      Dear sir/madam, few days back i am provided list of ca located in bihar and i contacted one for the related work. I inquired about some legal aspect and requested for legal support and guidance. The ca asked rs.9, 999/- for the complete service and at initial phase asking for rs.5, 000/-. For the sake financial safety i paid rs.2, 500 and rest after completion of process, i informed him. Meanwhile ca has already acquired digital signature certificate and for the remaining process taken all needed documents. Now ca - mr. Prakash singh - [protected], firm's name - shantayai business solution pvt. Ltd., not picking up calls and stop responding. I have been trying him to talk for last couple days and he is avoiding call.
      It is to request for quick action against him and protect my personal data from misuse.

          @sulekha,
          This is veeranarayana gangolu opted service from sulekha for related to rto to get driving licence. I received call from mr. Bhargav kumar, kphb colony_kukatpally, kukatpally, hyderabad. Phone# [protected] and contacted for driving license more than a month ago and paid an amount of 2500/- as an advance.

          The problem starts here, he is not responding at all to my calls. When i am contacting from other phones he responding and saying it will done tomorrow, day after tomorrow like that but the work is not yet initiated.

          Ridiculous service from sulekha. Frustrated.

            I have request to shuleka for close my business account and refund my amount.. Request send more than 10 time but no one responded and till now not refunded... Sales person told me monthly 10 to 15 leads but last 3 month only 1 leads came that lead also just enquire customer. But 200 debited my shuleka account every month. Sales persons fakely sale to me so kindly resolve my problem and refund my amount

                    We purchased a product to list our property on sulekha for which we paid an amount of approx 9500. The representative was very nice until the product was sold, post which he didn't help us post our add and stopped answering our calls. We have been trying to get intouch with him after we have paid for the service, but no response. Nobody is helping us list our property adds, neither is anyone refunding us the amount.
                    I have called the customer care and have been mailing them since the last week, but i havn't received any response from the company.

                    Horrible service. Companies like sulekha are thugs in the corporate form.

                          I enquired for 24 hour maid through sulekha. I got a call from a manpower service person shiv kumar who agreed to provide me a full time maid. I paid him 8000/- advance through paytm. He assured to get covid test of the maid done and then will send the maid.

                          But now he's not responding... Blocked my number and not responding... I asked him to refund my money but he's not responding.

                          Pls help... It's very urgent... I expect sulekha to intervene so that i get my money back

                                      This guys are fake..
                                      After making the payment they are not responding us as we are not getting the leads that we supposed to..
                                      We complained many times on mail but no reply. We are calling them to refund our amount and cancel our memebership since a month but they are not picking our calls even... They don’t provide the service what they committed bfor making payment. These guys are making fool everyone to get them registered with them.
                                      Their customer care does not exist as well.
