I want to bring one company into the notice of consumer forum. Though my paid amount is less than 200/=, but the practice this company has adopted is very serious.
I had placed an order with a company named "Stay at home" on 16/05/2020 vide ORDER Number: 17806563 by paying Rs.156/= online. The product is still awaiting to arrive, though I have sent so many request. Their earlier reply was, " very soon it would be delivered" and now "your money would be refunded soon". This company is still active and advertising for the same product. Though the actual price of the product is much more but the discounted price is kept very low. So that people get attracted towards it and place order.
They know very well that for this small amount nobody will bother and will keep silent. In this process, this company is earning lots of money from the poor customers. So, I request, for public interest this company must be
booked and brought in light and punished.

I sent them mails asking about my order update and in return i always got an automated response mail irrespective of the question i asked. Also the number given in their contact section is always unreachable. Kindly take some strict action against them,
