Ordered airtel dongle on 3rd july, ordered i'd: 17839182, did not get tracking number number and no further communication....

Is this a fraud company? How are we and cyber security letting these companies set up and run their fraud in light of the day?

Ordered a product on 21st may, did not deliver due to corona. Sent email for order cancellation. They confirmed cancellation but till now no response about refund status....

I ordered an trimmer from stayathome.co.in bcz they show me low price and then i pay to them and now there are so many days gone but i did not received any product and also their customer care number is fake and so please don't buy from this website this is fraud website...

In regards to above complaint, this fake company didn't bother to either refund or send me my product ordered.

Would like to take legal action so that such fraudulent companies are thought a lesson...

I am requesting a refund for my order since the item has not been shipped even after 3 weeks. I have written to customer service innumerable times but there is no favorable response. None of their customer care numbers work.

I purchased hair clipper for men from this website on 29th may 2020 and made payment to them. [order #17815728] (05/29/2020) after 10 days tried to call them on the telephone numbers given on their web page but all the numbers were discontinued. Sent them an email on 13th june and they replied it giving an excuse of covid19 situation (All other online shopping sites were already delivering by that time.
Now they are neither answering...
