I requested to deliver my wooden bed, mattress, 2 boxes and a bag from hooghly (West bengal) to hyderabad on 6th feb, 2017 and it was picked up on 7th feb, 2017. Next day i transferred the shifting charge to account (Dena bank). I am following up continuously to them (Oasis relocation-m-[protected]) and they (Oasis relocation) not gave me any specific time and it is getting delay day by day and finally more than 1 month over. As discussed (M-[protected]) with them (Oasis relocation) yesterday, they ensured me that my package will deliver within next 2 days.
Today, i spoke with your call center guy (You can check in your portal), they told me that no such oasis relocation record have for this delivery. How irresponsible you people are, i registered only sulekha regarding this delivery and now you are saying that you don’t have any idea!! Is this a joke? You are continuing harassing people like that. I want my package deliver asap.
