I ordered a reasonate router ups with this fraud company on 6th june by paying rs2042/-and as i didn't receive it for 2 weeks, i started following up with them.
They used covid-19 as an excuse for delay in delivery so i cancelled the order on 21st june. (As if it is only this company which is facing these challenges. I have ordered so many other things online from amazon and flipkart and every item was delivered on time).
I have sent multiple reminders to them for the refund and the irony is i get automated (Pre-set) email responses from them. I lost my patience when the last email i got from them on 11th july saying i should re-think before they move the query to the concerned department. Look at the audacity and heights of professionally coning people of their money.
I am placing my concerns here, so that nobody else get fooled by such crooks.
