I had registered in sulekha.com for some query. Since then i am getting too many calls at all times of the day. They have no regard for time.

I tried deleting my account or at least to remove my number from the site but its not possible. The persistent calls are a problem.

I have tried calling their customer support but nothing is reachable.

Please help in resolving this issue.

People are calling me at any time without any consideration, even if i tell them that i am not interested they are calling again. Every time they call me using a different number. Hi team i am getting leads from out of service area and when i scrapped, backend support team rejected ans says its genius this is various serious issues in terms of cheating in leadsi spoke to customer care multiple times and sales person nisha from pune but still not action so far , can someone looks in to this issue asap
Hope sulekha will maintain the quality and dignity

I have made an advance payment of rs 5000 to rajdhani tours and travels, shahdara branch. I made the booking with the travel agent with the following details:

I happened to speak to someone on [protected] at 7.06 pm today regarding registration on one cost audit portal with a promise at least 25 inquiries last week. I told him call me next week "will see"... He is pestering me twice in the morning and now twice and he had the audacity to tell me do not disconnect the phone... You are deliberately doing it..

I had registered my phone no. For some educational inquiries but now i keep getting calls from different institutes and it's very disturbing. I want to delete my account and my phone no. I don't want any phone calls from any institution or classes. I just wanted to inquire about it and now i am being disturbed throughout the whole day for the same.

Sulekha team has used my name in a listing of a shop in contact person name

I have registered for a pg requirement which is served and i get calls now from people
And i don't understand how to remove my details from it because i have not registered at that time of posting my requirement. Now that my purpose is fulfilled i don't want to receive any more calls and messages regarding.

This regarding computer repair engineer named newton george who came from system care computer from sulekha on 28th oct'19. I had raised query for my computer repair in sulekha and this person came to my house. He told me that he works in kurla and stays in nalasopara. He was also wearing his company id card. Checked my computers for 2-3 hours and after checking asked me to pay rs 1000 for service as he told he would need computers parts to repair and will bring it next day. I paid the amount considering he is genuine engineer sent by sulekha. Since last one week i have been calling him but does not pick up phone and switched off. Now it seems that he has cheated me taken my money without repairing my computer. He had also contact me on whatsapp and this is his number [protected] on that day for which i have attached screenshot of conversation. I have been trying to reach him since then but there is no response from him and he is now disconnecting my number.

How does sulekha validate their engineer if it us genuine or fake? This is clear case of cheating done by engineer working for sulekha.
I am surprised that he is still keeping his number active and so easily cheating innocent customers in india!!!

Request authority to take strict actions against sulekha for cheating their customers and block this engineer for any further visit so that other customers do not get cheated by this fake engineer!!

Expecting positive response from the concerned authority.

A lady called bishaka from park duggar said she has vacancy in her flat and her num[protected] i said i'm interested in the vacancy she said i need pay 2000 for blocking the room to visit the flat she didn't even return money after i said i will not be taking flat as it's not at all. Photos she uploaded is entirely different from reality. Please take action so that these kind of people will not cheat others in future. People who read this please be careful of some frauds.

I am an makeup artist the sales person saraswati gave me promises like i will get leads from the next day of registration and one month passed till not got an single lead but monthly rental is getting detected without fail. Sales manager is just redirected to register complaints and support team said they will. Call back which never happened..in between one sales person called and asked me to upgrade to premium account so that i will get leads for 100%.. Which is again a fake promise. Sulekha business app is no way benifits us. Totally waste of time and money.

I had got a call from sk electronics regarding my washing machine repair request. They asked me to not say yes to any other engineer for repair as they guaranteed visit by 12 and repair. No one visited till 12 and then stretched time to 4. I had to miss office because of them and the work got delayed and i had to call other engineers. Such people should be blacklisted as they lack service ethics. This is the first time i tried completely on sulekha and failed.

I had given my laptop to akhilesh laptop repairing center patna. My acer laptop was having problem that only touch point working. Keyboard function was not working.
I was assured by akhilesh laptop repairing center that it will be repaired. I had given my laptop for repair. Then i kept calling laptop technician for details but no response. Always phone switched off. Then after about 20 days later this guy called me that laptop couldn't be repaired and returned back my laptop in totally dead condition. I asked this guy that i had given you laptop in working condition but not w it is totalky dead. He said that it crashed and cannot be repaired. I requested him to give me in same condition as it was given. But he refused and behaved very arrogantly. I am so depressed with the service of akhilesh laptop repairing center that i am putting this complaint against him. I will not suggest anyone to trust this akhilesh laptop repairing center. This guy is fraud.

I need ma account to be deleted and my number to be deleted. I am getting tooany calls and its disturbing. I would like my number and account to be deleted as soon as possible. I dont want any such calls. I dont know how to delete my account.. Please do the needful. I have clarified my needs already. So its best that account be deleted from sulekha. Its not necessary for me now..

Sulekha sales manager sujit reached out to me saying that you should go with sulekha leads generation programme and it deliver great quality leads, and claimed they are much better than justdial.

He assured me 90 leads in a year and roughly every month around 7-8 leads will come and all will be genuine leads and not if there is a fake lead they will replace the lead. And he also offered free one year advertisement for our company.

We started in nov 2017. And we got just 2 genuine leads in 4 months and rest all were fake leads probably generated by sulekha themselves, either those guys were looking for the job or their numbers were not working. Ultimately total flop show.

Sujit their sales manager himself accepted that sulekha is bogus and he is also struggling there in the later period.

Anyhow after 3 months i became restless and asked for money back and i wanted to end this nightmare with sulekha idiotic fraud system. They agreed that they will pay back and i asked them you can collect for the 2 genuine leads whatever right amount is as per calculation. And sujit told me that he will work it out.

After lot of discussion they told they will pay just 14000 rs out of 23000 rs as they have paid gst and that can't be paid back to the customer. I didn't agree i was asking for 21000 because for 1 lead you can charge 500 rs but not really 4000 rs. But they disagreed but was ready to pay 14000 change.

And after 1 month they sent me an email that they have transferred 10000 rs to my account and i told them i dont agree with this and i asked you were 14000 change then how come 10000 and they had no answer. So these frauds, didn't even honor their own agreements.

I checked my account but i didnt find any 10000 rs so i asked them what happened on your transfer they said we stopped because you didn't agree and their email should have not written transferred and they informed me as if they have already done.

Im after them for my money and i have absolutely nothing out from them until now.

This is my first step now against them and now approaching consumer court with all evidences showing them the kind of fraud and cheating that sulekha.com does with their customers.

Pls check out their emails attached with all the facts as a proof in the email conversation.
