Last month I had placed the order for Jio wifi product costing 1375 and i had paid by the Debit card and till today i haven't receved the product and i have the record of mails which was interacted, y Stayatjome has sent a mail that my money will be refunded but even that has not happened, I have sent so many mails which is not addressed...

After making payment online got an mail saying that will be sending courier details within 48 hrs . its almost 25 days over no details has been shared and contact numbers also not working . They just write excuses with covid and all . Please help me out to get refund for my order . They just try to do fraud ....

Jiofi not received

I had ordered a jiofi on 10th july 2020 and have not received it till date. I called all the customer care numbers but they are all invalid. I emailed them and received a reply the next day but it had no real information and i'm sure it's a fraudulent site. I would like my money back since i don't think i will receive the product....

Refund for order 17829130 cancellation not received

I have placed order on your website on 18-jun-2020 with order ID 17829130 and even after 20 daybthe order was not dispatched, thus I have decided to cancel the order and requested to refund the amount. But its more than 10 days still the amount has not been refunded. Kindly refund the amount on priority....
