We had taken contract for Tata sky distributorship. It was forcefully given by saying if dont receive 3 leads per day you can cancel contract after 1month. but before 1 month completes we got results of 5 leads in 20 day, hence we tried to contact them via mail and calls, but nobody is bother to even reply. What we should do. Also they asked us to swipe credit card, without any interest, but now Bank is charging me hell lot of interest, by which my investment amount gone upto 16000/-. After all the mess, the started giving leads say 15 in a month but not for Tata Sky, for DTH companies, which we really dont work for. Whom to complaint about this. Please help...     A month back I had hired a household goods for wader M/s New Awadh Cargo service for transportation of household goods from Lucknow to Mumbai. He delivered the goods after lot of follow up after 21 days and in a damaged condition as well as one package is missing. Now from 30 days I am trying to contact him but unable to. Initially he responded but from last 20 days he has kept my no in black list. I have used your website to contact the service provider now I request you to help me to get my goods back and the claim for the dammage.       Sulekha is a Froud Company in India. On 02-Jan-2015 my Sulekha Account was activated then They have entered my Communication Address wrong also not updated our Custome keywords on Our Sulekha profile. I have contacted 35-40 times to concern person at Ahmedabad ( Name: Gayathri & Mitesh Thakar) but they are not receiving our calls. And told us that we are not responcible for this mistake. Kindly do not pay tu Sulekha.com for any types of paid membership. Beware of that types of companies in India. We have given 02 payment cheques to marketing person (Name: Mitesh Thakar) - Ahmedabad. We have told to withdrawl 1st cheque on the spot but We told him to call us first when he withdrawl for 2nd cheque. But he don't call us or ask, then withdrawl our 2nd cheque withour our confirmation.

        Dear Team, Have registered my number i.e. [protected] on 01.01.2015 morning & got call from many packers & movers agency. Have selected M/s Air max international packers & mover for my shifting. Have intimated ever thing about my house hold & we have concluded Rs. 2200/- for assignment. We have planned to start the shifting on yesterday night i.e. 02.01.2015 at 5:30 p.m. But their 5 peoples comes at 8:45 p.m. And after visiting the house they just tell us that they are going to arrange the packing material & they just left the deal on the way. Requesting you to take a firm action & provide us some re-embursment since we have arranged other agency on double rate due to priority. Also requesting you to please do not consider M/s Air max packers & mover in your list since till now all the agency prefered by you for my frequent shifting found V. Excellent except M/s Air max packers & mover. They even not picking up the call for the explaination why they left the deal & we have suffered very badly due to them.

          Our company take package of 17, 000 INR from pradeep kumar rana(deputy manager of sulekha.com). Pradeep kumar rana take payment cheque of rupees 17, 000 INR from our office on 15 Dec2014 and he committed to us that package should be start within one weak but the package should not be start after seventeen days.when ever i call to mr pradeep kumar rana and miss amandeep kaur they should not give any positive reply .On 31 dec i was called 12pm to mr pradeep kumar rana and complaint that package should not be start yet.he does not give any positive reply and misbehave with me. we did not get any invoice for my payment of 17, 000 INR. Mr pradeep kumar rana committed to me this package what i write on bracket (client booked for 200 silver leads in domestic air travel agents & 160 leads in domestic tour operators mention on profile specialize in Goa tour package. min leads in day in tour opertaors is 3 & max leads is 7 & min leads in day in ticketing is 3 & max leads 7.finish all leads in 1 month.client paid 17000 rupees).           I called these numbers daily[protected] and Chennai no.30213000, amandeep no.[protected] and pradeep kumar rana no. [protected]
          all are hold my call long time or don't pick my call if attended then don't give reply that when my package services are activated.i already send mail to sulekha.com employee's but no response. if you are unable to give services then return my money 17000 what i give to sulekha.com

          we are not satisfied with your service because we do no get any response from your side . sulekha team members call me and use abuse language and said canceled your package soon and warning me that if you did not cancel your package we harm you..after that we scared and canceled the package.sulekha .com take 17, 000 rs and did not give service and no refund money. two persons call me (they warning me and use abusing language) with private number amandeep and her number is [protected] and second one is pradeep kumar rana.

              We came to know through suleka.com that the nearby lenova mobile service center is at Vadapalani, Gurudev mobiles. We have handed over our mobile on 30th dec. They confirmed that they will deliver the same by 31st Dec. On 31st they confirmed that they will give it by 1st. On 1st they are saying that they don't have a person to do repair work. Why they have collected our mobile. Why they are postponing the work. Reason behind that is unknown. Moreover they are not giving any acknowledgement also. We have asked explanation for the same.They are asking us to collect our mobile back. This is not the right way of dealing the customer. Don't recommend this sort of service centers in future.We have missed so many business calls. We went there thrice by a car. Unnecessary waste of time.That vendor has to give compensation for all our losses.

                My company name KLAKO SECURITY SERVICE PVT LTD.I have plan to give one add in sulekha then i an contacted sulekha one lady her name is abinaya she sended one person his name is sabari both are in egmore pantheon road branch. That person came and they explain every details mean per lead they charge 200Rs and they told per day they give max 5 leads. Ian given Rs 40000 on october 2014 now december running till a day they did not given any lead. Ian contacting abinaya and sabari they are picking the phone and they are cheated us. sulekha company given so much stress to me iam very very upset they do samething to other business people all will be like me so please please claim my amount Rs 40000 and fenality for loss of my business. They are wasted my business

                  I am registered on sulekha.com on 1st nov.2014 as Universal tours & travels for car rental services. My payment is collected by Mr.Omkar Ravindra Thanekar ( cont:- [protected] ) on dt.26.10.2014. also my telephonic cordinator from Sulekha.com Malad (w) kachpada office Miss.Pooja is giving me bronz package for my service for one year Rs.6000/- Now today is 28.11.2014 but my service is not yet started. People's are not picking phones calls, no once can reply me back.. etc. My payment is cleared on 03.11.2014 from my bank. Also i contact with customer care 3-4 times - ( i.e. On chennai office - toll free no.[protected] all staff if given falls commitments. Now Mr.jhon is a senior person is there. & he co- ordinates with me from last week but till date no answer got from Sulekha.com. If peoples are not having any courtesy & not able to give services to the new customers then why the this type of peoples are hold sulekha.com. Really sulekha.com is loosing custome's trust.

                        I have submit an add TV repair in home service contact no. On sulekha.com on 15.11.14. On 16.14.14 so may calls came from tv service centre from bangalore. In that I selected one service person that is PRAKSH ELECTRONICS, GOPI - Contact No. [protected]. He came on 16.11.14 at 4 p.m. He repair it & taken Rs. 900 for the service charge.. After he repair then switch on the T.V. TV was running 2 minutes.Then current gone. He told that T.V is ok.Then he left from my hme. After 5 minutes currnet came. Then I switch on the T.V. The T.V was not on. Then suddenly called to Gopi. He didn't pick the phone. Then I Called next day that is on 17.11.14, he told that after you gone the T.V was not on kindly come again & solve the problem. He told that I will not go, you on take the TV to my service centre shop than I repair it. So, Kindly check it & solve the problem.

                        Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible . Otherwise I don't use any service from sulekha.com

                          They Trying small company ads to their websites. They asked for promoting companies. But very cheap level to connecting peoples like repeated calls and long long calls. No one i think searching people very little one searching people. Peoples be carefull to this type of company

Yesterday we have contacted SR packers and movers through sulekha.com. We have given the advance of Rs.4000 to Mr.Bhuvanesh(SR packers), but they haven't given slip. They said they r going to send the vehicle by today morning, But they didn't send the vehicle and they are not responding to our call. Please help us to get back our advance.

                                  Hi guys, I am telling you all never ever use Sulekha Service those people are sitting their to cheat us. I send my household product from them on 26/9/14 and they committed it will deliver on 5/10/14. But still I am waiting for this and when we visit Sulekha Agent( Rajeev Mishra [protected]) house we found products are lying on his house. I do not know how to describe this. So my personal experience is never use Sulekha Service they will charge money then no responsibility.

                                    Hi All, I got worst service from Sulekha you people only cheat to your customers nothing else.I hand over my product to one of our Agent New Asiana Kanpur ([protected]) Mr Rajeev Mishra. He took my product on 26/9/14 and he commited to me the product will deliver on 5/10/14 but i have not receive my product. i tried to reach him several time but never get a reply so my Family member visit his house so they found the product is stilling lying their.                                         I want to take legal action against Sulekha, Mr.Sujit ([protected]) and Ms.Divya ([protected]). These frauds have run away with our Rs 10000 which were debited from our company's account on 2nd Sept. These two people convinced us into paying the amount by telling false stories and continuously calling. And now there is no sign of any service as promised. Beware of Sulekha.com. Worst site and service ever possible.
