I bought mobile from Sulekha on 4th December,they promised to deliver it by 10th Dec and then they delayed it to deliver it by 12 and then they said 16th dec to deliver..even they didn't deliver I cancelled the order but they yet not have returned money and Max days for returning money is 7 days and they are not picking phones and not even calling.

    Hi,

    I placed order through deals.suleka.net on 22 November 2012 for Micromaxx A110 with the order id 193608 . On 23rd I received call from suleka and they updated me , the stock is un available and they are initiate the refund request on the same.

    Please be informed that , We have initiated a refund request for this order on 23/11/2012, please be informed that this request would be authorized by our bankers in 6 working days. Typically any refund request takes 10 to 15 working days to credit back to the account used for this purchase. Hence we request you to wait till 14/12/12 for credit of refund.

    Further we value your relationship and want to consider this as an aberration and continue shopping with us.

      I have been waiting for a response to the email I sent some 7 days back. I ordered for a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 and practically the order was not processed ever. They didn't respond my emails (2 emails sent). When I call them up, they only conclude saying that the EDS period is not over and your order will be shipped within EDS period. After reading all the reviews of Sulekha Deals I am wondering if I am yet again cheated or not. This is why like any other popular online stores, they don't offer Cash-On-Delivery, I believe. I am helpless.

          Order Details: “Lenovo Ideaphone S880 (Salem) – Black” with the order ID “215001
          Complaint:
          I purchased Lenovov S880 Mobile from Sulekha. I paid them online Rs 16,500 while placing the order. After 3 days of booking, they informed me that order cannot be shipped since item is not available with them. I requested them to repay, but Ten days have passed they have not repaid the amount.
          My feedback is:
          1. Sulekha booked the order but the item was not available with them.
          2. Till now there is no repayment and there is no status update from them that when we they repay. When I called the call centre they promised to repay in next 10-12 days. I hope they will keep their promise.
          Request to Sulekha:
          Please repay my money as soon as possible. I am hoping you care for your customers.

          Sulekha paid back the full amount on 13 Dec. But I am un happy with the way they booked the order without having the product. I will feel shy booking any further order with Sulekha.

              I have ordered Sony Xperia Tipo Dual . Order no. 167817 date 10.11.12 and estimated shipping date is 17.11.12 . When I contact their toll free no[protected] on 19.11.12 at about 12:00Hrs. , it has been said that no update in their server , kindly wait for two days , and also said that the person concerned is absent (sorry for sulekha ; one employee`s absence makes organisation`s information became stagnant ) .
              Now , Waiting for Sulekha response .

              Again contacted in the evening as per customer care executive, but again he could not give any definite delivery time . As per him, I expect it within 2-3 working days .
              He also added that their Mumbai vendor is running out of stock, now they will give order to their Bengaluru vendor .

              My waiting period is still persisting .

              Sulekha people please response !!!

              Yesterday (21.11.12) I have called up customer service officer of sulekha and they cancelled my order due to want of stock . But one can find this phone on sulekha deals & price has been increased by Rs.100/= .

              Basically, sulekha is cheating us and enjoying our fund .

              They have also added that, it will take about 10 to 15 working days to get my money refund .

              So be aware of Sulekha .

                  When i first met sales executive(Mr Preetam) of sulekha.com he had guranteed me that i would be getting minimum 3 to maximum 5 leads per days but i was not even getting 1 leads in 15 days.

                  When i asked one of their execuitve on phone they told that leas are given per search volume and cannot be guaranteed about the leads but he old he would check into his and reply me on this but no call from her.

                  Then again i called sulekha tollfree number they told that yes its specified in our system that i should get minimum 3 leads per day and they would be rectify this within few days(i do have the complaint number for the same) and now its more than a month still no leads.

                  When i called again to ask for a refund a rude executive (yes,they get rude even if you are paying) then we don process refuns.

                  Again i had called them after few days on their tollfree number and this time i had asked for refund they told that please wait for two weeks and they will rectify my issue and also added some new category for me and then i will start getting leads but still no results.

                  Again calling for refund they took my complaint and gave me complaint number and told that someone from the concerned department will call me within 48 hours but no call from sulekha.

                  Again i had to call to ask about the status of the complain this time they said that they cannot process the payment from chennai branch and it can be processed by mumbai branch only and he told he had forwared a mail to hem and they will call me within 48 hours now its 3 days still no call.

                  This people are not at all processing my refund despite calling/complaining so many times.

                  how can i get my money refund from this company with fake claims??

                  Got a call from Sulekha customer service executive asking me to remove this complaint. This complaint was posted on 1st November, 2012 and last comment i had made was on 3rd December, 2012 and now after 7th Months they wake up and ask me to remove this complaint just for the sake of reputation Management.

                  I am not at all satisfied with their customer support and i would not remove this complaint until i receive an apology letter from them and a full refund.

                    i am getting calls regularly from sulekha.com saying that i am a water proofing contractor. However i have told people again and again that name and cell number is not correct. i am not in the business of water proofing.
                    since 4 years, i am having problem. but sulekha is sending enquiries to my cell and also i am getting lot of phone calls. how to stop sulekha.com from sending my contact numbers.

                      Dear All,

                      I have purchased a mobile (HTC Explorer MRP: Rs. 8,599) on 25-Sep-2012 for Rs. 7,699/-. Tranaction was successful and product delivered successfully.

                      On 30-Sep-2012 i have ordered the same mobile again with a different id (as the code is valid for one transaction only)with order id: SUL[protected], for which the Sulekha team says the coupon code has not been applied properly, hence i have to forgo the discount of Rs.900/-.

                      I have applied the coupon code and the discount was shown on my screen.(this is not new to me as i have purchased the same couple of days back)

                      As this is a technical problem, how can a consumer be charged in spite of the offer is still valid.

                      If the Sulekha team is not refunding the extra amount charged to me(Rs. 900/-), i shall consider this a cheating case and advise others to stay away from the website(sulekha.com) as this can happen with anyone.

                      I have to resort to this, as i have not got proper response from Sulekha team.

                        But the box does not contains the battery .It contains only handsets ,1 headphone,charger,manuals,receipt with the memory card.

                            I was purchasing HTC explorer from Sulekha deals. I made the payment of INR 7690. The payment was successful which confirmed by my Bank.
                            Transaction Details - IPAY/ESHP/TECHPSL/18247404/L601_Sulekha
                            Amount - INR 7690

                            But Sulekha showed some Error for the transaction and Order was not processed. Now I am trying to contact Sulekha from last 2 days, but they are not replying to any of my email. Very poor service.

                              fir baad me pata chala ki mobile ke battery dead hai ,,, maine costumer care se baat kari ki battery dead hai..
                              care walo ne bataya ki aap mobile ko 5-6 hr charge kare .. fir 6-7 hr charge karke dekha fir bhi chrage nahi huya..
                              maine dubara care walo se baat kari ki mobile charge nahi huya ... fir care walo ne kaha ki aap iball service centre jaye
                              fir maine kaha ki hamari city me iball mobile ka sarvice centre nahi hai,, iball service centre city se 400k.m. jaipur me hai ..

                              costumer care wale kahte hai SORRY hum kuch nahi kar sakte ..... ab aapko kharab he rakhna padega

                              agar order kiya huya item khrab nikal jaye. aur city me service centre na ho. to kya suleha.com ki koi responsibility nahi banti ki ise change kiya jaye....

                                  This is regarding order no SUL[protected] which you had to cancel because you did not had the mobile in stock. This was a bad experience for me. Now on top of that Sulekha is giving me all the more bad experience. You had refunded the Money that i paid towards the cost of the phone but did not return back the money you charged towards the Processing Fee and Service Tax for converting it into EMIs. I sopke with one of your executives on the phone also, he said it usually takes 2-3 days but its getting frustrating now as i paid the money to you on 21 AUG 2012 and till today i.e 15 SEPT, you guys have not returned back my money. I request you to please do the needful otherwise i will be forced to take legal action.

                                    This is my First Deal in SULEKHA.COM.
                                    I have ordered BSNL Pental 701C Tablet - Rs. 4450/- on 01 September 2012 through Net Banking. Payment Made Successfully and received mail about the same. (Order Number: SUL[protected])


                                    While booking order itself I got a detail like
                                    "If the product is not shipped on or before Sep 05 2012, you will get a 100% refund".

                                    By 5th September I got a message saying that little delay in shipment and will send the same as soon as.
                                    By 6th I called to Customer Care they have asked me to wait for 2 days.
                                    In the meanwhile they are TAKING Orders from various people (Details shown in Product Page as RECENT BUYERS), Sulekha Deals not interested to ship rather than getting new orders.
                                    Again 8th they told 12th september we will ship the product.

                                    Today I called , asked me to wait till tomorrow evening.


                                    More than 10 Days Wasted by this BAD SELLER. Amount Refund will take again 15 days.

                                    Some other online shopping sites are delivering goods on the same day. IF THERE IS NO STOCK MEANS SULEKHA CAN STOP TAKING NEW ORDERS Know or can put "OUT OF STOCK".

                                    Pls Help me Regarding This & lift me from this problem.

                                      i ordered Micromax a100 via Sulekha deals yesterday on 31st Aug 2012 & id is "SUL[protected]" . This phone is mostly out of stock on Flipkart , saholic , the mobilestore , india plaza and mostly everywhere and today out of stock for sulekha also . I have been searching all these sites for past 3-4 days & yesterday found it available on sulekha so ordered one. But after reading some negative reviews that sulekha use client’s money for many days & then refunds the amount giving any reason , I just called them as my order status is still showing BEING PROCESSED on their website till today. They told me it may be confirmed by monday or tuesday about order status. I was expecting a delivery on tuesday or most probably on wednesday as for mumbai whenever i order anything online from any other online genuine sellers I get it in maximum 2 working days. But with sulekha am not sure yet coz just now read these reviews o[censored]sing people’s money + Item was made available on Sulekha when its out of stock with all others & also their c.care executive said that order status will be confirmed by monday or tuesday & then delivery date can be predicted. So now one thing is sure that if my order gets cancelled or I dont recieve the item till its prediced date of 7th Sep 2012 then sulekha is definately using people’s money and orders are being booked without having sufficient stock . I will definately post my experience next week regarding the same till then fingers crossed & hope sulekha doesn’t disappoints.

                                      Pinky, this is my first deal with Sulekha & please dont misunderstand. I am still to recieve the product & I would say that my bad experience will start if I dont recieve the product untill your committed date. I found many reviews about sulekha, regarding it using people's money & cancelling orders after making it available on websites. So a bit worried & dont want to be one of them.
