Hi,

Sulekha.com has been one of my favorite search engine to avail any trustworthy services. I recently got a contact of "Surya Home Health care" through Sulekha, seeing their self rated reviews I had contacted them and tried reaching their office, but we could not find their office finally. They have 3 locations marked in the google but none of them are true, They are actually frauds, they collected booking charges in advance and then there was no one to turn up. They don't pick up calls too, they did not send any caretaker as promised. Rarely they pic calls and then they say they need a time of one month to arrange a caretaker. This is purely cheating. We will wait for a while and surely take a legal action against them.

Very importantly, they have many fake business listing across internet. Infact, there are 3 fake listing in Suleka I found is
1) " Shree Lakshmi Health care $Home Care Services, Gottigere, Bangalore"
2) Ratings & Reviews of Shree Lakshmi Health care $Home Care Services
3) Surya Home Health Care, Gottigere, Bangalore

But they are not genuine and fooling people around. I request you to remove them from your list and save people from getting cheated.

I have a business listed on Sulekha : 'Maths by VPL Sir'. I have shut the business down, so I want to delete this business account so that I dont get any unwanted calls. Kindly delete this account

I had enquired regarding TT services near me on 27th Nov - And one ## called me to check my requirement from Ph no. [protected] And just because i didn't finalized his vehicle he started abusing. Will you take action or should i break his legs and give it to his hand?

I opened account on 12 th March and cash amount of 4720 Rupees given to Agent of Sulekha.
Before opening account they didn't tell about monthly charges 400 Rs.

When I ask for closing account information agent said he don't know anything about it.
After a call of confirmation I heard about it that if you're not satisfied with Sulekha you can close your account within 7days and get full refund.
16th March I got to know from their services that it's not at all working for me and just waste of money and as didn't get a single leade and then mailed sulekha.profile.net about this and got no response.
And requested Incharge to contact me but everything gone waste as they are insisting me not to close account and said continue one month if it doesn't work we will refund you back.
After one month When I called response is little different like sorry we can't refund you full amount as you have spent one month on Sulekha as per our policy so better you continue with Sulekha and many buttering kind of words ( marketing ).
I talk to 2-3 people long hours just to convince them to close my account and In last

Mahesh sir said yes for closing account with deduction of 720 Rupees tax plus 20%of 4000 Rs and I ask that would I get my refund fully back if I apply case in consumer court ??? He didn't reply.

I filled case in consumer forum and case is going.
But these people keep sending me messages and not removing my profile from Sulekha even after sending mails to stop this to Mahesh Ji and they don't refunded even a single penny of mine.

All messages keep increasing my stress again and again.
I m ready to file petition in court but if you are not able full refund my money.
I have waited this much 16 th March 2020 to 24th November 2020 may be case will take time ( how long i don't know) but for sure Court will charge fine on Sulekha.com for mental harrasment.

4700 Rupees I borrowed from someone and give it to Sulekha is my first mistake.

Really you have forgotten ethics this will sure give karma back to you as failure in your business.

I got one mechanic(Name Simon Raj ) for repairing my music system from Sulekha. That guy told to charge 3500 INR and have collected my music System from home . Also i have paid 1500INR in advanced and that got not yet delivered my system yet . I reached Sulekha to trace that mechanic but there is no any support from Sulekha till now . Its more than 2 months . Now my concern is how Sulekha is verifying people ?? Its a very much worst thing how Sulekha is supporting their customer.

Till now no any support from Sulekha.

Im getting very irritated by your services i dont want people to call me every day every time. its getting in between of my studies and its unethical cause im rejecting the calls still they are calling back again and AGAIN. Since no one called me from Sulekha, I'm posting this again.
A broker which I have found from Sulekha.com cheated the advance amount and now he is not picking the phone. Mohammad Muslim Khan is his name and his contact number is[protected][protected]@outlook.in). He showed two flats in Sunrise Prestige, Electronic city as described in the website. He has a number of flat keys with him. He has also sent flat pics of Mjr Clique, Electronic city.

It is very annoying to get the amount of calls one receives, ny number from the site should immediately be removed. today dated 15th November, received about a twenty calls in a span of half hour, kindly please solve the issue.

I booked a appointment from sulekha.com for my hair smoothening . I one girl came at home, told me that Smoothening cost will be 3500/- but later she charged 4800/- and saying company doesn't provide me convenience charges you have to pay me that But whatever price we can adjust my main Problem is she was in very hurry and she did my smoothening in 3 hours, very patcheic experience . I'm hating my hairs now . It's too sticky. I waste my total money . Tomorrow I have to go to the my near by parlour and do my hair wash and then I have to pay extra to them . Never ever go for home services . It's better to take out some time and go to the some professional . They will do better . This entire smoothening is now costing my 7000/-

The girl who did my smoothening her name is Anjali [protected] . I shared her contact information also . So that she didn't cheat you like I cheated by her . This company agreed to deliver my scooter and language within 2 days, But not delivered it till now for 10 days with multiple excuses. Right now even not responding to calls .
