ON 2/2/2013 I RECHARGED MY VODAFONE NO [protected] WITH 66 RS BUT AFTER I VALIDATED THE TRANSACTION THE PAGE GIVEN ERROR AND MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED FOR 66 BUT RECHARGE WAS NOT DONE, AFTER THAT TILL TODAY I M COUNTINUOUSLY SENDING EMAILS TO SULEKHA ONLINE RECHARGE, BUT THERE IS NO REPLY FROM THEM AND ALSO THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY BACK, THEY ARE CHEATING CUSTOMERS,

        Below are the details of failed mobile recharge transactions for which refund has been raised but amount has yet not been credited to my account.

        These transactions are around 2 months old.
        Out of these 6, two (2X15) have been resolved after several follow up mails to Sulekha.com Deals" <[protected]@sulekha.net>, Recharge <[protected]@sulekha.net>.

        But 4 are still pending and it's not been taken care by sulekha.com.

        Earlier I was getting standard stupid replies that refund has been issued and amount will get credited in 5-10 days but now they do not even reply to my remiders.

        Please refund the stuck amount (Rs 61 - 15X3+ 16).
        Please help me resolve this with recharge.sulekha.com.

          Hi,

          I've purchased a Lenova A60 + mobile from Sulekha, order no. 422619. The order status shows it as success since the last 8 days. It is supposed to be shipped on or before January 31, 2013 but there is no further information on the status. Contacted the customer care 5- 6 time to check the despatch details. Each time they promise the item is shipped today and due to technical issue they were not able to provide the docket number. This is a fake promise and irresponsible reply .I asked them to check and call me back but no one turned up. I feel I am cheated . Never in my life i will make the same mistake of ordering through Sulekha. I made multiple online purchases from Flipkart and homeshop18 they were very prompt and on 3rd working day I use to get the product at my doorstep. That is what people expect from an online shopping.

          Having read so many negative reviews, I'm afraid whether the product will still be shipped? Request you to kindly confirm whether the product is shipped

          In case the product is not shipped, as committed by you, will the refund process will be initiated immediately.So that i can do the purchase from some other vendor

            I have done recharge worth Rs 196 On the date of 17.01.2013 but due to some error it is fail but till date on 05.02.2013 they have not refund my amount & after that when I do mail to their ID they are not responded there & from call they are not able to solve the problem so I request you all please do not go on sulekha.com for recharge any thing because they give very very poor service..

              Just wanted to make you aware of the experience my relative had with this packers and movers. I have seen the same guy moving around in PSN and
              hence want you to take a informed decision.

              If you register in Sulekha, they are recommended by Sulekha.com and you will get their contact as one of the SMS from Sulekha.com. The person would
              probably quote at lower end, promise for best packing etc and when they come for assessment they would give a quatation with lot of loop holes. However
              since i was personally involved I did check on every clarification and he will commit for a price.

              Once on the day you want to move, they will come and take the goods. Once the good is out of your hand, the game starts. He will then want to charge
              you additional stating one pr the other reason. In my relatives case, they had a scooter and they asked them to pick it up from their godown some
              where in outskirts. Also asked to pay 20% more citing octroi charged in checkpost etc. He earlier agreed for Rs20/day for holding the goods in warehouse
              and later charged Rs 50/day. And many more intresting addons. They are well prepared and will have no evidence to show in the documentation like
              Quotation or other delivery chalans, they are fear less of police and would not release your goods unless you succumb to their over price.

              The person by name Mr. Kuldeep Singh, who talks extra polite and would just make you belive he would do everything free. The details of his mobile
              no and the address of the company (as per thier letter head) is as follows.

                      I've purchased a Karbonn A30 mobile from Sulekha, order no. 405794. The order status shows it as success since the last 6 days. It is supposed to be shipped on or before January 28, 2013 but there is no further information on the status. Having read so many negative reviews, I'm afraid whether the product will still be shipped? Also, even if it is shipped on time, people have faced problems using them.                         I have made an online purchase of Nokia Lumia 510 in sulekha.com on[protected]. I paid the amount using city union bank net banking and the transaction was successful and the amount is deducted from my account but i have not received the order number. when i contacted the customer care regarding this, they said that my money will be refunded with in 12 working days but till now my money is not refunded and when i contacted the customer care again there is no proper response about the refund date. they are telling that my money may be refunded tentatively by February 10.please take necessary steps......

                                I ordered a mobile from sulekha deals in December 1st week( order no. 267589), which was cancelled by sulekha because they didn’t have the product in stock on 15th December. Till date I have not received the refund. On calling customer care, the executives keep telling me another 5-6 working days or call up tomorrow, worst they disconnect the phone line when they dont have answers to the queries. Customer care is pathetic and their web site does not provide any means of contacting anyone else.


                                The store should be banned from functioning as it is fooling people showing very low prices when they do not even have a product. They smartly don't have an option of "pay on delivery".

                                    I made payment of Rs.6550/- through South Indian Bank online for a mobile phone from Sulekha online shop on 9th of December 2012. Since they failed to dispatch the material, I told them to cancel the order and refund the amount. Till today they have not refunded money even after repeated emails reminding them for refund.

                                      Our was registered with Sulekha.com under the name Chrysalis Software & Systems Pvt. Ltd

                                      We have email proof from Sulekha.com Sales person that if we are note satisfied with the service we can cancel the service and we will get the full refund within 45 days.

                                      I have already sent a Legal notice to Sulekha Headquarters. But since then there is no follow up.
                                      I have been told to that the refund has been processed but still not reflected on my credit card.

                                        Sulekha people offered they will give 110 lead each month and promised to give initial offer of home theater and DVD player. But now I didn't got any thing from them.
