I had registered myself with Sulekha for internet service providers. I got a call from a person named Ganesh mentioning he would provide connection for NetFire and this is the only network available in my area. I had paid him 1000 rupees on 27/05/2017 and also submitted my address detail proofs believing him to be genuine. His attire and dressing was very decent and he had knowledge about the broadband terms. He called me the next day mentioning that he would come with the wired man but dint turn that day. The next day again he called me mentioning he would come definitely today and did not. I got a doubt and tried calling his mobile number which was not valid. I then called the Netfire office who then confirmed they dont have anyone working in that name and they dont collect money upfront. I then realised I was cheated. So be carefull with this fraud happening. He comes in a splendor bike with fair colour and medium height.

    I get regular calls from sulekha. I have already registered my business under sulekha. They constantly call me up to upgrade my services and start new services from them. I keep on denying as i am not so much happy with their services in present time. Miss richa tela caller start speaking bad words like bhaad me ja as i didnt agree to her for taking up new services.

    If we take services then they behave sweetly or else they start speaking bad words to there customers. Sulekha is just focusing on business and not on customer satisfaction and services.

    I will not renew my services if this issues are not solved.

      I have appointed G.S Enterprises via sulekha.com, for fabrication Shed work and house painting, as Gandhi Shani arrived and asked for some advance on 24.04.2017 before starting work i have provided him amount up to 30, 000 till 27.04.207, he only started framework and done just 10% of total work and left in middle, whereas total work quotation was finalized for fabrication shed work was of 40, 000/- with finishing and finalization
      After collecting amount 30k, this person stopped answering my calls since[protected] to till date; also stopped replying on whatsapp, when i called from another number by hearing my voice he hangs up immediately,
      I have also launched complaint on sulekha.com on[protected], complaint id is 735588. Made several calls, texts to their fb page, several emails to sulekha.com but they seems least bothered and not taking and strict action against GS Enterprises, after lots of troubles and repetitive complaints I have managed to churn the contract of G.S Enterprises from sulekha.com, so no other consumer may get cheated from this fraud Gandhi Shani, after seeing that his contract with sulekha.com has been terminated, Gandhi Shani has sent me a voice message on my whatsapp number said “aapnay company band karwaya na, aapko jo case karna hai karlo mein bhi dekhta ho” in short sulekha.com has never verified his address and service tax number, whether the person is genuine or some kind of cheater crook, this kind of person comes to Mumbai, cheat with consumer and flea away to their villages, so we can’t trace them, I have even took photographs of his adhar card before appointing him which seems, worthless….
      My request is to consumer forum of India to take a strict legal action against G.S Enterprises’s owner (Gandhi Shani [protected] / [protected]) and also look deeply to Sulekha.com is doing business to these kind of cheaters like G.S Enterprises, i am hereby attaching his visiting card and adhar card photographs

        I was provided the number of sunny maid services by sulekha since i was in urgent need of domestic help / maid considering the listings on sulekha genuine we told our requirements for the maid i. E.
        Working 24hrs who can do all household chores (Cooking, dusting, mopping, sweeping, washing clothes in washing machine, washing utensils, etc),
        Female within the age group of 30-40,
        Preferred caste hindu,
        Within the salary of rs.10, 000/- per month.
        After the assurance provided by sunny maid services, i asked to contact my mother mrs. Rita on her phone number which was provided by me. On 9th may 2017 their representative visited our residence for registration purpose and you were given a cheque of rs. 6000/- which has already been cleared and since then they have deliberately avoided/ ignored our calls.
        Sunny maid services are fraud and by later reviewing their reviews online there has been no action taken against them by anyone. They have cheated many people and still they are listed on sulekha.com

          I booked a car service for my maruthi car through sulekha and i got some vendor details including mobile no's so based on the details provided i contacted vendor and booked an appointment on [5/21/2017) sunday and one person came to my house and collected money of rs 500 from me for getting spare parts for my car after that no response from their end and called their mobile no's serveral time and no response from them simply they are passing time and one time said they will come and fix my issue but still no nobody properly responding.

          I think its bosch car service[ got through true caller about this info]

            I am terribly disappointed by your site
            The response i am receiving from your site is very poor

            I had made a payment to your site for searching for a person who is looking for pg on april 8, 2017
            And till now have received only 1 response and that too i do not know how to search on your site, because the design of your site is also very poor.

            On other sites even though i have not paid, i have got more number of response.

            An i am find in it difficult to search my ad on your site even after making the payment
            I have to search it by the id.
            Is this what you provide to the paid members.

            I am terribly disappointed

                Really frustrated with ideal cool control service mr sunil. 91+[protected]
                In april 1st week, window ac was installed. Started problem from 5th day and ac stopped working and i had given the complaint.
                It took 35 days to him to respond on the complaint and sent two pesons. They repaired and replaced damaged parts of ac. After 3 days, they concluded will not work.
                I have waited for 4 more days for the replacement and no response from him. I kept on calling him daily evening, once he lifted and agreed to refund the whole money,
                But from that time he is not lifting my phone call again.

                We are residing at top floor, with my 11 month kid and unable to face the gurgaon summer heat and no ac service since 45 days.

                I tried to locate the shop and realized that was not a proper address at sikendarpur metro station (58 is the pillar number).

                Pathetic service and response.
                Need refunds (4500/- rent + advance 5000/-)

                Beaware and please share your valuable inputs how to get rid of this concern.

                  Vishwas here from vpm enterprises, I took mpm2 pack for my business from Sulekha, I was getting good leads before but from one month I m not getting leads from Sulekha, I cald many times to response from the given number, KIRAN KUMAR and SHWETHA from Sulekha Bengaluru I got cl and they told if I change to king package I will get good leads and the slot will be for only me in Bengaluru for event and Tent house services category, so I paid on May 10 extra 12k change and after a day I got cl from Priya sulekha team member, as she told me there is no availability of the king pack, so I told to refund she told OK, I cld to Shwetha and KIRAN kumar, no response yet, shwetha replied refund in process but from 3 days no response from Sulekha Team, I m facing problems from Sulekha.com, do needful if you people can.

                    I had also been cheated by the same person. He collected 1000 from me along with the address documents and ID proof. Sulekha should take necessary action immediate and block him. His number is [protected].
                    I requested airtel for providing internet connection in online registration with
                    address and phone number.He called me his number was [protected] .And he asked me to pay RS1050.I paid RS1050 after that his number was not in activation.He didnt provide Internet connection to me.He was fraud and cheated me .Be aware of fraud

                      Dear All,

                      We have given sulekha a package for advertisement and online enquiry to promote our business and from last 2 months, we have already remiited payments as committed by the person Tapas Kumar Sheel we have not received any single enquiries.

                      Even after so many calls the person avoids my call and not answers and when answers gives a lot of excuses that key words are not available, area is not available the position is not available and replies to refund the payment but still there is no updates.

                      We are seriously very much fedup and never experienced such 3rd class services from any service providers, after showing up so much faith they people are going doing frauds and wrong commitments to customer.

                      We have enough of it and seriously can't stretch it further please consider our complaints and resolve or our second complaint will be in consumer forum for public and will file a case against the company for doing fraud and wrong commitments.

                        she texted me and also send an email which all I have as a proof. She said is coming from UAE and is sending me a cheque to arrange everything and also pay the landlord before their arrival. She send me a cheque through UPS which I received and also deposited to the bank. Immediately she asked me to send Itunes gift cards worth $200 through her email. As I deposited I saw that $200 has been credited into my account so purchased Itunes gift cards worth $200 and had send her. Then she asked me to transfer $1980 to her landlord thru email so that I get the keys and see the apartment.She has send cheque worth $2890 and mentioned whom to pay how much. I told her I cant transfer thru email I need the account number to transfer . After 12am she send me the account details and the landlord who lives at Marion called me and asked me to transfer the money. in the morning I saw that the entire money was showing deposited in my account but at night after 12 when i checked I found that only $200 was there in my account. I got so panicked that where did all the money go.My family asked me to wait till morning and then call US Bank.

                        Next day when I called US Bank they said the cheque has been returned coz of some authentication issue. Immediately I texted Natasha n informed about it. She texted me and said will let me know what happened and after that I did not receive any message or email from her. I texted her and emailed her so many times to return my $200 which my daughter spend to buy the Itunes gift cards but no response.US Bank also deducted $19 to return the cheque.

                        I never expected that such fraud cases are there in us.sulekha or else I would have never applied for a job from sulekha site.

                        I request you to kindly look into this and let me know if you can track this fraud person and get my $220 back. I am very guilty and very upset coz it was my daughters hard earned money. She is a student and works very hard to pay her fees for her studies. Sulekha owes her that money which Ill appreciate if you help her get back. Also if you can catch hold of these scammers and teach them a lesson.

                        I'm now very scared to find a job through us.sulekha . It was a very bad experience for me.

Now what he is offer to [protected]@ tell me your ac number i will deposit rs 1000 for unloading.in future don't refer this untrusted company. Your company will get bad name becoz of this #.

                            Hi all,

                            I have enquired for packers and movers to shift (One item only i. E. Washing machine) from visakhapatnam to hyderabad..

                            As per sulekha suggestions i got call from several vendors and i have finilized "amigo packers and movers". After waiting for few days i am making calls daily but they are saing will deliver tommorow.. They are saing same thing everyday.. After that i came to know that they (Amigo packers & movers) sold my washing machine to someone for money.

                            And also came to know that sulekha have deals with the specific packers and movers to cheat customers by making money

                            I tried fighting with them but no use. So please don't trust sulekha and their suggestions.

                            Please don't choose amigo packers and movers and vamsi packers & movers go for trusted brands only

                                They are treating that, we are the beggars and begging for our business with them
                                But for NEW Enq, they are committing the same - 400 leads if you pay 20k within 3 months and last 3 months ave leads is 600 nos
                                But we recd only 10 leads...
                                If we asked about the same, their reply is - why you only depend SULEKHA, do something on your OWN...
                                I was suffering from the issues in my television so I called at sulekha.com. They provide me the service of PRINCE SERVICE. The service providers fixed the problem but they did not told about the quotations before the service. They charged me the amount of Rs. 1200 that is more than normal. The bill receipt is having mistakes.

                                  I am disappoint from the service of Sulekha.com. The person namely Mr. Nizaam authorize person of M/s Spice Cool Refrigeration who cheated me Rs. 5000/- for repairing my air conditioner with the guarantee that in this season if any problem comes he will resolve. But only after a day same problem comes he could not even attend my phone nor my wife's phone neither he resolved our problem nor refund my payment.

                                  Why Sulekha.com has recommended such person for public service.

                                      I got to know about a website named http://flymantra.com/ from sulekha to book the flight ticket.
                                      I booked my ticket on 28-april-2017 (Booking id - fly[protected] and money got deducted from my account.
                                      But till now i have not received the ticket.
                                      When i called indigo for the confirmation ; they told there is no booking done.
                                      May i know what you people are doing?
                                      Are you people promoting the fake company.
                                      Flymantra is a fraud company and you people are advertising them so you people are cheater.
