I have been time and again harassed by sulekha emnployees.
Despite of giving them proper address and keywords for my business, epicenter academy, mr manoj mishra and ms sangeeta of the sales team messed up with the entire thing. Now i have been following up with themn, but nobody is giving a response. I have also followed up with the customer care, but my issue is not resolved still.

    We are register with Sulekha, under security services on June 07th amount via cheque no 033673 to get business leads, four months got over still now we not received a single valuable leads, we are complained to concern person (Ms.Sruthi Ph no [protected]), even we visited the office regarding this, but still now no action has taken, we are very unhappy with the services..

    We requesting to refund the amount of Rs.11000/-ASAP...

      My name is sourabh (Email sourabh. [protected]@gmail.com phone [protected]) i enqired for cook in nugumbakam area.. I recived the msg from shulekha with one broker no. She called she sais she will take one month brokrage as deposite if cook will leave before 3 month she will return our money. The she came with the cook she givenn on form and took 1500 rs she said cook will come from tomrw we agreed she has given her pen card to us. But from next day cook no was switched off and brokerr is not picking our phone. We trusted beacuse it was from shulekha it was never expected frm shulekha, we want our money back if i didnt heard anything from u by tommrw i will file consumer compalint agiant shulekha and broker. Broker said she is from maheshvari man power service her name was r amul. Conatct no [protected]

        Hello sir/ma'm

        We are an offshore it company and we got contacted by sulekha sales team for one of their "leads package" on 29th of june, 2017 and many times there after. We bought their package named, "preferred member" (Order no - 368738) on 25th july, 2017.

        After buying package, they activated our account in next week and once it started, we released that we were given false promises about the package. The three most important promises (On basis of which we agreed to buy this package) are below:

        1. I can set minimum limit in terms of money while receiving leads. So if i select a number, i wont receive leads below that amount. Apparently this facility was not given to us in our package.

        2. I can pause / start the receiving of leads anytime. They said there is no time limit and i will get set number of leads which wont expire until i use up all my leads. This did not happen. I was only able to pause leads once and it started automatically after 15 days. I am unable to pause it back right now.

        3. 45 days refund guarantee - when i highlighted this two points to their sales team (Mr gunjan and mr jignesh - [protected]@sulekha.net), they had no answer to why i am not getting the facilities they promised before buying of package. When i requested my refund as per their promise. They said, that they are not aware when the policy changed and as per new policy, the refund period is only 7 days. When i asked them to provide refund, the sales team promised to look into it, also gave me email of senior to escalate this issue ([protected]@sulekha.net), but never got any reply from them.

        I have raised this issue multiple times to their support but everytime they said, that i will receive calls from management, but never received any call. When i requested on their facebook account to look into the matter, they said, we will help you out but no reply after hearing our query.

        Right now, not a single person in sulekha is taking responsibility for the promises they made. And we are left with no option but to knock the doors of consumer forums because we have been cheated of our money.

        Never trust sulekha and their promises. They just want to make sales with false promises and dont bother about services.

        I hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible else they will keep fooling others like this.

          I am getting repeated calls on my number [protected], it is frustrating and highly disturbing. I am on international roaming and get these calls st very odd hours.

          Please note that i have registered under do not call registry (Dnd number), inspire of this i am being disturbed. I had picked up one such call yesterday and indicated that i should not be called, however calls are still coming.

          I am registering a complaint against sulekha, would request that my complaint be addressed on priority and no one calls me on this number..

          I am not interested in receiving any calls from sulekha.

            Sulekha company is very bad company, all cheating persons working in that company. I put my school name in to sulekha.com, they given some one phone no. Not my number. Parents, clients phone no. Also not given to me they are giving as virtual number. By this one we struggled a lot of problem. The working employees are always asking money, i paid money and lost it no is answerable person all are cheaters only. To whom we have to ask? I requested many a times the calling persons they not solved the problem. Even if we called back the same phone no it will not connect! Sulekha.com with order no. 381498 preferred member 12 months amounting of rs. 17, 700 (One shot payment done) and had cash receipt no del/17-18/00594 dated 13/09/2017 from the date of registered till date we have not received any single query and we have not received any package details to our mail i. D [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@hoteldwarka.in as it was supposed to sent by your account manager (Mr. Amandeep - [protected] & [protected]) very next day.

              Below i am elaborating the fake commitment done by your account manager mr. Amandeep before taken the money.

              1. Prime premium package for 01 year. – fake commitment

              2. Daily approax 05 leads. – no leads till yet.

              3. Top ranking for 01 year for which i paid rs. 17, 700 (One shot payment done) (For availing discount)

              4. Customer support manager no. ([protected] & [protected]) – (No support) no are not – reachable and switched off

              5. No sr. Person to understand customer problems.

              6. No queries till yet

              7. No package details till yet.

              8. Mr. Amandeep [protected] & [protected] has hold our office no in reject list.

              All above commitments are fake.


              Its have been 10 days no justified solution have been received from your side and till date no package details received to our given mail ids neither any responsible person is present to answer the calls and maximum time mobile no are (Mr. Amandeep - [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected]) not – reachable and switched off. Such unprofessional and unethical behaviour of your staff and management of sulekha.com result to loss of business and mental torture and harassment to me.


              Kindly advice do we accept any solution from your end or lodge your compliant to consumer court and registered a cheating case with police.

                  When i enquired about movers and packers in chennai your team forwarded a list of people who does the same. I selected annai packers and movers. Alwin was the person who arranged everything. Now the story is they have picked the meterials on 04/09/2017 and expected delivery date written in the invoice is 08/09/2017. Today is 21/09/2017 they haven't delivered my stuff.
                  I have filed a complaint in commissioner office chennai.
                  So please stop recommending such people while some one enquire.

                    I have already informed and raised the complaint no.928643, dt. 11/09/2017. Still now i didn't get solution for my problem. So kindly make very serious about this issue. I have taken a babysitter for my baby from sathyam maid agency. The admin issue 4 maids for me. They are not sufficient to take care of my baby. So i have made a complaint to them. They again only isssuing maids. I am not satisfied with theior service. So i kindly request to repay service amount for my balance tenure. So i have raised a complaint.

                      I have been trying to get my whirlpoor refrigertion repaired for some cooling problem since one year. I contacted their help line numbers in chennai. They are of not much help to me. Even local people are also not responding.in spite of repeated calls to their head quarters in madras and to the dealer from whom i have purchased locally, no prompt action is being initiated. Few mechanics visited my house and enquired about the problem and told me that they will help in getting my problem solved. Till date nothing has happened.

                            My hostel name is sri sai deluxe womens hostel. I registered in ur service.in ur side so many calls coming from ur side about registeration process. The executive persion thomas came and collect cheque on july month. I told to thomas i open new branch on august month only. But he convinced me and collect cheque. I am also believed. But he gave wrong commitment against my requirements. My requirement is first position around palllikaranai. Still it is not happens... And also i have ladies hostel but most enquiries men's hostel... After that i called to thomas i don't want your service. So that i asked refund money. He told that i discuss with my manager and ur money will be refundable soon. After that no response from here. I called so many calls to thomas. But that persion still not pick up my calls... This is very very poor and worst service... Money is very valuable... But he cheating me... I complaint to head office also via phone... I spoke with rakesh, abitha, ashok, revathi, bhavani and some persons but no one take care of my complaints... This is very worst... I want full refundable... Take action immediately... I am very very hurting o[censored]r worst service...

                              I had paid 200 usd/ 263 cdn via visa for sap online training and placement and discovered that verizonit tech (Consultancy) had bad reviews and do not provide placements after completing training. I did not continue with the placement and was told that sulekha will refund the money. I have not received anything back on my credit card and no one has contacted back yet. I need this to be sorted asap!

                                I have placed request for bank po exam enquiry and i had submitted my phone number.
                                And i have got solution to my problem.
                                Actually my friends friend run his own classes and have good precense in market. And have helped lots of students in clearing bank po exam and i have enough confidence on his classes to get good training for bank po exam training.

                                  While subscribing to sulekha i made very clear about the credentials which despite complaining over phone was not taken into consideration. Your executive was least bothered about the servicing part.
                                  My personal number was passed on to enquiries and not to the business number which was given and the enquiries are routed to a wrong email id.
                                  Expect the errors to get rectified at the earliest and prompt response hereafter.

                                      This is with reference to the complaint number 906262 already registered with sulekha regarding one of the service provider rated highly positive by sulekha, due to which we hired the service provider for moving our items from indore to hyderabad. The stuff got damaged during transit due to insufficient safety, inadequate packing and mishandling by the trucker. Also, the insurance provided by the service provider got rejected and no reimbursement has been provided by the service provider. This raises a serious question that such a top rated service provider was able to conduct business fraudulently with support of sulekha and sulekha has taken no action against the service provider to ensure their user's faith is intact.

                                      I have put a airtel DTH service new installation proposed on 31/08/17 but with out intimation your team cancelled why please explain this is not correct, if your not provision at the time of registration do not accept. After some time it is cancelled no this is not correct.

                                        I have been charged twice for the subscription.

                                        1. Sujatha requested us pay up rs 27, 000 and i charged on my new zealand credit card and then told me did not go through, so i paid from my nz bank transfer to india
                                        2. Next couple of day she said the credit card gone through as well.
                                        3. I told her that the rs27, 000 can be paid in india but she said company policy to reverse back the payment to my nz credit card and i have to wait 45 days
                                        4. After 50 days, i check back with sujatha, she is trying use the money for second year subscription, i got very annoyed and ask her who authorise to pay for second year.
                                        5. She said sorry and will refund in cheque in india, i then told you told me that your company policy doesn't; allow local payment.
                                        6. Now it's over 60 days, she not responding to my email nor ur call.
                                        7. Is the quality of staff you have?
                                        7. Please tell me how are your going to refund my rs 27, 000 or else i would have to find another avenue to claim my money back
