Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this complaint regarding a business proposal that I received from a person who contacted me through Sulekha.com. The individual asked me to invest in a lead-based job, claiming that they would provide confirmed leads in exchange for a fee. Initially, I expressed my interest but requested to check and confirm the details before making any payment. However, the person insisted that their platform was legitimate and promised that I would receive numerous confirmed leads. Regrettably, after investing the money, I have not received any satisfactory leads, and it has been a complete waste of time. I have decided to terminate the business association and requested a refund as per the policy mentioned on their website. However, the company representatives have been unresponsive and are delaying the refund process, even though it has been more than seven days since I requested the refund. Moreover, the company failed to provide clear terms and conditions of the agreement before taking the payment. The representative falsely claimed that it was a significant process and the money would come as confirmed leads. I have invested a sum of Rs. 17, 700 in this business, and I am yet to receive any tangible returns. I feel cheated and misled by the company's false promises. Therefore, I request you to kindly look into the matter and assist me in obtaining a full refund from the company.
