      Aquaguard repaired by ur team yesterday I.e 03/11/20 at 6.30 pm
      My eureka forbs water filter was repaired from technician but I am not getting the filtered water and the leakage is over flowing
      I called ur team to stop leakage but now they have made to over flow water from filter
      This is service u provide
      And I got replaced with pump and two filters but it is gunine

          I had requested for RTO agents in Bangalore and got a contact from Sulekha. His name is Talari Sudheer Kumar from Drivolic Solutions. He is a fraud person. I've paid him (Thirty One Thousand Five Hundred ) Rs.31500/- advance ) for my Car RC renewal. It has been almost 6 months. He's not picking up my call and not replying in WhatsApp. He has taken my Original RC and after receiving the full payment he has disappeared.

          A broker(Mohawhich I have found from Sulekha.com cheated the advance amount and now he is not picking the phone. Mohammad Muslim Khan is his name and his contact number is[protected][protected]@outlook.in). He showed two flats in Sunrise Prestige, Electronic city as described in the website. He has a number of flat keys with him. He has also sent flat pics of Mjr Clique, Electronic city.

                        I am a doctor, working for a prestigious Medical institution in Chennai.
                        I appointed a cook 1 week back for my home usage, through Sulekha, through Mala Sampath Agency, Madambakkam, Chennai, ph: [protected], [protected].
                        Before we appointed her for the job, we had discussed all our requirements and the cook had agreed to comply with all our needs.
                        But on the second day of work, I noticed that she was physically unwell and on further probing, I came to understand that she has some serious unattended health/heart problems, that could make her unfit to take up such assignments.
                        Even the agency has been kept in dark about the cook's health issues.
                        When we probed her further, she decided to leave the job and go back home.
                        As we had spent much on her COVID test and Chest CT (which was agreed upon initially), I requested her to at least work for a few days until the agency finds a replacement, so that at least the initial expenditure cost has been adjusted.
                        She has also obliged and decided to stay back until Tuesday and formally get relieved.
                        The purpose of this message is to highlight the serious health condition that she is in now, which might endanger future recruiters if she falls ill.
                        I request you to educate all these agencies to do the basic evaluation and assessment before assigning jobs to them.
                        As she decided to leave the job within a weeks' time, and as the agency could not find an equivalent replacement, I am taking the help of other known persons to find another replacement. I have told the agency that it may not be possible for me to pay for the service that the cook has provided us so far, as we are already at a huge loss because of her ill health and inability to work.
                        Please discuss with the agency and do the needful.

                            This is suganya nattamai from Chennai .I started catering services (Soni sungudi catering) at anagaputhur pammal Chennai 600070 .my fssai number [protected] my GST number 33KJUPS0153K1ZK ..
                            I got continues calls from sulekha marketing team (marketing executive name Maha mobile number [protected] )to get catering requirements leads through sulekha advertising company. she promised me that 270 rupees for verified and confirmed leads from our area..
                            I agreed and paid Rupees 10620
                            On 18/09/2020 ..
                            Sulekha company starts to giving me leads from all over Chennai ( not even single leads from my surroundings within 10kms)
                            1) while I calling customer for getting orders they will not attend (cause my number goes as spam by sulekha or what I don't know)
                            2) or line might be busy with other caters
                            3) customer said will call back me later ..and never I will get calls from them (it means not interested just only enquiry)
                            4) sulekha company apps ask to call customer for multiple times to get orders ..is it good to call someone for multiple times as irritating..
                            5) sulekha company feedback goes to error

                            Sulekha company gave me 44 leads more then 18 to 28 kms far from my catering company.. in that only 2 leads I got converted rest all not converted cause of distance, not interested, only enquiry, requirements of other types of food, phone not picked up, already booked by other caters etc.. only 2 leads converted for totally 6000 rupees(2800 and 3200) ..

                            Now the company said me all my 10620 rupees was finished and they said themselves that they gave successfully leads which was not converted to me ..
                            I complained to sulekha team they said I have to give immediately feedback within 24 hours to scrap the lead (this they didn't said me before taking my money and even they didn't intimate this instructions)..my question is if customers ask me to wait for the call back after 3, 4 or a week how should I scrap???and if the customer didn't attend my call after I waited for 3 days ..how should the lead got scarp ?
                            I call all the sulekha team there is no use and also I call the marketing executive who showed sulekha she never pickup my calls (maha laksmi [protected] cause her work was done took my money )
                            I have all voice recorded I can also submit if needed ..
                            Kindly request to help me to get my money back ..or I need leads for I paid ..

                              Respected Sir Ma'am,

                              We have taken service from your last 29 Feb 2020 invoice number is [protected].

                              We have received a call from Archana and documents submitted to Vighnesh ([protected]) and orraly showed fake data of the clients. Before taking this service, I personally had asked Mr. Vighnesh that if am not getting the leads then will you refund my money? he had said that you definitely. I have not received any leads from few months. Now I want all money back on the same account which I have paid you.

                              I have sent an email but did not get any reply as well. And Mr. vighnesh is not giving any team leads number as well to talk about this issue.

                              Respected sir, please help to get my hearten earn money back from this fraud company. They are just charging a monthly fixed amount and not giving any specified leads.

                              I have not yet got any reply from Sulekha.com Looks like they are still thinking how to refuse refund. Thats the real reason.

                              I have not yet received any updates regarding my refund and no email from Mr. Harshal and Archana ma'am. In this situation What should I understand that you are paying me back or not? Or my money will go west in just paying monthly charges only I will keep writing emails to you.

                              Sulekha.com Complaint Status Update [ID: 2726045]

                              I have been following up but not getting any updates from sulekh.com they have taken money in the name of giving leads and last almost seven moths they have given only three lead. Before I take this service I have asked more than ten to fifteen time regarding the area which I have taken. Their executive was told me that there are many leads then how come last seven months only three leads I got it.

                              I had mentioned this point to Archana Ma'am and I clearly mentioned that I want a refund because you are not eligible to give leads in the selected areas.

                              But you have been taking monthly charges without giving any leads and my balance will get over just paying their charges. Then What is the use of taking this service?

                              I have been asking for a refund but nobody is ready to reply to my email. They should not have told me that this fake data and asked me to take this service.

                              Dear Sir / Ma'am,
                              I had a conversation with Archana ma'am from Pune. I asked her regarding the updates about my issue. She said that " You will get a call from the Chennai office then only your issue will get resolved" She also did not get any reply from the head office for her email nighter I received any reply to my email as well.
                              Looks like Chennai office is also not interested to refund my money because they also know that this is called cheating had taken place here with us (while providing the services). Sulekha.com is just earning from taking monthly money from the clients without providing the leads. Sulekha.com is selling their services with fake data before buying the services but not able to give service at all in our selected area.
                              Waiting for your reply and refund as well.

                              At last, I got a call from Chennai today and that executive had a talk with me regarding the issue. and He also agreed that Sulekha.com's executive (Vighnesh Chodari) from Pune has sold the service. He was aware that this service is not available in the area. which, I am asking still, he gave me fake data and commitments and sold this service.

                              After calling from Chennai that executive was also very surprised to see the data of my account and gave me three days assurance to solve this long pending issue.

                              after calling more than 50 times to every branch of Pune and Chennai and more than 15 to 20 emails to the company and raising the complaints through the application as well. Additional mental tress and tension are bounce. It is solved after a long struggle.

                              At last, got a refund...
