Stayzilla — Refund not done

Booking Id:[protected][protected] i have not received the refund in my bank account, when i try email to their cutomer care i got the below error.

Your message wasn't delivered to [protected]@stayzilla.com because the address couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again.

Can you please tell me the bank transaction details if you had initiated from your end.

With reference to your order id[protected][protected] dated 10-Jan-17, hotel Eleplanyt court thekkady booking canceled on 23-Feb-17.

Now booking not available, how can they cancel at end moment while my entire tour booking done

I had booked Homestay through STAYZILLA the booking is cancelled. They promised 100% cash back but till now I didn't receive any money from them.My
