As i reported on december 11, 2017 to ic3, legitimate tenants of the rental property i own — at 250 santa fe ter apt 213, sunnyvale, ca 94085 — have been bothered several times over the past three months by strangers asking to view the place. They either had already forwarded hundreds of dollars to a person offering the "rental" on the website, sulekha, or were about to. The ad includes pictures purported to be of the interior of the unit. We would get one ad taken down, and another would crop up weeks later. There have been at least 4 instances of this over the past 90 days that we know about, and perhaps others we do not. Some people responding to this latest ad, were willing to provide details of their experience. This case, as in the last one, the imposter says he is seeking an agreement, deposit, and first monthˈs rent right away. After he has that, he promises to send the "renter" the key as he is not available to provide it personally. He says he is in pennsylvania taking care of a sick father and will be away for 6 months or more during which time he asks the new renters to "take good care of [his] place."

The advertiser captures and displays nice pictures of some entirely different property implying they show the interior of the place at the address above. The lease form that the advertiser forwarded to the interested renters is not mine. I have a valid signed lease agreement with the current tenantsˈ signatures and my own. The unit being advertised is not available for rent and has not been since august 2017 after my we formalized our agreement. The property is now happily occupied by my current tenants who have been paying rent as agreed since september of this year (2017).

Very poor services by sulekha.com their employee cheated me.. fake company they trained for cheating people who in need...
i losted my money in sulekha for nothing
before paying money their executive n telecaller call me every time they promises me for good services they say every time for good services but after after doing payment they both disconnect my call every time. i geting so many problem with this foolish company i losted my money my time my energy for nothing..
thier so called customer care service is very very bad they dnt response n solved customers query they disconnect call everytime...

worst worst service ever gov. should ban this fraud company for lifetime...

This happened on 29th of nov. I was trying to book packers and movers through sulekha and i got hold of "omr packers". I asked if they can come at 02:00 am and the representative confirmed they can come at that time and made the booking at 12:00 pm. Later, at 07:30 pm, i was told the vehicle they will be bringing will not have cover on the top and i was told i'll receive a call back in 20 mins confirming the availability. That was my last interaction. I did not receive any response after that. Tried reaching them multiple times (Through telephone and sms) and i was unsuccessful in reaching them. So, finally i had to resort with booking gr packers. I got call from two numbers, claiming they were gr packers and the phone number i got from sulekha does not exist anymore. The phone numbers i got call from are - [protected], [protected]. I was told that they would charge rs. 4, 800/- for service and i didn't negotiate the amount.

These packers (Gr packers) came to my residence at 02:45 am, with no proper packing materials. Only 4 carton boxes (Low quality) and 1 brown tape. I realized they had only one brown tape when they ran out of it. By the time they came, i had already packed most of our appliances in their product boxes (Thankfully i did that). 6-7 people came and they all started packing at the same time in different rooms. We were only three people at home and could not supervise effectively on who is doing what. I had few good carton boxes which they made use of. When they ran out of brown tape, they started packing the boxes using jute twine. Who does that! A professional packers will bring adequate materials for packing viz, carton boxes, brown tapes, bubble wrap, instead, they started using jute twine, which at a later point damaged the boxes while lifting. That day, it was drizzling and they said the vehicle (Eicher) needs to be covered with tarpaulin sheets. Once this was done, we started moving our household things into the vehicle. During this process, i was specifically asking someone to help me with packing the refrigerator with its product box (Along with a rigid thermocol to support its base). But, before even i know, they had moved the fridge into the vehicle as is. I demanded them to offload it from the vehicle, do the packing and then back into the vehicle, but they did not pay attention and said they will take care. One of my mattress (Sleepwell glory) which is a high end mattress (Costing 35k) was also shifted. Please note that this mattress was covered with a bed cover (Which i specifically ordered for that mattress). After moving our household things into the vehicle, it started raining. We were under the impression that the product will be safe as it is under the tarpaulin and moreover there was a person standing near the household things, and should there be anything, the guy will alarm us. After moving to the new location, we noticed that the carton boxes were wet. That's when we saw the tarpaulin sheets were damaged and it was unable to withhold the rain water. Water had seeped inside our mattress, sofa and they were drenched in water for almost an hour. There is a memory foam on the sleepwell mattress which came off from its alignment due to this and we had to dry all the water from it (A painful task of drying it in the sun). I didn't know what damage is caused to the fridge which was relocated without proper packing, but there are visible scratches in the front. This is the case with the bero too. I mean, are they really professional packers and movers? I'm starting to doubt if you guys really do your due diligence before posting these amateur's details in your business listing. My 35k mattress is good for nothing now, i have run this past sleepwell but unsure what will be its outcome. I'm not happy with this service at all. The worst part is, one of the guy was drunk, as i could smell liquor when he spoke to me while offloading the household stuffs from the vehicle. I need refund for the damaged products. I'm sending the snapshots of the damage.

This complaint is against omr packers - for abandoning us at the last minute. And secondly, on gr packers, for not packing stuffs properly. I got conned by the photos posted in their site..

Hello team, i got one of contact from sulkhe.com when i am searching 2bhk house for lease, i got kiran contact no.[protected] and he has shown one flat at dodda banaswadi, he is big fraud and cheater, made me fool by showing others house as his house and stoolen my money of rs.75000 as a advance, after 4-5days i got to know that he is fraud and llike that so many people he has cheated. I know sulekha is one of the reputed company and i have belived blindly the person who is showing is valid person and right person but in your website he is updated his fake name and doing lot of cheating innocent people. Request you please take action. Thanks

I have provided my number to sulekha.com for getting its services because i wanted to know about a really good instution but i have now got a really very good institution.. They call me day and night..!! I am really pissed off. Please remove my personal details from sulekha as i dont need there services anymore! Worst app! Useless calls all the time..! I call for repair my mitashi 24 " tv.
Service man came and see. I want cotetion of repairing. He said 2350 rs. So i say i am not comfaft this and talk with my family and call you. But he claim 200 rs as a service charge but i do not use any service. I want bill of claim charge.

I paid 200 rs without any rwceivd.
I feel this is a fraud of service man without service he was why claim.

And he was not given any recived.
I requist to you please provied to return 200 rs to your service man.

Falguni pathak carbs event on oct 6 2017 in santa clara, ca, usa was organized by instant karma and dhoom production
The event was overcrowded and it was cancelled within one hour due to safety issues.
I tried to contact the event organizers, the website through i booked, everything but there is no response. No response to email, call. They just dont seem to refund the money.
In fact, they have tried to delete evidence of this event from all sites. That's just weird. They overtook, then they delete promotion from all sites and don't give refund.
This is called cheating and abscinding with consumer money.

Within 24 hrs, i have got 10-15 messages to buy their leads.
I constantly get these messages on my mobile number.
They do not even have any option to disable these messages on their website.
Please take appropriate action against them.

I have registered a course.. They asked me to pay advance 100$ on the same day itself.. They also said if you are not interested in demo class or you changed your mind within three days.. We will process your refund of 100$ immediately.

I haven’t take any course and also i didn’t take a single class through the training company tectist.

I am waiting for my refund of 100$ almost for two months.

Mera electric geyser ake week pahle repair ke liye le gaye hain but abhi tak nahi laye aur na hi call recieve kar rahe hain. Bar bar call karne par mob. Switch off kar dete hain. Plz mera geyser mujhe wapis dilwaeye. 16 days back i requested for a tv repair service from sulekha using the no [protected]. It was regarding the automatic decrease in tv volume to 0 and continues appearing of volume control panel. Harjeet electronics called me and send the concerned person. The mechanic in a very casual attitude told us that the problem is because of less usage of panel buttons and walked away after taking the service charges. After 5 minutes i noticed that the issue hasn't been resolved and called the mechanic. He at first didn't pic my call and after 5 minutes made an excuse that he would need panel buttons for repair and he is not having them right now. He told me to come next day but since i have been calling the person and harjeet electronics for the past 15 days and they makes the same excuse that panel buttons are not available.
Is it so difficult to get panel buttons for samsung led tv. Harjeet electronics not even cared to call me for a reply. They simply ignore the conversation. The services are paid and i guess it is their way of fooling all the customers.
This is my first experience with sulekha and i am sure that it will definitely be my last.

We have made 40000 payment to sulekha in the month of october, we have not r money back any lead from them and they are claiming 98!! Just not to return. I have tried contacting sulekha for this but there is no response. Actually i have been trying to just know about which would do best to me but i didn't expect these many calls. Presently i have no interest and i have joined an institute sooo plzzzzz donot disturb me through your calls and deactivate my number and account.

My advice is sulekha has to provide deactivate process for users to deactivate their phone no's

I want to make complaint against a packer & mover who made contact with us recently through sulekha.
Name of packer and mover is global professional packer and mover person who made contact with us was mr. Om roy.
Service from this vendor was very pathetic more over they abused us for money. Also stolen one of value wrist watch costing more than 2k.

Also we haven't got any customer support from sulekha when contacted on 09/11/2017. We are highly frustrated & unsatisfied with service from sulekha.

We need our replacement for our valuables.

I have bought a mpm pack from one of sulekha marketing person. The total lead commitment is 121, which is promised to be complete in two months but in early 13 days of my pack i got only 6-7 query from which 5 are scrapped.
And now i am continuously contacting those marketing person to cancel my pack but they are not responding.
What should i do in that condition, as you guys did a fake commitment with me.

I am new start up law firm and opted sulekha sale personal nancy approached me for placing my law firm to reach people, i have paid 16000/- for six months, after a month a person named narayana, he introduced him as deputy manager sales and insisted me for new plan, to negotiate with his top officials he asking 40k cheque, only for negotiation, i gave, suddenly next day, he called me asking otp password to create plan, i have refused, he presented my cheque in egmore axis bank branch, i have stopped that payment. Thereafter those people not picked my call. On immediate effect i have mailed to sulekha that this order is created without my consent, thereafter no response for the mail. Suddenly yesterday against they presented my cheque and amount debited from my account. If i called customer care they stating that no details avalable, if i called narayanan, he stating that the order has in cancellation stage, then how my cheque is presented and amount debited. Dont believe any words of the sales persons, wrong committments, malafide intention to cheat common people. This is totally against the fair and bussiness trade in india.

I booked a ticket from the agent whose mobile number i got from sulekha. His mobile number is[protected]. I don't know the name of his office. He cheated me. He told me to transfer the money for ticket but he didn't provide me with the ticket which i told him and also kept the rest money and didn't transfer back. I want to know why this type of person is posting his add if he can't process my request.
