I am a member of Sulekha.com from the last 10 years. on 31.05.2017, my membership has been updated and i have made required payment. I have already given Keywords to your officer, Mrs. Roma and Mr. Manan from your Ahmedabad Office. They were to send me the keywords once confirmed and also they were to mail me the confirmed order. Despite 2 months having lapsed no such mail has been sent to me. I have tried to get in touch with them but have not received any response either on phone or via mail. I have even attempted to contact them through SMS but have not received any reply from your officers. Please take note of my complain at the earliest, otherwise i will be constrained to take up legal action.

I've submitted a review and I would like to delete my account. However Sulekha has made it almost impossible to delete the review and the account.

Delete my account and review immediately. I feel like it is a haressment and infringement of my legal rights. I should have the right to remove something if I wish to but this website made it a lifetime commitment. They should make a warning for consumers so that we know what we are signing up for.

One may change their mind but in Sulekha you can't edit anything

I recently connected with sulekha.In the month of may 2017 I was called at sulekha inquiry number, then they replied, after that your one marketing person(Sachin) came to my place and then we had a kind of meeting, I asked about your package of Rs. 4000/- that is shown at your website he said that it was only to attract the customer, we have minimum 11, 500 Rs planand if you are not satisfied then u can claim for the refund and you will get your money back within 60-90 days.After 15 days I am not getting any confirm lead and now I mailed from last one month and till now I am not getting any reply from your company.I want my money back any how.

I was looking to solve my house's leakage problem and submitted my details on Sulekha.com...The next day one person from impac waterproofing named Srikanth called me and visited my house and agreed to repair the sealing for Rs. 7000 and asked 1000 as advance which I have him...To my surprise, his both phone numbers are not working now and it is proven that he is a cheater.

First of all the worst and bogas service provided by your company. The other things fraud sales man who down the image of Sulekha.
I am not interesting any kind of Sulekha's service and will not take any service from sulekha side.i want my money back 12420, otherwise I am going to take legal action.please solved my problem.
The sales person is very worst and no sense of taking.

In Dec 2016 I provided my details on Sulekha.com (USA) to look for some jobs Software Testing . I got call from lot of consulting companies which provide training and placement services. I got call from Rajiv from Focus infotek also, he said that their is assured job starting 23 Jan 2017 and said I need to do QTP training for the Job and I need to pay $800 for the training and the fee would be refunded after job is started . I clarified with him multiple times about the availability of Job and Training and he assured that there will be no issues .

Based on his assurance I enrolled in the QTP training .Training was just avg quality as opposed to quality promised during initial conversation with Rajiv and trainer quite often tried to take short cuts and shortened the training session. Training even extended beyond 23 Jan 2017 and when I asked about Job situation, Rajiv told that they have other clients where my profile will be sent for consideration. I completed training in end of Jan 2017 and cleared their screening so that my profile can be sent for Job openings .But after that I didn't get any support in Job placement, when I tried to followup with Rajiv, most of time he didn't pickup phone, and later he asked me to talk to Santosh in his company .I talked to Santosh multiple times he gave me false promise all times and after 2-3 months he asked me to talk to Rajiv again and When I contacted Rajiv again he asked to talk to Santosh .

I really had bad experience with this company . I Iost my money and my time was also wasted .This company is really fraud and does not have any work eithcs . I request Sulekha team to take strict action against them (black list them or similar action), so that other people could not be cheated by them and reputation and credibility of Sulekha.com is not badly impacted .I would also request to help me in getting refund from FOCUS INFOTEK

I have gave my laptop in sai sales infotech located in lamington road mumbai. They are just fooling the customers. I have gave my laptop fo repair. The boy said that they will check first u a quotation and i[censored] approve by your side the repairing process will start or they will return u the laptop. I have not approved the quotation as i dont want to give it for repair as i m taking the new one. I told them about it verbaly as well as by mail. I have contacted the customer care 2 times first the told that u will get the mail. Second time they told u will definetely get the mail regarding that. And now 1 week crossed they are neither calling nor giving any message.

We would like to bring to your notice that when your executive came to our office regarding listing procedure, we were very clear from the point that we are not a college and university tuition house. We only deal with professional courses. We also provided the course details and brochure then also our listing was done in college and university tuition by your executive anirban with mail id this ([protected]@sulekha.net). The fault was from your side and from your executive. So what will be the further steps our user id : [protected]

I've got a message regarding interior designer and a call from sulekha few months back in august 2016, they said they will be referring few designers so i agreed to them. Later few members called me and came to the site and discussed. I finalized the project for one person with name ramavath kirankumar nayak

What is the policy to file a complaint? As i used sulekha for getting my refrigerator repaired and got harjeet electronic geeta colony's number, one guy named sanjay sharma came and took 1400 rs and my refrigerator is still not working, last he came was on sunday and from that day he is just refusing to come. What should i do as he is the registered listing on your sulekha.com and you they shall take responsibility of those kind of spam business.

I have send message to sulekha for asus laptop repair. Immediately one person contacted me for repair. He told that screen is having problem and to be replaced. He don't know how to open the laptop screen. He damaged the hinge unit and returned the laptop stating screen is unavailable. The cost of the hinge unit is rs 3000/- more over he kept the computer for 20 days. You are encouraging this type # who doesn't know to open the laptops. Who will bear the damage. Kindly reply.

I was looking for personal loan in mumbai my area so sulekha sent me the number of global finance at matunga so i called the bussiness owner mr sunil lalsagiri and arranged an appointment for my loan. Then he took some money to get the loan processed but now its three months and this suresh is just playing and fooling around.
It is harresment and mental stress waiting and calling this guy but no answere

We enquired sulekha for packers and movers from chennai to trichi. Praveen from new life packers and movers from tiruvanmaiyur came to my directly and agreed to pack.

Monday (12 jun) they took our cargo from chennai. On receiving in trichi we found 2 big covers o[censored]tensils and 1 electronic guitar worth rs.50000 is missing.

When we enquired praveen, he is not agreeing and says "do whatever you want, you cant do anything"

Sir i am nazeer from coimbatore. My problem is i have posted my house for lease. But there is more spam calls for me about these post. I got very disturbance from this spam calls in doing some important work. So i didnot like to post my property in internet. So please to remove my property from sulekha. Sir if you relief from this problem. I am very great thank to you sir...

I am a paid customer of sulekha.in silver listing i agents of suleka business in mumbai
It is a fraud business they are running.
Until collecting the amount for the annual package they will make hell lot promises that they will provide so many messages, customer phone calls etc wit respect to business.

After collecting the payment they will make you a big fool. They will not provide you the service which they have committed before paying you the amount.

The same story is repeating in my case since 1 years. Even if you call up customer care also no use. They will not respond.
Agent in mumbai a big fraud and 420. The agent it self are like this in sulekha. When i tried to contact sulekha agent in mumbai told it is in process it will take time to get your services activated. Like this they moved for 15 days. After that when i tried calling him he tried to escape saying false that i have not committed for and so service.

Worthless and waste of your money in paying to sulekha.

I have taken two paid services from Sulekha that amount 12400 and taken amount from our side i.e.14260. I am asking about why are charged the extra amount from us there is no answer they have..? Worst is a decent word to describe them .. they are good only till collecting payment then they adopt silence.

They did not clear cancellation producer at the time of taken the order of customer. Totally cheater

I got irritated so please remove my number from sulekha.com indore. They call any time like 11:30 pm or in the early morning so please help me so that i can live freely without any phone calls or any messages. I had contacted sulekha to get me a good tv repair person. However got a call from raghav who has a shop in mohan singh market. R k puram. His contact number[protected]. He charged us 3000 rs and gave us 6th month guarantee. But his tv worked only for two days. Called him so many times. He is not coming. Wanted this whole day waiting for him. I[censored] can tell him to return the money or fix the tv. This is not acceptable. Bad service

I have listed my business named "ino educational institute" on sulekha which was free. And after that did a recharge for getting the leads. But from the day i did the recharge the leads first decreased and then eventually stopped.
The called their customer care 4 times but same reply that we are taking your complaint and soon the service will resume.
It's been around 3 weeks not a single lead and they don't accept my request for returning back the money.
Can i move to consumer forum for this?
