My led tv got complained last week. I got one mechanic from sulekha for repair. He took 5500 for repair and gave as six month warranty. After three days tv got complained again. After repeated calls these fellows collet tv for further repair. This is the 5 the day now they are not picking up the phone. I don't know where is my tv

    This is from kinnari publications. We have registered our business with sulekha.com for getting business leads and advertising. My company has been registered in wrong category and if i call them and inform about my problem they are not attending it since 20 days. and if i ask for my refund they are telling it cannot be refunded once activated and also told us that before seven working days we have to cancel, but when we call the call centre every time new person picks the calls and tell us "WE WILL CALL YOU BACK SHORTLY".

    And now we are not interested to work with sulekha.com and we have asked for two PDC cheques but they are refusing to give us back. And marketing person who gave us word to complete registration never responded after collecting first instalment payment (11, 500) and Two PDC cheques.

    Even we are asking to covert the 11, 500 amount into other package and return us two other cheques they are not responding instead they tell us we will get callback soon and nobody turns up.

    Kindly help us.

      I m having my Management Institute at Ahmedabad, I have registered with Sulekha in month of September for my Business advertisement, I got good response through Sulekha but In month of December I got so many calls from Alps Patel - Ahmedabad office, she was commiting to give me confirm business if I will pay more money and change my package, I frequently denied but I got daily 2 to 3 call from this lady and from other staff also so I paid 5000 RS..Then onward I haven't got any response from this staff no one is picking up my phone..Though I get inquiry in Sulekha but not that confirm business as committed...So to achieve their year end Target she did fraud with me..I will escalate this matter to top management if necessary action has not be taken by local authority

        I am N Kalyana Chakravarthy living in Hyderabad. As I required a domestic help while searching your website I came across a person by name Mr Sunil. He promised to send me the help in 2 days. He asked me to deposit Rs 5000/-. Finaly it was agreed to Rs 2500/- and deposited the same in his account. Later he stpooed lifting my calls.           I paid rupees 34000/- to sulekha.com for on line advertisement of my business but after getting payment nobody is responding . i tried to contact many times to marketing person for my ad but he is not picking my call and tried to contact through mail, cell and customer care but no response . i think it is a fraud company who is cheating to people .

                I had used the services of D Studio Production Barasat, Kolkata on a videography assignment for my wedding over a span of 2days- 9th and 11th december, 2016. The owner- Diptajit Deb had contacted me to cover the wedding assignment. I also paid him an advance of Rs.5000 for it.                           We have listed our company in Sulekha.com. At the time of joining it was told by the sales person that I will get big number of quality inquiries, if we get listed in top 3 positions, for that we paid a good amount of money. Its been more than one and a half months, till now we have not received a single genuine inquiry. We have got few inquiries, in which inquired person is not at all serious about the inquiry made.
                          Also it told by the salesperson that, if we are not satisfied by the services for two months, full amount will be refunded. We have register complaints via mail and voice through customer care and have received any response from Sulekha.com.

                              I paid to sulekha for my business some of 51k they are missguided me and they told me iam going to get 4 leads for day but still my add is nt post i didn't get any proper lead and same time they are sending me my compitetors numbers to me as a customer number, now i tried to sulekha customer care they are not respond and they saying irresponsible answers to me. They don't no to speak with customers. My add is not active and my address is showing wrong, nobody is nt respond on my call. Y sulekha is doing like this and playing games with customers.                                     If I conduct the customer service executives they are not responding .I could not conduct the marketing executives.He did not pick up the phone

                                      Sir i m running a play school in new friends colony, new delhi.your employee named mr pramod came to meet us and convinced us to take sulekha plan.after clearance of cheque no response was given from your company side. we are continuously calling mr pramod but he is giving excuses of being out of station.this is a request kindly look into this negligience from your company officials.your customer care number always comes busy, they never take calls.

                                        Lost my vehicle
                                        Based on below sulekha reference only I booked my two wheeler to relocate from Chennai to banglor. This People took my vehicle from my home in Chennai. 5 days gone not to receive any call from any one in Banglor. They suppose to deliver on the next day of booking .
