    Hi, Registered mobile number: [protected] Order Form Number:7494 I paid for sulekha on the 24th on September 2013. I paid 10, 000 Rs for listing my service on sulekha. The salesperson Mr. Prakash promised me two categories. He came back to me on 28th Stating that the system gets jammed and was unable to load it and hence without my consent he added one category promising that I could tell everything on the verification call and they would add the category. I told the same required category on the verification call as well and again the same was promised. But till now, I'm calling up sulekha and running behind them. Nothing has changed. I have called up Mr. Prakash n number of times, Called up Mr. Satyaraj[protected] + several of their customer care executives

      I had registered my service tax consultancy 3M service tax consultancy with SULEKHA. at the time of the registration the sales people at kolkata office told me that they get good leads for service tax consultants.
      however i am surprised that even after 30 days not a single lead for service tax consultancy has come, which clearly shows as to how misselling is rampant in SULEKHA...


      Mr. Satya Prabhakar, pls do something to hold on to the goodwill built by your hardwork.


      have written lot of mails to sulekha including to the branch head of kolkata who was present at the time of my meeting with their sales personnel...


      can i get any reply from any one because i think an explanation is due for wastage of my time and money...

      For all new start ups, pls be aware before registering your co with Sulekha...

        hi, I had enlisted my service tax consultancy 3M SERVICE TAX CONSULTANCY with Sulekha after their sales team were 200% confident about leads generated for service tax consultancy in Kolkata. However to my utter surprise, I did not get even one lead for service tax within 30 days. Though i have written n number of mails. Nobody responds. Not even the branch head of Kolkata who was present when the sales people gave the figures for the leads. My questions to Mr. Satya Prabhkar are : 1. Is this the way to generate enormous growth of your co? 2. Do you actually get JOY and HAPPINESS by creating PAIN for others? 3. Is THERE ANY PUNISHMENT for MISSELLING? I don't know what your replies will be... But my earnest request to you is to immediately start an internal audit of all the calls made by the sales team via office phones, personal phones, mails, etc. And please dont commit to new start ups what you cant deliver because their funds and time are limited and this actually hampers their resolve... I am planning to meet you personally when i am in Mumbai or call you to give the details of the sales personnel and the discussions so that no other person is harrased like i am for the last 30 to 45 days.

          Hi I am getting messages from Sulekha.com on the name of Karthick.R though i am not registered with sulekha.com saying that the appointment is fixed with XXX vendors, I am fed up of deleting these messages. Please help me to stopping this nonsense thing...             Hello everyone I wanted to share with you all that I was ex-employee of Sulekha.com (employee Id 4328). I have given my resignation very professionally with all the exit formalities done on 22nd April 2013 but now it's been ore than 4 months and final salary settlements have not been done till date. According to there HR polIcies, initially it was 45 days from the date of resignation employee gets there final salary settlements but when this period of 45 days have been completed then there rules got changes and they made it to upto 3 months for final settlements. But as in my case it's already been more than 4 months but still my final settlements has not been done. This is really unprofessional attitude shown by the HR team, finance and payroll team. I also wanted to raise this issue to Ms Savitha Nair mam (director HR) as my final settlements should be settled as soon as possible with interest of delayed part.

              Sulekha No1 Fraud Company. I received call from Ms Reshma (numbers [protected],[protected]) from Sulekha. She got my lead through justdial. And she started comparing with justdail. And asked me how many leads you are getting from just dial. And i told max 1 or 2 leads and sometimes nothing. And she started telling if take contract with Sulekha you will get per day minimum 5 leads & sometimes even more. And I told "ok ! But right now i am not interested.. like that i told...And she started telling today our company anniversary day, so we are giving this contract for half price. Then i told ,"whatever today I am going to out of city, so give me 3-5days think about it. And she started telling you will get gift coupons, this ..that..all you will get if you pay money today itself. And finally after so many conversations i paid 4000Rs and my contract ID 286415. And waited for 15days,till that time no leads. So i called sulekha and i asked. They told you didn’t give any key lists that is why you are not getting(actually i was trying to give that day itself, but they told related your contract we will update key lists..)...And finally I gave ...and after 15 days again i called (because i did not get single lead),then they told your listing very rare number of people will search ,and give us once again key lists(why the hell i asked me to take contract if less no of people searching)....and finally I gave..and again waiting waiting waiting for leads ...finally no patience …I I called…I again same dialogue …give us key lists we will upadate…like they are played with me …and I asked pls refund my amount..and they told we upadate new key lists ..you will get more leads …same dialog .. Almost 2 months over and I didn’t receive any lead… And they are telling will not refund money…
              Pls pls pls pls pls pls help me some one in this matter….what I have to do…

                BEWARE: Unfair and non-transparent advertisement options

                I advertised on Sulekha.com for my property at Hyderabad which I wanted to rent out. First I selected the free advertisement option and later upgraded to premium option of advertising. My expectations were that my advertisement will be among the first ones to show up when anyone searches for available properties in the area where my property is located. This is what I read on their website FAQs section.

                  Even your executive have NO SENSE, how to talk with Customer.

                    You have put my clinic name as 24 hr abortion clinic I am a general physician i am not doing any abortion
                    in my clinic and my clinic is not working 24 hrs I have specefic timings like 9 to 12 ,30 in morning and
                    4 to 7 p m in the evening.

                    Please delete my clinic name from youir listing.as early as possible It is shame on my part and it will tarnish my reputation I have a name as a reputed general physician for the last 25 yrs

                      Sulekha - Money not refunded for failed transcations

                      I have done online recharge through mobiles.sulekha.com on 21 Dec 2012 but the transcations failed and I got a message for the same. But money was debited from my account for the failed transcations, which I got to know after few hours. when I called the customer care they told that it will be refunded...

                      More than 5 months completed still my amount is not credited to me. I receiving only mail from sulekha like

                      Dear Jobu Kamaraj,

                      Refund of Rs 215.00 has been issued against your order 321131 successfully!

                      It may take another 12 – 15 working days for the bank to reflect the amount in your account.

                      We request you to Click here to continue shopping

                      more than 4 times I received this mail but my amount is yet now not credited to my account, this is worst way of customer relation from sulekha I really feel bad like why I did recharge through sulekha. I receive the same email 4 times from but there is no refundable yet now.

                      Also I send an email to sulekha on 24th Jan 2013 but there is no response from sulekha.

                      Let me know to whom I can contact to receive my money back.

                      Already I raise a compliant through http://www.consumercomplaints.in/ on Feb 5, 2013 and from sulekha they called me and said they will refund my amount and they asked my one month transaction detail after that 2 months completed still they didn't refund my amount after that there is no response from them.

                      MOBILE RECHARGE — not refunded

                      My cell no.[protected] failed to recharge and payment amounting to Rs.80/- has not been debited to my A/c on by paytm mobile recharge centre.

                      Regret that your recharge on Sulekha.com was unsuccessful, we have issued full money refund for this order on Jan 24th 2013. Once the refund is issued from our end, private sector banks takes 5 to 10 working days & public sector banks take 7 to 14 working days for crediting the money back to the same account used for this purchase/transaction. The quoted refund timelines at the bank are indicative and most refunds happen sooner.

                      This type of cheating not the best way of any business. Either not refund my money i will get a fir on police station due to not refund my money.

                        actually i am cheated by sulekha.com i have purchase a 6 months member ship from sulekha.com before 20-25 days the telly caller says me u get 5-10 leads dally basis but after buying member ship they give a 30-35 fake leads i am fed up for this service i want cancel this member ship and get back my money .i have call a customer care number of sulekha .com talk with many agents (parkash, satya naryan) etc.they give a branch manger number mr raj kumar gandhi([protected])
                        but no can pick the call .sir please help for this the ad link has been below

                            I ordered a mobile phone (Lenovo P700i - Order No: 437367) on Feb 17, 2013. And the product got cancelled on 26 February, 2013 by sulekha due to no stock issue. Got a mail from Tradus stating that the product has been cancelled and refund process will be initated within 24 hours. But Sulekha raised the refund process on March 6, 2013 and still the amount is not credited into my account as promised. I contacted sulekha customer care and their reply was not satisfactory and they are not providing me the exact date of refund.

                            I will not sugest sulekha to any of my friends for their worst customer service.

                            they cancel my order after one week they said me money refund @ 18feb 2012 but till date i did not receive money in my SBI account, i mail many times with account statement but from few day they are not reply also. what i can do for it.

                              i am cheated from sulekha.their people called me to make a tie-up with sulekha.com for the florist category and i paid 10,000/- to them in the month of 22/dec/2012 and from now i didnt received any lead or call of customer and now ahen i want my refund back,they are denying and and answering the same always.i m tired writing mails again and again,but all their staff from top to bottom level are such a cheater.
                              never ever deal with them.
                              if possible put it on their face book page so that other new customers can also know and at least they can save their moneys

                                Sir/Ma'am

                                I made a debit card transaction (recharged a mobile) of Rs 150 on 13TH Feb on mobiles.sulekha.com but the recharge was unsuccessful and also the balance was deducted from my account.

                                I waited for some days as the balance in this kind of situation is always refunded but this time it was not refunded.

                                Please look into this matter as already 9 days have gone...

In case an order ID was not generated please mention the details like amount debited, email id, mobile number which was to be recharged, mode of transaction (credit card/debit card/net banking) and the date of transaction.                                   Hi,

                                  I placed order for a mobile phone on 12th Feb 2013 and I suppose to get that by 18th of Feb 2013 but till today(21st Feb 2013) I have not get that. When I called the customer care they are telling they are unable to track the order and asked me to wait till evening. From the past three days they are telling the same thing and when I asked for higher authority number for registering complaint, they are not ready to give that. And I asked to refund my money as per their policy they are not ready to do that also.

                                    I have never seen this kind of worst and cheap service anywhere.
                                    Summary
                                    Order # is 192157.I have paid Rs 4412 on 05/March/2012 for posting the ad abt Mobile beauty parlor on yellow pages of sulekha. Before payment, I was promised that a new category “Mobile beauty parlour” will be created. It was not created at all. There was no response from Sulekha at all.
                                    Until 23/may/2012, the ad was not posted and the money was not refunded either.
                                    I am not sure when the ad was posted by Sulekha – Big irony is I have never provided any content to Sulekha for posting this ad. Sulekha has chosen its own content and posted the same.
                                    The content which was chosen by Sulekha had highly spoiled my personal and business life.
                                    For every line I have stated above, I have proof in written communication. I want to sue Sulekha in consumer court for spoiling my personal and business life. Sulekha has to pay 50 lacks for just spoiing my personal and professional life.
                                    Please help me on how to take it forward.

                                      sir i m sunil chawla about 17 jan i recharged my cell no.[protected] online by site mobile.sulekha.com.they deducted 48 rupees from my bank of baroda atm card but neither they recharged my cell nor refund my money.please resolved my problem as soon as possible.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      Regret that your recharge on Sulekha.com was unsuccessful, we have issued full money refund for this order on Feb 27th 2013. Once the refund is issued from our end, private sector banks takes 5 to 10 working days & public sector banks take 7 to 14 working days for crediting the money back to the same account used for this purchase/transaction. The quoted refund timelines at the bank are indicative and most refunds happen sooner.
