But till now they have not given a single lead. Its more than 10 days since we as a company purchased that package. Both of them are not responding. Please take action.

      Dear sir,
      I am a client of your esteemed company for more than 10 years. But this is first time i am feeling like cheated from your companay. I was promised for 500 leads and only 270 was delivered. I have been pursuing your compnay for last more than 20 days but no result. I was supposed to renew the contract but because of this issue i could not proceed further.

      Kindly solve the matter as soon as possible or so that i can continue my relationship with sulekha.com failing which i would not have any option except copmplaining in cousumer court and start a crminal proceeding u/s 420 and other sections of ipc for cheating and breach of trust.

            Dissatisfied with the service. Sidhee parlor sukhrawar peth pune, she has charged mi double for her own mistake and totally dissatisfied the beautician lady know that my hairs are to dry and after applying first cream she understood that the hairs haven't got the straight and even she told mi that the product is for 1900 and when i searched online it was for just ruppees 900 this is how you provide the service i am suggesting you do not refer sulekha ever... Totally disappointed

              I booked construction builder through sulekha.com name nr builders, but he taken my money & not completed his work. He left the work in between the construction stage & didn't response my phone call. It makes me huge loss & also mentally disturbed because of his behaviour. Nr builders eng. Name ramachandra raja, he is a cheep third grade guy taken my money & not fully constructed my house. I need want to return the money from him.

                  Contract has signed for 3 locations in miracle.
                  Hyderabad (S. R. Nagar) - 2000 leads, amount is 50000
                  Hyderabad (Kphb) - 1000 leads, amount is 25000
                  Bangalore -1000 leads amount is 25000
                  And when i book this contract i got above info from your sales team
                  For more details i am attaching business proposal go through that once.

                  S. R. Nagar is mine and kphb & bangalore business is running with partners, so combinely we book this contract.

                  And
                  In conference call chennai people provide different info that's why i rejected that 3 times.
                  After that usha called me and she force me to accept what ever info they were in con call, she said later she & her team will change that info internally.
                  But i refuse her words many times, but finally calling many times and personally she visited my office then i accepted, because last year chandra prakash also did same thing and he fulfill his words.
                  In concall they did not explain keywords and price of each lead why because usha already motivate them as per her convenient.
                  And your staff is saying you got purchase order. Purchase order i got after fraud and that to it wont come to my mail. It goes to diff locations.

                  Once contract activated i found there is many mistakes.
                  1) s. R. Nagar is there in miracle with almost wrong key words.
                  2) kphb & bangalore is not there in miracle (But money paid for miracle).
                  So i called many times but there is irrelevant info from them.
                  That's why i told first stop the contract and recorrect every thing and start leads.
                  But sulekha staff did not listen my words and they continue.
                  After i came many times to your office, they stop to send leads and they failure to solve the issue..

                  Now my partners putting more pressure on me to pay their money back or leads as per commitment,
                  So as per your advice i am sending a mail to you,
                  At least first close my partners amount from sulekha side or if its required take the amount from usha salary because she cheated me lot.
                  And once my partners issue close i will discuss about s. R. Nagar contract as per your suggestion.

                  Or as per commitment provide me 4000 leads or pay my complete money 1, 00, 000 back.

                      I had registered in sulekha.com for some query. Since then i am getting too many calls at all times of the day. They have no regard for time.

                      I tried deleting my account or at least to remove my number from the site but its not possible.

                        Dear team,

                        We have been approached by sulekha team for generating leads for our products / services. They have given a fake statistical report of last 30 days leads flow (Which we came to know after we started using their services).
                        This fake report was given by josmine (A manager of sulekha from chennai) when one of the representative who visited us to explain the services has connected a call to her manager to discuss in detail. That was josmine (The manager to fake out the details.)

                        1st fake promises by josmine (The manager) on 9th sep 2019 (Approx): about 150 enquires for website design and development from vizag, vizayanagaram and srikakulam. And 70-80 leads for bulk sms.
                        Impressed with the lead flow we availed their basic package (Prime package) of 6, 000+18% gst=7, 080 inr

                        After about 15 days we were not much satisfied with the lead flow. When we spoke to our account manager (Jyothi). She came with a new story. The story goes as below:
                        "we are in prime package so we will be only 50-60% of the leads also because we are limited to vizag only so we are getting less leads.
                        She suggested to go for prime plus with multi city whole andhra where we will be getting 100% leads from whole andhra for our product/service enquiry in sulekha.
                        Again a execuitve visited and explained and jyothi promised to get a guaranteed leads of 130-150 leads a month and she started doing a followup.
                        A followup of more than 10 times a day with unknown numbers. Finally after her assurance and promise we have gone for prime plus package at cost of 20, 000+ 18%gst=23, 600"

                        After using 15 days in prime plus we hardly received atlest 10 proper leads in a month.
                        Right from nov 1 to 30 nov we are approaching to resolve the problem or to refund the payment as they said if we dont like the service they refund the payment by deducting the platform charges of 300 inr/month and the cost of the leads which they shared to us.
                        After raising the complaints for refund. Mr. Khalid has spoke to us and again gave a fake promise that he sorted the things and now we will be receiving 5-6 leads per day but as usual nothing happened after that and he as usual stopped picking up the call.
                        Josimne the manager met us on 21st-nov and promised to sort out the things max by 23rd nov 2019. But after that she also started not to respond for the phone calls and started being rude. I must say very very rude. Dosent fit to be a employee. Forget about being a manager.

                        But:
                        1. Neither they are refunding the payment
                        2. Nor solving the problem
                        3. Nor responding to the call (Jyothi, josmine, khalid)

                        Important information:

                        1. Josmine number: the manager of sulekha, chennai ([protected], [protected], [protected])
                        2. Jyothi number: account manager of mine ([protected])
                        3. Khalid number from refund team ([protected])

                        Also i am attaching the order confirmation mail and documents which they sent for e-order. Every time we talk to them they come up with their new terms and conditions.

                        Also we can share all the voice call recording which took place between me with jyothi, khalid and josmine right from sep 10, which will help you to understand how much fake and fraud business they do.
                        Whenever we talk to them they always say it is a dialer and recorded call so whatever they say is genuine. Also we have raised ticket in their business app for less lead flow and refund but they dosent care at all. They come up with one common story line "now we have updated the things, from now your lead flow will increase"

                        I request the team to take a strict action against them, so that no other company/individual are looted by them.

                        Dont fake the things. I didnt receive any call for solution. The CSE gave a call just because i raised a ticket in Your App for refund.

                        Be clear and transparent. You people dont understand the soft words. and when customers use valgur words you people start saying customers are not decent. You better understand it.

                        Come with a Solution on refund or give a proper service but dont fool people and do fraud business.
                        Please deactivate the number, i am getting many calls and its irritating.

                          I was in contact with someone named anaya kumar from a room ad in sulekha. The person reached out and told me they were at their sister's wedding and we can make the deal via email and she will mail me the keys etc.
                          Something didn't feel right and i researched more on consumer complaints and found the same exact issue / scam from a few months ago.

                          I am attaching the screenshot of the sulekha ad, email communication with me as well as the previous complaint.

                          Please take immediate action and proactively prevent scammers like this taking advantage o[censored]nsuspecting renters.

                                      This is to inform you that i was registered a request regarding paste control in sulekha.. And aps paste control contact me for tha same on 23rd october 2019.. They charged me 900 rs including 3 free service in a years.. Also they told me that they will take follow up after 15 days.. But nobody contact me or follow up the same.. When i was tried to contact them no was not reachable.. Then i mentioned a review comments on aps page on 16th nov.. They contact me and said sir please delete review i will arrange person to visit you home.. As a human i forget everything and mention positive comments on aps page on 17 nov but after 2 days they not sended any person for service.. I would like to request you kindly refund my money @900 rs as charged by aps paste control.
