I have cancelled 2 rail ticket cancell on 18 jan2013. Ticket cancelled but refund not credited in my pos. When i complain give me complain no. N[protected]. After 48 hours when i again contact c. C. No. Told me that refund credited in your a / c on 2 / 1 / 2013

    On 24th August 2011, I have complained about this company. Complaint details was as below :-

    " Suvidhaa Infoserve Pvt. Ltd. - has taken Rs. 10, 000/- from us on date 16/07/2010 as per their Receipt No.: 41618, cash collected by their Agent at Nagpur Mr. Vishal Anand for IRCTC Railway Booking, AIR Ticket Booking, Hotel Booking, Bus Ticket Booking, Mobile Recharge, etc. - Our Franchisee Code is 41774. But all of sudden from about 3 months they have blocked their IRCTC Services. Mainly money has been taken out for the services of IRCTC, so if they can not provide that services to us, they should refund our money. We complained about this to them many times, but they are not giving us any reply. It is totally fraud by them. "

    Now again 3 months passed, but till now they have not responded to my complaint and my services are still not working.

      I am Aravind from Chennai, I took Suvidhaa's franchise in 2009 with Id-4682(Admire), from that time they never paid the commissions as they promised.
      Mainly I opted there service for Railway booking, but since one year they are not in a position to avail me railway booking facility.

      Every 10 days I ask them about it they will tell me the stories. If they are not in a position to provide the service which they have promised I asked them to repay me the Deposit amount and compensation for loosing my business by relying on them.

      I request all the franchisee holders to pressurize them to get the service what they have promised.

      I would like to move to consumer court regarding this as I have waited for a long time i.e more than one year. And I paid them 10000/- which is not a small amount. Franchisees who are not getting railway service please unite and gather together for getting our service.

                      i purchage suvidhaa pos on[protected]at that time sales rep.tell me that from security deposite you will retain balance rs.750/on 4th april & on4th may.
                      but still todayon29thapril i will not get my balance of rs.750of april.
                      still today after somany request i can notget training for suvidhaa pos. i can not
                      book rail reservation (ihave allreadysend irctc agreementform on18th march).
                      time to time error occured in suvidhaa pos.
                      incorrect epinis also done problem to retailors.
                      bsnl(west) landline bill not update in customer a/c after 2 months
                      somany times when customer come with bill suvidhaa pos did not show any details about that bill
                      also if i sendmybalance through cash in suvidhaa a/c balance update after 3 hrs.

                      Am the employee of suvidhaa infoserve pvt ltd until 08 july2008 . my pf no is MH/210/181/157 have submited application in suvidhaa on 19.011.08 .they send to their consultant Mr.Deepak maru[protected] &[protected].

                      They submitted on 29.12.08 in kandiveli epf office. but till date i didnt get any settlement.may i know the status of my epf.

                            Hi Suvidhaa team, please rechange your name aasuvidhaa as your name and your service are totally unrelated .,I am franchise for suvidahaa with code 24560. I am not getting proper support from Suvidhaa Mumbai team in terms of booking bus ticket and refund of cancelled tickets. Local sales man is trying his best but due to poor support from head office I am not able to do business with suvidhaa. I tried bus booking for one customer last week. The amount got debited from my account and for nearly 1 hour ticket was not issued, I was told to wait for 1 hour. I had very hard time convincing customer to wait for 1 hour after which I got reply that ticket was not booked. I guess suvidhaa is cheating us by saying that booking is done online but actually this is done manually by contacting travels and then booking which takes one hour. I request suvidhaa to start local support or toll free number for franchisee support and do prompt service. I would strongly discourage anybody from taking up this suvidhaa and make their life Asuvidha

                              Myself Devdatta Rane, I had Applied for Suvidhaa Franchisee in Month of July 10.
                              I have Paid Rs.10000 through Cheque to Favoring Suvidhaa Infoserve Pvt.Ltd.
                              Till Date i have not got Any Company Receipt for the payment No Information On Any of the Franchisee Kit,
                              Mr.Dharam Raj Yadav Sales Executive Came collected the cheque and from that day nobody has bothered to come down and explain me why i have not received any Payment Receipt or Franchisee ki no signanges to hoardings Ni ether CD which should have been given. to me at the time of payment,I called couple of times to their Office Nos and Customer Care but nobody has bothered to help.
                              Now i want the Money back which i have Paid and also would like them to pay penalty for causing such Inconvenience.

                              Kindly take strict Action Against Suvidhaa Infoserve Pvt.Ltd these people are really fraud with fraud intentions.
                              Kindly Help in getting proper justice.

                                I have started a suvidhaa retail outlet for railway ticket booking, MSEB bill pament, BSNL bill payment & other services in oct 2007. At that time a local person Mr. Shishir Bhartia was appointed by company as franchisee. With him company personnel organised a seminar locally. At that time they take Rs. 40,000/- from me As security deposit (Rs. 25,000/-) ,Cost of POP material & other(Rs.15,000/-).Due to non commencement of of promised services & a very poor quality of railway reservation facility started by Suvidhh, the counter wasn't became econmically viable. It encurs me a loss of 60,000/- over a period of 10 months. Since then I stooped the sevices & requested the Suvidhaa personnel to refund my Security deposit. Also I called their office at mumbai on no.[protected] & requested to refund my security deposit. I had given written request to suvidhha personel who visited my counter on[protected]. But despite promises, I have not received a single pai till date.
                                This company looks a fraud .They are collecting money from unemployed people & then cheating them.
                                Sir I request you to kindly help me in getting my deposit amount back.

                                After mking complaint on consumer complaints, finally i got a call from Mr. rahul Joshi, a Suvidhaa personnel on[protected]. After taking all details from me he told me that he is forwarding the complaint to concern deptt. On 29th Nov. I got a call from Mr. Kuljitsing from tel No[protected], asking me details of payment I made to Suvidhaa & requested me to withdraw the comlaint from ConsumerComplaints. I refuse to withdraw the comlaint untill I get my money back. He asked me to give details of payments which are as follows :--

                                Rs. 500=00 paid in cash 0n[protected]
                                (at the time of seminar as token amount for franchisee)
                                Rs.35000=00 Paid by DD On[protected]
                                in the name of Suvidhaa Infoserve
                                Rs. 9500=00 paid by DD on[protected]

                                Total amount paid to Suvidhaa infoserve is Rs. 45, 000=00

                                We have received your complain on Consumer Complaint box regarding your concern about security deposit. As per telephonic conversation we have informed you that there is no security deposit pending at suvidhaa end. However, the amount your paid to suvidhaa is already updated in you system as working limit which you have already utilized by using suvidhaa services.

                                  I Mr.Y.Janardhanrao, Seethamsetti nagar,Rampachodavaram. This is to intimate you I have taken one onlineservices outlet Franchise in Suvidhaa. Till am working those services in my village. One of the company executive told your village is very small . in your village only one outlet is capable .I didnot give any another outlet to others. But on[protected] he give another outlet in my village and it is opened also. He does not told to me before given outlet in my village. The company will fraud with me and he will play game with my business. Can you take any action of the company members or request you to arrange the cancellation of new outlet in my village.

                                    sir mera naam amit joshi hai meine suvidhaa service june mein li thi.net ki problem k vajah se meine nayya connection liyya par uske baad software install nahi huyya.company ki aur se jo ayya usko patta nahi kitne phone kiyye par koi response nahi ayya.ab aap hi bataye k itne paise invest karke ab kya kare.is commplaint ko jaldi response bheje.

                                    my photon+ number [protected] i have pay Rs 1250 on 8/12/2010 on suvidhaa outlet at sultan puri MAHESH TELECOM. but this payment is not updated on my tata photon+ when i call on customer care of suvidhaa infoserve customer care they tell me the bill was updated and service provider is telling no payment updation. so tell me where is my payment. so tell me what to do
