I had requested for RTO agents in Bangalore and got a contact from Sulekha. His name is Sudheer Kumar from Drivolic Solutions. He is a fraud person. I've paid him (Thirty One Thousand Five Hundred ) Rs.31500/- advance ) for my Car RC renewal. It has been almost 6 months. He's not picking up my call and not replying in WhatsApp. He has taken my Original RC and after receiving the full payment he has disappeared.
