i am hari prasad i have purchased suvidhaa info services retail outlet in 10000/- rs at the time of purchasing executive committed that they will not give suvidhaa out let in 01 KM readies from my out let but now they have given the same out let in 100 mts readies only so please do the need full as soon as.

my out let name is bhavani enterprises 3 retailer id is 8480

i was send request for user id and password on 16 th july and every day calling in suvidhaa call center they not give me user id and password but everyday give me new reference no. this is a real a big cheter...

please aapko bus yeh hi kahna chahunga ki agar aap kabhi bhi suvidhaa par trsut mat karna.... main to bahut preshan hu suvidhaa ki services se.... maine 1 ticket book kiya talkal ka to 2 ticket ban kar aa rahe hai...

sab ke sub jhoot lonte hai yeh log.... i'll take some serious action. bus main to inki services se itna preshan hu ki mujhe hi pata hai......

they gave me very bad servies.from the date i have taken it i am feeling very helpless.
no one is there to help us.

i complaint for installation software of suvidhaa on 8 march,2010 but no responce from suvidhaa.i phone on [protected] every day ,they tell soon they contact you within 7 days after complaint but no response from it, so kindly istall the software as soon as possible.my frenchies code-8440,om collection-sanpada....

I have taken suvidhaa retailership in 2007. In 2009 I have not work in my login id which provided by suvidhaa. I open my id in december month it will be open and after two days again open my id but it show invalid login id and password. I call to suvidhaa custmor care and they told me give us a mail to us for this problem and we will change your password. After this at till date i have call him many time and send him many mail but till date...

I have taken suvidhaa service in 2007. For last few months i am going to another place so i could not open my suvidhaa id. I came back in january and open my suvidhaa id it will show invalid login after this i call on suvidhaa custmor care and told him my problem they told me give us a mail for this after disconnect the phone i send a mail to suvidhaa company for my problem. Last two months (jan and feb) i call to company...

WHICH GIVES THE MANY SERVICES IN ONE BANNER.
THEIT EXECUTIVES RAJU DESAI COME & GIVE ME FRENCHISEE OF SUVIDHAA COLLECTION CENTER.
THEY GIVE ME ALL SERVICES IN 5000RS & 1000 BALANCE.
THEY INSTALL & I STARTED IT.
ONE MONTH THEY PROVIDE ME ALL SERVICES
THEN AFTER THEY CLOSE THE RAILWAY...

I have got this service from last 6 month ....

this service is very bad i[censored] r intersted in it pls do not invest here......
till now i have not got banner and advertising material from them.....
no regular mobile recharges available
very slow software....on broadband also....
very bad customer service agent......
no free customer service no.
i[censored] raise a call today it will take one...

I cant access suvidhaa software from today morningg,
lots of time i try to run the program...
but there was errer displayed that : internet explorer errer.
Suvidhaa customer care executive said that you might have a internet problem,
but If I had internet problem, how could i open yahoo, google, and other sites..
suvidhaa is not working properly since last 20 days.
In begining it was good, but nowadays...

software installation is done but no response is given by software for last few hours....
