    I purchased 2 nos. of LCD TV Sony from the website of Sulekha.com.

    The Delivery date was[protected]. But when i watched the invoice cum warranty card that showed the date of 8th Aug,2011.
    Please tell me when i purchased TV in October then how warranty starts from August.

    Another thing that when i called up SONY people for installation, they simply refused for any warranty by telling that the serial no and the warranty paper is not valid. They simply sail that if i want the installation then i will have to pay 750/- rs and there is no warranty for even a single day.

    I called up Sulekha.com customer care they asked for the detailed mail. Now more than 10 days have passed and so after so many reminders i am not getting any reply.

    Please tell me what to do.

    and I couldn't see single one where customer is satisfied in the end.
    was planning to purchase moblie through this site. I will never do this mistake :)

      Officials of sulekha.com are not responding to our mails and phone calls after collecting a huge amount for providing classified services. They have utterly failed to provide the services as promised while collecting the cheque.
      They have virtually cheated us. They have been giving us false promises through telephone no[protected] assuring to refund the total amount, but neither replying to our mail nor attending our calls.
      We have sent them more than 10 mails, all mails have been forwarded to some of the most senior management people, they have also not replied to any of our mail. It appears they are not following a fair practice in business. We have come to know that they have been cheating the customers by giving false promises and wrong data.

        I am Raju Ghosh. The name of my wife is Sulekha Ghosh. Our present & permanent address is 35 (P) Dakshin Buxarah Village Road, (Thakurpukur), P.O. :- Buxarah, P.S. :- Shibpur, Dist. :- Howrah, Pin code :- 711 110, Name of House :- "Aurghya", Mobile no :[protected]Sulekha Ghosh),[protected] /[protected]Raju Ghosh). The name & number of Assembly are Howrah South & 173 respectively and also the Part Number & Serial Number according to the voter list of my wife(Sulekha Ghosh) are 116 & 1605 respectively. My wife has already submitted ECI-EPIC-001C (Form ID) with two passport size photograph (one signed) and xerox copy of marriage registration certificate, xerox copy of EPIC Card (Husband), Two marriage card & also xerox copy of certificate of madhyamik in December, 2010. After that time the name of my wife (Sulekha Ghosh) is enlisted in the voter list and also she casted her own vote. But we are very sorry to say that unfortunately the ECI-EPIC-001C (Form ID) with two passport size photograph & all xerox copy is completely lost from Howrah Maidan Office. Therefore, two times enquiry is come at our house and my wife goes to the Howrah Maidan Office according to the enquiry with my father for submission of above mentioned EPIC Form. But your department do not want to receive the important document. So she do not get EPIC Card. We are already 3 times harrassed for inefficiency & irresponsiblty of your department. The situation is very much unexpected, irritating, disgusting & also painful to us.
        I hope that you will take a adequate step against the situation & try to solve the problem sympathetically.

          Recently, On October 10, 2011 I have purchased a mobile from Sulekha.com I received an acknowledge receipt immediately after making the payment. In the receipt, it was mentioned that within 6 business days, i would be getting the product delivered. Anybody would expect at maximum, the 6th Business day the product would be delivered. But, Today is October 19, 2011. Totally 9 days are over. If you exclude 2 holidays (Sunday and Saturday) from that, 7 business days are over. Till now, i have not received the product. Even i tried to contact through mail and phone. Ver poor service. They are not able to make any detail about delivery. Thay are saying yes you have purchased a product that will be delivered you soon. What is the meaning of soon or 6 business days? I don't understand. Please don't buy ffrom Suleka.com any time. Poor service!!!! If i am not getting the product in next 2 days, i am going to go to consumer court.

            Our company www.goodkerala.com listed in www.sulekha.com in 2 sectors, kerala and Hyderabad. We have checked account status last week and realized without any information their staff changed contact details and mobile number for leads from sulekha.com. With our membership some other person getting leads and business. We called and asked sulekha people and they behaved rudely. 4 people called us including team leader and giving fake information's. Sulekha people doing 100% fraud business as they taken 30000 from us and changed contact details to their friends and they are getting business. This is Horrible.

              I visited the website of Sulekha.com for a personal loan. On registering they gave me the number of Raj Enterprises and also said that Raj Enterprises would contact me for my loan. When Raj Enterprises contacted me, got all documents collected and also we deposited Rs.5000/- in his assistant's account but now 2 months have passed and he does not answer the phone. When I contacted Sulekha they say that they are not responsible. I would like to warn everybody not to take the advertisements in Sulekha as true, they are cheaters.

                Dear All,

                I got call from sulekha by name(Swetha-executive ) asked to take leads like Life insurance and General Insurance And Loans, they promissed for 20 to 25 leads per month and we taken life isnurance leads for 3 months period and paid Rs.3000+310(service tax) total Rs.3310 on 17th june 2011 we signed order form after 1 weeks i called and asked for the status they said some problems in the IT we will give leads, but after 2/3 weeks i follw up continuously there giving irrelevent answers till date they given only 1 lead thet too its fake, please dont go anybody for this cheaters, i strongly recommend dont go to these kind of [protected]@.

                Don't use priority ad service of Sulekha

                I had posted a priority ad ( 166631 ), which supposed to be displayed on top all free ads. But the free ads are coming above my so called priority ad. I want refund of my money.

                  I got call from Ms. Tharanaya (SULEKHA) on 21st April 2011 around 5 PM. They giving 1 year subscription only 3000 + tax = 3309/-. Normally this offer only for 6 month. only today you can avail this offer.

                  Finally I said ok.

                  In same day she send person to fill the foam and take the impression of my CREDIT CARD.

                  After made the payment they not revert about any updates. I had keep follow-up with Ms. Tharanaya .

                  Then finally 6th of June 2011 Ms. Tharanaya confirmed that they can give 1 year subscription. For this confirmation they took 3 month from April to June. And also she confirmed I will get full amount Rs.3309/-.

                  Till now I have not got any chq from sulekha.

                  My credit card swiped on 21/04/2011, today 4/08/2011 till no proper response.
                  Kindly request you to get my full amount from sulekha.

                  Only my mobile bill got increased. I have given below which ever landline number I have communicated.

                  Sulekha Classifieds — 3 months delay in refund of amount

                  Hi ,

                  I was approached by a Sulekha classifieds relationship manager on december25th,2009 saying they have a one day offer for adevrtising in sulekha.com website and yellowpages for one year at Rs9000/- which can be paid in 6EMI using ICICI/HDFC credit cards.They tried to access my card with wrong passwords with out asking me and hence the card was blocked.So,i had to make payment with my friend's card thinking the offer would be over.the amount was deducted but the transaction was not successful and so we had to swipe 9000 once again.After doing all this,sulekha guys said we cant give you EMI facility on HDFC card as they promised me before swiping the card.Finally they said,we will refund the 18000 swiped using HDFC and before that they asked me to swipe one more time from ICICI .I have been continuously following up with sulekha guys regarding refund but they are careless about this.On this,they have said i would get unlimited offer for an year but they stopped sending leads after a month saying they have sent enough leads in a month.Please help me out in getting back my 27000/- with penalty.I want them to repent for playing with innocent customers like me.Kindly do the needful

                  This is vishal here on 12.7.12 i got a call from Mr Jagan(sulekha)regarding update my free add to premium 199/- plan with conform sale of product or else i will get the money back.till now my product is not sold and finally i gave to my brother.Regarding refund i spoke with many times to Mr.jagan but no proper response and i gave a complaint to customer care and i gave all details of my cash receipt no. which is 24781 date of payment 12.7.12 but i didnt got any response too.This was really a bad experience i got and i never hope this from sulekha.                   I have been regular user of sulekha mobile recharging service. on 29 th january i tried to recharge my mobile number [protected] with rs 120 but recharge failed saying transaction was cancelled or was not authorized but 120 rs were deducted from my credit card.

                  This is the message i got from my credit card services Transaction of Rs. 120 made on SBI credit card XX0477 at SULEKHA on 29 jan 13.
                  From my online sbi card statement i can see that the amount has been deducted but there was no recharge processed .

                  please do the needful.
                  No 1 worst service sulekha. this is fraud company. i would like to say others, anybody dont contact and dont give any add with sulekha. no 1 fraud company. executies all talking like fruit. but everything fraud talking. they will cheating.

                    for upgrading my free ad (id: 6337773), i dropped my OBC chq 350256 dated 08.06.11 in icici bank, AS Rao nagar br, hyd on 08.06.11. this amount is debited to my account on 10.06.11. to date the ad is not released.

                    sulekha phones[protected],[protected] rings for long durations, but are not attended to. then e-mails i send and no one bothers even to read and reply them. i keep complaining on whatever forum i come accross to no avail. cant believe this is a private company. govt departments are better. whom should i now approah. can you send this complaint to the chairman or manager of this awful company. i will not repeat this mistake of choosing this company for my needs now on.

                      Ever since I regsitered my classified on sulekha.com, I keep getting marketing calls and SMS's its so annoying. These people are selling personal details/Leeds of the customers to vendors or other business.

                      They making money out of our contact details.

                      I RECOMMEND TO ALL WHO REGISTER ON SULEKHA.COM TO BEAWARE OF YOUR DETAILS AND THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

                        We Master Computech Pvt. Ltd., had signed a contract with Sulekha.com, a company running classifieds and yellow pages on internet, for giving business leads to us as per below details. This contract was signed in our office and was handed over to their person as per details below.
                        Order no.60675, Dated[protected] for an Amount Rs.55,150/- for total 483 leads with 2 leads per day.

                        However some of the leads given to us on daily basis were fake i.e. either the person’s no. use to just ring or they were not interested in web services. And every month we used to give them a list of fake enquiries for replacement and used to get assurance that all the fake leads would be replaced at the end of the contract.
                        In the mean time they sold us one more service for sending SMS and emails for our business promotion as per details below.
                        Order no.30024 Dated[protected] for an Amount Rs. 15,000/- for SMS/Mails 50000/50000. They had agreed to return our money if they found their service was not giving us desired results. As this service was not proper we asked them to stop it immediately and give us the refund.

                        And instead of giving refund of Rs.15,000/-, to adjust this amount their sales executives namely Ms. Caroline and Ms. Komal Shetty convinced us for one more contract mentioning it as a special offer and promised us to start it as soon as the current one is over. The details of the new contract signed in advance in Dec,09 are as below. This contract was supposed to start after approx. 6 months i.e. as soon as the current one gets over.
                        Order no.69240 Dated[protected] for an Amount Rs. 15,000/- + 36399/- =51,399/- for 490 No. of Leads with 2 leads per day and would start after the previous one gets over.

                        And while the old contract was on with 40 leads pending and additional 247 fake leads to be replaced, Sulekha stopped all the services since[protected] and removed our listing from their website www.sulekha .com.

                        To an extent our business was depending upon the leads provided by them, we asked them the reason behind stopping our services and did not get proper reply. On the contrary they were insisting on starting the new contract signed in Dec,09 as above despite 287 pending leads (more than 50% of the signed contract) from the old one. Every lead was charged us @ Rs. 114/- and thus Sulekha is trying to get away with Rs. 32,770/- towards the pending 287 leads in addition to Rs. 51,399/- towards the new contract which never started and have stopped our services affecting our business heavily. Hence the total amount they are trying to misappropriate is Rs. 84,169/-.

                        In between Ms. Kalpana herself checked 2 leads in conference call with us and finding them fake, she promised to check all the leads and replace within a day. But as usual again no reply.

                        I lodged a police complaint in July,2010 and sent them a legal notice as well. Finally after a long follow up with Dadar police station they sent a letter to sulekah officials to be present at police station for enquiry. However But they did not pay any heed to it. Then on[protected] and I personally went to their Malad office with police and met Ms. Kalpna Punwani and Mr. Clyde Barreto.

                        Finally in the meeting Ms. Kalpana issued me a letter for listing for 1 and 1/2 year and verbally mentioned that we may sometimes get 4 to 5 enquiries per day. However I mentioned my remark on the letter that we shall get average 2 enquires per day.

                        Unfortunately again they failed in comittmments and we have got just 1 enquiry in last 8 days.

                        In these circumstances I am asking them to refund my amount of Rs.84,169/- (as above) and they are refusing to do it.

                            hi this from Sri Sai Computer I am not satisfied with sulekha.com bcoz this company cheated me ....I started the small business with sulekha.com I paid the amount of 4000+ tax for customer lead basis the sulekha.com promised me. we can give 100% Genuine
                            leads like one customer is only for you like 1:1. I got daily 6 to 7 leads but this all leads are fake and cheated also. when I call to such customer it comes busy or some times pls check the num if i got a num the customer told me its done or solve the problem by sulekha.com only . After that I called to Customer care the exicutive told me yours leads 1:7 but the company executive promise me 1:1 basis. After that met Bangalore sulekha.com the Sales Executive his name is Thanveer Pasha & one lady Sunitha beehives like Roudis. Lead basis and also i have a writing prof from this company Executive .when i asked refund my money the executive says its company rules this rules like cheated to so many peoples pls do something for this type of company . I want to do something but i don't know how to clarify this problem I am not worrying about my money I am worrying about only peoples .........

                              I have used Anjani Movers and Packers in Ameerpet due to a 4 star rating from Sulekha Classifieds. Anjani is not a professional company and caused damage to various goods. They were supposed to bring all packing materials and yet only brought minimal amount of card board boxes. Valuable leather sofas and wooden beds were loaded without any protection from other items even though promises were made to thoroughly pack them. Even after repeated instructions, A/C copper piping at the end of the internal was bent and rendered useless.

                              I tried to convey this to Sulekha and warn other consumers to be beware of this mover. Sulekha only has good and higher ratings on their website and does not publish anything negative about their paid customers. This is blatantly misleading consumers who see the reviews (who knows if these are even true after our experience) and think that the service will be good and hassle free.

                                We booked one contract with yellowpages.Sulekha.com for promotion of our business activities. We are extremely disappointed by their service. There is no response and our money has gone waste. It is our worst business experience with any business organisation. Extremely pathetic customer service and no response on complaints even from the senior management. We suggest you not to waste any money on them as it will be entirely loss. Our company has blacklisted them and will never do business with them and will suggest other to not work with them.

                                Yes, I am fully agree with the above comments. Sulekha.com is doing a fraud. You will never get any lead from them.

                                Their sales people (Nivedita and shashikant) tell you that there will 2-3 leads per day but you will never get a single lead until you call them continuously and ask for the leads then they will send 2-3 fraud leads.

                                We are a small IT company in Delhi dealing in web designing and we hosting and this is our personal experience.

                                  I have subscribe a service in sulekha.com

                                  Where I have paid a amount 0f 10000 + service tax for a subscription period of one year.

                                  Suddenly 10 days remaining before six month to be completed, I got a call from Sulekha.com asking me to pay money to continue the subscription. I told them that I have a year of package then why you people are asking for money again. After that they said that “I have to pay the money” and cut the phone.

                                  After six month of my subscription they remove my listing with sulekha.com and start calling me to make the payment, they also said that “Sir we will activate your service immediately if I am ready to pay”.

                                  I told them am having the receipt where it’s clearly mentioned that the package is for 1 year. I have totally frustrated with this people from sulekha.com.

                                  Sulekha.com have cheated me and taken the money by giving a wrong commitment,

                                  Please help me to get my remaining money back. Am not asking for the money for that six month where my listing was there. But the remaining money should be refunded.

                                  Request to sulekha.com stop making fool to customers.

                                  And to customer please be careful.
