this website does not have option to register to site, no login id password asked, only payments taken.

                Guys 100% fraud website, do not make any payments to this site.

                  This website is fraud and fooling people with taking fake orders. After taking payment though zaakpay an automated reply is received with no delivery date.
                  The customer care numbers are fake and to no avail.

                        I placed an order for the product on their website and made payment through my credit card on 30 may 2020 and i got the confirmation email from them.
                        But after that i tried reaching out through phone but the number is not in service.
                        I have sent 4 mails but did not get response from them for a single mail.

                          Ordered resonate router ups from this site, but not able to track the status of order and not able to reach customer care. I got an sms and email confirmation about the order which says that they will be sharing the tracking details within 48 hours, but haven't got any such information even after that.

                          Main frustration is that they have 5 numbers for customer support and all are temporarily not in service.

                              I have also placed an order on that website (Stayathome.co.in) on 06/08/2020 and received a message from them stating order tracking details will be shared withing 48 hrs.

                              But not yet received any info about my receipt date :06/08/2020 order number: 17822934.

                              All phone numbers provided are not working and the email address given in their website is also unresponsive.

                              Also they are not replying of my email. It seems this is a fraud online store.

                                  I had placed an order on their website for huawei airtel 4g hotspot price rs.2700+51 (Delivery charges) on 6 june 2020 at 5.30pm order no[protected]
                                  And made payment through my debit card and i got the confirmation on my phone stating the we will share order tracking within 48 hrs but still now i have not received any message from them. I also called them in their numbers given in the website the phone no[protected], 20, 21, 22, 23
                                  But since then there is no update from them
                                  I have attached the required documents.
                                  Sir please do the need full at the earliest

                                      I had ordered a wifi extender from the website stayathome.co.in on 13th may 2020. Had paid 2850 inr for its delivery. Was told that i would receive the tracking details in the next 2 days. However i didn’t get any details, also tried contacting them through the email they had provided. Got reply that i will receive my order in a few days. But didn’t get it, so on 28th may i finally decided to cancel my order as the website was a bit fishy as the numbers provided on their webpage weren’t working. Asked them for refund, got the same reply that you will get it in a few days. Didn’t get it still.
