Dear sir,

I posted my requirement for ac service at sulekha.com on 6th april and same day a person name santosh ([protected]) called me to fulfill requirement of ac service. We discussed about terms and conditions over the phone and he came back on 8th april for ac servicing. First day he filled the gas and took rs.2000 for the same and given three months of warranty. But as cooling was not happening, he came back next day and change capictor and took another rs. 500. Still cooling was not proper and i doubted that gas is leaking. I called him again to come and check as it is in warranty time and it is not repaired properly. Firstly he said that he is coming but now, he has blocked my number and not replying.

I trusted him as he is a registered mechanic at yout site. I paid rs. 2500 and still it is not working.

Request to take action against him and either return my money back or do the servicing properly.

Dear Team,

I received a call from your team member and after having a doscssion with technician, he assure that he would come today but I waited full day and in between I called him too, but he did not arrived.

12 days have been since I made payment to your technician. AC is not cooling and its so hot in delhi specially my flat which is top floor.

From the very beginning, he was aware that he has not done work properly . He is such a fraud. I trusted him on the name of Sulekha.
Now, I am going to call some other technician. I paid santosh Rs 2500.

Request you to kindly refund the abovesaid paid amount so that I can complete the repairing work.

Thanks a lot for all your support. You havr excellent cutomer care service.

Dear Team,

Since last three days, your executive is in contact with me and technician. Everyday, technician promise to come but he never arrived. Now, 14 days have passed and still I am suffering.
He has willfully done improper work that's why he is not coming. He knows his fault very well and avoiding to come and fix it.

It is more than enough waiting. I really appreciate the response from your team. Request you to kindly facilitate reimbursement of Rs.2500 which I paid to him so that I can take help of other technician.
Delhi is really hot and I am living on top floor which makes me more vulnerable in this heat.

I would like to thank all you support in this regard. Kindly do the needful.

Dear Team,

Satosh cam yesterday after so many followup and repaired AC. It was cooling. I told him again and again that please check it properly. Only one day has passed and ice has started frozing in front panel which means it is leaking.

He is not doing his work properly. My AC is good quality. It is Hitachi brand and only 3 years old . If we do servicing properly, it can not be damage again and again.

He knows it very well and due to anger and frustration he has not done his work properly.

Kindly allow me to call a technician from outside and let me fix the problem. Then only we will know what wrong he is doing with AC and will get refund of amount from him.

Dear Sir,

As I shared with you that my AC is still not working. From very second day, gas leakage started which resulted freezing ice on front. When I called Santosh-technician regarding the problem, he told me to change coil. I asked him that you are not properly repairing the leaking point . You are not using compressor machine for pressure maintaining which is important to find leakage in coil. He told that it takes too much time so he will not use it.
It shows how casually he is doing his work which is creating lots to problem to me.
If I call some other technician from outside to fix the provlem, he will charge for it.
Will you please tell me who will pay the extra money?
I belived on your name which costs me a lot.
It would be nice if you can refund Rs.2500 so that I can fix the problem from someone else.

    I made an account on sulekha.com for yoga classes services long time back. After keep receiving many calls from sulekha for business account. On 12th march 2020, i attended call and i agreed for business account and in evening agent came to collect money.
    After that i don't get leads even after that they cut down amount of one lead that is even not converted. I felt cheated and
    Mailed on 16 th march on myprofile. Sulekha.net and got no response.
    After that i requested customer help then they said i don't know about business.
    I requested again and again to close the account and they keep insisting me to hold the leads even when i said i'm not satisfied with their service. I'm getting this number of people by my own. Please close my account and proceed for refund.

    I have taken case in Consumer court to resolve the matter. (I had informed them to close account within 4 days of opening account that I'm not satisfied. They are repeating same thing again and again..take leads and offers and all.) In Parallel with consumer forum, I requested for call back from support. When they called they said you need to make next person (that will call you after me)agree for your refund. I do it that person gave me many offers that just wait and continue, atlast I ask for procedure to close the account. He explained that 20% of net amount they will cut off plus tax. So less amount will be received by you and it will take more than a month better you continue. Then I said please proceed for closing my account. I'm not at all satisfied with your service. It's 25th September 2020 still they are not closing my account not even responded on my legal notice sent by consumer forum. Next step I have to take is to file petition. case is not resolved yet from March to till date of sep.

    I have not received any lead and now they are telling they will cut 20%of 4000 + tax (720rs).
    I will never advice anyone to Sulekha.
    They have no ethics. These people are really cheaters.

        I have active basic package, & than after no one lead reccived than after i have call of customer support thay will reply me our excutive talk with you than after bussiness head come & say this package is not for the given you leads you have upgraded, and i have also upgrade in the week 2 times as per comtiment with bussiness head, than after 2 days he will talk me extra payment i have not given than pakage is not active i have paid to 20th march than after i have talk with customer refund my payment because the my pakage is not active i have call to 25th march than after no one call i have to know for the lockdown issue but automatically active the pakage than i have also talk with customer care & this time all employees are not process to refund my amount all are say with deduction what the discussion in this case sir i have not able with running your company because of your all employees are fraud

            Dear sir/madam,

            I have registered my business on sulekha.com on 7th march, 2020. At the time of registration, they don’t tell me about monthly platform charges of rs.200/- monthly they will charge. After 2 days when they gave me welcome call in that time i came to know. After that from 9th march to 15 march, i received 13 leads out of those 10 are irrelevant means coming from far away. I stay in byculla and leads were from nalasopara, mira road, kandivali. That time i tried lots of time and told them about irrelevant leads. After lots of efforts, they refunded me that 10 leads amount as a bonus.

            Now as a current situation of lock down and 30 days not completed for registration i called them on 15 th march for cancelling my subscription and refund me as per their terms and conditions. But their refund officer said me you can not get refund for your personal reason. I insisted him show me in your terms and conditions that refund is not possible and also i told him that this lock down is not my personal reason.

            Now their executives trying to convince me not to cancel and they will not charge mpc (Monthly platform charges). While i am saying that give me in writing on mail that either you refund my money after deductions as per your terms or conditions or you won’t charge me mpc until and unless lock down get over.

            Today one of their executive called up me again he said that leads was not irrelevant and you failed to convert it. Even we refunded it and also said that this lock down will not continue for 12 months. His tone and attitude forced me to loose my patience.

            I always told them whatever you giving commitment, give me in writing on mail.

            But instead of giving me in writing, they are calling me and irritating me that how i am wrong and they are right and not ready to refund my money or giving in writing on mail about exemption of mpc.

            Kindly note that in their terms and conditions, after 30 days there is no refund. Means they will delay till 7th april and then they won’t give me refund. And because of this i will loose my money also i won’t get business because of lock down.

            So requesting you please look into the matter and help me out.

Is [protected] I have taken a prime package in Suleka but leads are delivered 5to 7 mints late for which I raised a complain but Hyderabad office is not receiving calls nor interested in my complaints... I tried a lot of time someone named Krishna called me from Suleka and talked very rudely...

                  I got call from nav kranti movers guy through sulekha website for household items shifting. He initially on phone informed one price and after collecting my goods and after reaching goods to his office he is quoting triple price of that. And on his letter head visiting card whatever address he mentioned thats wrong. He doesnt have office there and he is warning us if we dont make payment whatever he billed he wont deliver our goods.
                  And he is not giving office address neither returning our goods. We informed him will make payment once he delivered the goods as we cant trust these guys because they are cheating people like this and on what basis we can make payment without delivering goods.
                  These fraudsters are not explaining about all charges till they pack and start for delivery. Once they start for delivery they are making money with our helplessness and situations.
                  Sulekha lost trust of people and encouraging fraudsters like this. If sulekha cant take action on these people its really playing with people's trust. We need an answer from sulekha management.

                      I opted for sulekha service for my ca profession to grow my business but their sales person told at the time of joining that any lead which was not converted due to reasons like customer already taken service from someone else or he is not interested then for that lead they will give money back with in 3 working days, but lead that was not converted due to customer not want that service on 14.03.2020, that lead neighther scraped by them nor any amount returned by sulekha.
                      Very poor service of sulekha and even staff is also not responding.
                      For second lead also that received yesterday but due to app issue app not working already i emailed to their customer care they replied today and when it started i show that lead and called to customer, customer replied he already taken this service, so i had given feedback that lead not converted due to job already done from someone else, then sulekha showing that, you are late in reply but lead is genuine so you will not receive money back as per telephonic conversation with customer care person and screenshot also attached, if app is not working is not our fault right, so why i cant get my money back? Sulekha is doing only cheating as per my personal experiance. Its my request to sulekha please cut only that money that is genuine dont cut for not converted lead due to such issues else instead of business grow our business will be in loss.

                            Sulekha lost trust of people and encouraging fraudsters like this. If sulekha cant take action on these people its really playing with people's trust. We need an answer from sulekha management.

                              I contacted sulekha company for maid services for full time at home but i got a person without company 's help. No longer wanted their services.. I just wanted remove my account i tried doing that but mean while these company people are crwating soo much of disturbance with msgs abd calls.. Am very much vexed with calls and emails from sulekha company.. Delete my account and number... Its causing me so much of disturbanc in my wrkng hours.. Pl delete it.. Permanently

                                Based on sulekha tele calls, i had sent to rk advt in vaishali, ghaziabad, fliers for insertion in newspapers and booklets for hand distribution. Two parcels reached him mr rahul singh on 28 feb. As on today, job hasn't been done. No reply to what's app messages which he clearly sees. Remaining in out of station and self based at chennai. I am scared whether the agency and agent are genuine.

                                  I've requested for RTO agents in Bangalore and got a contact from sulekha, He seems fraud. I've paid him 2600 advance for 2 wheeler and its been a month the LL slot itself is not booked He's bot picking up my call and not replying in WhatsApp. Tomorrow I'll go to police to lodge a complaint against him with his Aadhar Card details I've. Please ask him to initiate my refund

                                    Arunprasath from shades, who is a registered agency in sulekha has collected 5000 rupees for buying material for carpenter repair work on 7th march. Soon after collecting money, he is not responding to call. Looks like his intention was to cheat and i believe he is a fraud. Request sulekha to look in to the issue. His number is [protected]. No idea how to sort this issue.

                                    I am sure he must be doing this with many others also.

                                      Sir am ravi from ekkatuthangal chennai. I have given order to mr. Rajesh dr builders to construct my house last april 2019. I have paid total amount before 1 month from the agreement date. But still work pending and no response from his side. Around 1.0 lakh rupees cheated and work also pending. Please arrange one meeting for this issue and solve this problem.
