Sulekha.com Online Fraud Company

I am a Ayurvedic Doctor and having Clinic in Bangalore.
Sulekha agreed that they will give many client leads. And my business will get improved.
They sending me clients contact details and i should contact the clients.
But the same Lead was shared to 10 to 15 paid customers like me.
I have tried to contact all the clients spending my phone cost. But i did not get single client yet.
I have paid 20000 Rs, that means sulekha should give my contact number to the Customer to contact me.
But Sulekha not giving our contact number. So how could we get clients?

Same thing Sulekha.com doing with all customers who paid 20000 or more.

Also i have requested to refund my money from past 2 months, but still no reply for my emails or phones. Marketing person was disconnecting my phone calls.

I have paid 20000 Rupees for 6 month Services.
Sulekha representative collected 20000 Rs Cheque and taken my cash from account.

Please take serious action against this issue to refund my money.

Beware this lady amul n her services is fake they will get convince in whatever salary you fix, they come and take advance like 3000 rs plus 500 rs registration and promise next day onwards maid will come but no maid no response from them this lady amul will tell she will return money but fact is they are cheater note this number [protected] and landline on sulekha sai mathi manpower as well fake, cheaters and they have many agency listed...

The person Ms./Mrs. Anitha Gunasekaran called me and asked me to go with premium package for Rs.10000 +GST 18%. She said that we will give 83 Leads as a prospect Leads. Everything goes fine I made the payment of Rs.10000+GST 18% through net banking. After the account activation, no leads are received from sulekha to my account. No response from sulekha. Waste of money.

Hello, i repaired the laptop contacting through your website sulekha.com in bangalore. I repaired it from i3 infotech after receiving the laptop within 15 min it had problem in power adapter, when i called them back they said we are not responsible for it and if you want to repair it i have to pay again even giving the warranty for it and now they asked me to come myself to the office. Yesterday on 29th January Manju Jha came to my house with one lady at 7:30pm. They told that they are from Kanika Domestic Placement and took 43000 Rs. That girl was a good actress and made be so attached to her with her self made stories. I saw the same complain on this site so sharing the story with you. These people are group of more than 6 people. They know how to play with people's emotion. They first came to my society through a placement service called Suhani on 27th January. They issues a visiting pass on my address and did not reach me for 1 hour and 30 minutes. After i raised alarm and informed our security boys they might have left the society. The lady who came that day as a maid and spent 1 hour 30 minutes in our society was the one who was leading as Manju's mentor and left her home on 29th night.

I had registered for part time maid / domestic help service in sulekha.
I received call from an agency (Claiming to be from maheswari agency).
They came to my place along with the maid & promised she would start working from 14th january 20118
They collected advance amount of inr 3, 000/- however, the maid never turned up.
Now the agency is refusing to pay me back the advance. When i checked with sulekha team, i understand the agency name is wrong.
So it seems to be a fraud agency which was registered with sulekha without proper verification.
After several follow ups with sulekha, i got the real address of the agency -

No. 426, 2nd street, vandikaran street, checkpost, velachery, chennai, 600042, tamil nadu

However, the above address turned out to be fake as i personally went in search of it, no such agency actually exists. I'm still chasing the agency person on my own, who is extremely abusive & blatantly saying that she will not refund my amount.

Sulekha is directly responsible for this case as they have onboarded the vendor without proper verification & listed them as verified supplier.

I have registered a police complaint also, but they are not actively pursuing the case since the amount is small & no major harm has happened.

IIF ANYBODY READING THIS AND COME ACROSS THIS PERSON PLEASE COMPLAIN AND HANDOVER TO THE POLICE AS THIS CHEATING IS GOING ON FOR A LONG TIME.

I had placed a request for maid services in Sulekha on 24.12.2018.

After registering got a call from a person called Priya who brought a maid and after convincing took advance of 2500 as 50 % advance .For the next day not picking up calls.
Her phone no is[protected].
agency name :Real Home services.

It is obviously fake as the address looks fake and the form also is fake and copy as in the previous complaints in Sulekha i found the same letterhead just now..The mistake is that i did not confirm or cross check the address and aadhar detaiils before payment.Looks like this is the modus operandi to collect phone numbers from sulekha and call on people and collect money.

i have attached the forms she gave me.I noticed today it is the same as the copied letterheads in some other complaints about sulekha complaints except name is changed on top.

Sulekha has the responsibility to send us the agencies numbers to which they are forwarding our phone numbers.This was not done and i did not receive any SMS toof agency numbers.Sulekha has to share the details to see if we can trace the culprits.The security of the customers is at stake as anybody, any criminal can get access to our address and phone number.Sulekha is accountable to release the numbers of the agencies whome they have shared our contact numbers.

People be careful with agencies contacting through SULEKHA.

These people have not given me one relevant lead for the service i have registered for since the time i have listed my service with them. They never answer my calls or mails in one go. I have to keep on corresponding with them for days together. This is a serious loss of my valuable time as a professional. When i asked for a refund they denied it. They had promised me 10-12 leads per month but till now nothing is delivered.

I think now its time to take legal action as your team is not responding from past five days
I recharged my account worth 1180 rs and not able to use the amount as i am getting error of low balance even after recharging my account for 1180 rs
I created sulekha account and got bonus 1000 in my account and after getting out of free leads i got a link to recharge my sulekha account i went through the link and got packages to recharge with i selected 1000 rs package + taxes so i paid 1180 and still i am getting the error of low balance
Sulekha customer cares are stupid they’re not responding from past 1 week

Bharat Travels Registered With Sulekha.com — Online Fraud... Didn't get the air tickets I paid for

Sir/Ma'm,

Please help me in getting my money back as I paid Rs. 9000 to a travel agent sunil kumar from bharat Travels (registered with Sulekha.com) though didn't receive the Air tickets. Now when I am trying to contact him, he is not picking up my calls. I belong to a lower middle class family and 9000 is a big amount for me.

The contact no of the person is [protected], [protected], [protected] and the name is sunil kumar.

He asked me to made the payment in the following account no. [protected] with axis bank having ifsc code utib0000311, vaishali nagar
on 20th january 2018 and sent me ticket itinerary.

However, when I am checking with airlines they say that no payment has been made and there is no ticket confirmed. Also, he didn't send me the invoice of the payment. Please help me to get my money back. How you allow persons registered under your site without any genuineness..
Please refund my money plzz...

It's been jus a week and tat maid had taken so much leave from work so i tried calling tat agency to change the person or to cancel the services but she is not at all picking up the call. This is absolute disgusting service provided by sri sai thanush packers & movers. I have fixed an appointment with sri sai thanush packers & movers - [protected] at[protected]:00 pm to 1:00 pm. It was agreed for the amount 1800/- for the service on mobile. After coming they demanded more. I agreed to them because i was out of options because i have to shift the house on that day. I paid 2200/- + extra 600/- total of 2800/-. I came to know that they have also stolen some items while shifting.. It is very pathetic. Stealing household items is not at all acceptable. I demand refund for the stolen products and also blacklist the packers from sulekha.

Website is the worst i ever saw. No organization, no smooth flow of information. All topics, all advertisements, all information thrown irregularly on the web site. Too many menu items on the first page itself. By looking at all topics thrown at you on the same page, you will forget what you are looking for. Once u pick the subject, you will be taken to another page which has all the topics again. Very very bad design. Ppl are using out of desperation. Nothing else. Lousy web design.

I had contacted rainbow tours and travels for tatkal train tickets on 21st december 2017 and paid them the full amount (Rs 3160) in advance. They failed to get me the tickets but returned only rs 1100 so far. The agent has been giving me excuses for not returning the remaining money since then. The agent (Soma das gupta) is not even answering my calls now. Please look into the matter at the earliest. To prevent consumer harassment, sulekha should verify fraudulent business owners before listing them on the website.

I started a new chaat shop in Bangalore for which I needed some labours, and I went through Sulekha website and got some 2-3 agencies.

However those all agencies are fraud, and still they are listed in the website inspite of telling them many times to remove.

Also those people demanded for money to come by Train, so I have transferred them money.
But they never turned up here.

I have to get 5, 200 from Sulekha, because they are responsible for all this fraud by listing those vendors/agencies in their website.
