I am Manoj Chaudhari from my site lot's of complaint for suvidhaa info services.
1) I have purchased suvidhaa info services retail outlet in 7500/-rs o august 2011. At the time of purchasing executive committed me will get 2250/- rs partly payement every month but only one month will come 750/- that's all. then i not get any money.
2) The Marketing sale's educative is said before i purchaed Suvidhaa is good service and no query in this service against another services. After I purchased he change all of things and if any query coming on me he said I said before.
3) Before I purchased he said to me money transfer service is started in 15 ot 20 days after deduct money 2500/-rs from your account . and We give the Certificat & Advertising Goods for That Service. In my Account deduct on date 13/09/2011 Rs 2500/- then the service will start on 3rd week of November almost 2months late. Then they give me only handbills, cards and payment slip. and not give any Banner, advertising Light board, & extra.

      sab ke sub jhoot lonte hai yeh log.... i'll take some serious action. bus main to inki services se itna preshan hu ki mujhe hi pata hai...

          dear sir,
          This is to inform you that this service is really wonderful and also very convenIEnt . but there is one thing which I don't like, is the receipt which you are giving is not the same for all type of payment. IE for LIC policy you are giving A4 size but for Gujarat gas payment your receipt size is just 1/5 of the A4 size . so the franchises want to save paper they tear from 1/5 of4 size after taking print out for GUJARAT GAS PAYMENT RECIPT, but after that if there is LIC policy receipt they continue from that point so the next person get receipt having cutting line on the centre, which is difficult to preserve the receipt in one pIEce
          so kindly give instruction to your franchises to give full page receipt or change your software so that it comes in full page, . (all receipt should be of equal size)

              they gave me very bad servies.from the date i have taken it i am feeling very helpless.
              no one is there to help us.
              there exu.are very good.they gave clients very good services.
              mr.chain singh hada who gave us the fr.is toooo good to handle.
              no exu.is picking the phone
              first when mr.hada came to us they want to give us fr.in 10,000rs.
              we tried to convence them to give fr.in 8000 he agree to give in rs.5000
              we told every one that he is a fool.but he is too smart that in month january they stop railway on our franchaee.
              after that no one is responding in this matter
              mr.rakesh vyas come to us and promise that he will start railway in 3000 in between 7to 10 days
              after that it is 15days have gone but nothing happen

              Dosto main aap sab logo ko Suvidhaa ke bare mein batana chata hu. Main ne aaj se 3 months pehle yeh service Delhi main Tilak Nagar area mein yeh soch kar li the ki company wale apni baat per kabhi bhi galat nahi hote hai. Jab mujhe is company ke bare mein bataya gaya to kaha gaya tha ki yeh Reliance ki company hai aur aap hamare server se Rail Ticket, Koi Bhi Mobile Charge, Bill Payment, LIC Payment etc. easy way mein de sakte hai. Aur Hum Aap ko aap ke area mein kam karne ke liye advertisement ke liye printing material, Stickers, Sign Board etc. dege jiske liye aap ko 10000/- Rs. dene padege. Maine inki bato mein aa kar Rs. 10000/- ka cheque diya aur maine inki service lekar apni musibat bada li. Jab maine rail booking ki koshish ki to booking hona to door koi bhi reply nahi aai. Inke dwara diye gaye call center per phone karne per kisi ne phone nahi uthaya. Kisi tarha haath pair marne per us person se baat ki jisne offer di the to woh bola ki aap hamare message box mein ja kar compnaint kare hum app se 1-2 hours ke beech contact karege. Ab batao ki agar app ki rail ticket book nahi ho rahi to aap customer ko kahege ki 1-2 hours interzar kare reply aane per batae ge ki ticket kyo nahi book hue. Dustri baat mobile charge ki is server se aap Airtel ka koi bhi phone charge / bill payment nahi de sakte. Bill payment per kaha gaya tha ki aap ko Rs. 5/- per bill save hoge per kaam karnet per pata chala ki yeh Rs. 5/- aap ko customer se lene padege jisme se aap ko company ko Rs. 2/- dene padege as a service charge. Jab maine unse pucha ki yeh baat mujhe pehle kyo nahi bataye gayi to unhone kaha ki aap ke sales persons kon the maine unka name batya "Mr. Dabas" tham yeh jawab tha ki woh to job chod chuke hai is liye ham nahi jante, aap ko form bharana hi hoga. Sign Board, Printing Material, ke bare mein puchne per jawab mila ki pichle 1 mahine se hamari company ne policy bani hai ki hum unlogo ko board dege jo hame written mein likh kar denge ki aap ko board ki requirement hai kyoki log board ka mis-use karte hai. Jab maine unse pucha ki yeh policy to 1 month pehle bane hai per mera board to pichle 3 months se due hai woh boli ki hum is bare mein kuch nahi jante aap ko written mein hi dena padega.               I'm also retailer of suvidhaa. I taken it 1month and 10 back. I'm quite happy with the services suvidhaa provide.But i don't know what happened with him 3 months ago. But now software is absolutely working fine. I got all pop while taking retailership and i got board with in month. Suvidhaa people help me whenever i contact him. I want you to contact to sales manager or distributor of your area. What do i belleive they will help you. age aapki marji.

              Dosto Aap logo ki tarah mene bhi yahi soch kar suvidhaa franchisee lee the socha business badhega lekin kya pata tha yeh suvidhaa hi duvidhaa ban jayegi. Mene customer ki flight book kari thi delhi se coimbatore ki jiska kiraya display kiya gaya 20516 (4 people) lekin booking hone ke baad jo printout nikla woh delhi se mumbai ka aya customer care se sampark kiya toh unhone kaha ki apne mumbai ka hi ticket book kiya tha. Mene unhe kaha ki agar aisa hai to ye bataye ki kiraya itna jyada kyo laga kiraya delhi se mumbai ka[protected]ke bich hota hai (4eperson) ka. To bhi koi positive response aj tak nahi aya. Finally me airport jakar ticket ka snapshot niklwa kar laya jo ki delhi se coimbatore ka hi tha par suvidha ne print out bar bar galat dekar ek bar to tension create kar diya tha.
              Mujhe salesman ne kaha tha ki 5000/- do aur suvidha shuru karo meine aisa kiya per 1month mein rail ticket band ho gayi baad mein bola gaya ki 5000 aur do taki permanent rail ticket shuru hojaye. I was cheated by them.
              Sir I took the services of Suvidhaa from Suvidhaa, Kolkata office Mr. Sukumar Pramanik (Sales Executive) . When I went to take the agency from them they registered in the outlet name SUVIDHAA TRAVELS instead of MAYANET TELECOMMUNICATIONS and even they assured me casually that it’s a simple thing, will be changed within 2months .As I have paid cheques, security deposit of my account so that the agency i am registering must be in the name of MAYANET TELECOMMUNICATIONS so that I can be a Suvidhaa retailer but Mr.Sukumar Pramanik(Sales Executive ) and Mr.Tathagatha Saha (then present Area Sales Manager) casually informed that it will be changed without any harassment. They Said it’s just a Casual matter . My suvidhaa id is 25767.

              These people from Kolkata office not only were not listening to my plea; also they stopped communicating with me, even used to reject my phone calls and now requesting me not to put mails to Mumbai office, they'll do the needful here only.

              Also would like to request your good self to put a strong hold on these Regional Sales/Marketing teams, as at the time of selling their products they commit on several things, which they often failure to fulfill after activation. Because I don't want others to suffer in the same manner like me.

              Hence it seems as a pure fraud case .

              Anyways this time strongly solicit a small & concise reply of yours, thus oblige.

              sir, i tried to recharge my mobile [protected] online through suvidhaa. i got message of deduction from my sbi account but the mobile did not get recharged on 29/03/2014. my transaction id of sbi is 88406502IGS5538365. please look into the matter.
              sab se ghatiya servise 18 september ko 50 rupees ka recharg kiya recharg succes ho gaya pese mere suvidhaa account se kat gaye custmer ko koi benefit nahi mila 2 ghante bad complent dala to 24 ghante ka time diya aur 24 ghante me bhi koi result nahi nikla custmer care call kiya to had kar di in suvidhaa walo ne kehte hy 22 september ko result denge

                I am Subhajeet Sarkar, the branch manager of OSS Retails Pvt. Ltd. which is Done Card Group.
                We are the master distributor of IRCTC and have 22 branches in India and 1 branch in Nepal. We have more than 60000 agents in all and we are also approved from Reserve Bank Of India and has the authority of promoting prepaid instrumental cards just like debit card or Visa card or Master card.
                Services we provide:

                  I have taken suvidhaa retailership in 2007. In 2009 I have not work in my login id which provided by suvidhaa. I open my id in december month it will be open and after two days again open my id but it show invalid login id and password. I call to suvidhaa custmor care and they told me give us a mail to us for this problem and we will change your password. After this at till date i have call him many time and send him many mail but till date they have not give me my password. Three weeks before one custmor care person told me that your id is login, I told him that i am not using my id after this they have not blocked my id and not issue another password. please do needful

                    I have taken suvidhaa service in 2007. For last few months i am going to another place so i could not open my suvidhaa id. I came back in january and open my suvidhaa id it will show invalid login after this i call on suvidhaa custmor care and told him my problem they told me give us a mail for this after disconnect the phone i send a mail to suvidhaa company for my problem. Last two months (jan and feb) i call to company custmorcare after two or three days and they told give us a mail for this complain and i send him a mail. i have send him many mail but i have no result found. two weeks ago i call to custmercare and they told me your user id is login and you are using your id, i told him that i am not using my id and i am not give my id to another person. then they told me that send us your code, shop name, contect no, and address and email id, after disconnect the phone i send him a mail and told all detail and this i call him after every two days and till date i have no result found please help me. WHEN I TAKE THIS FRANCISEE THE MARKETING PERSON OF SUVIDHAA SAID YOU HAVE TO PAY RS 10000 FOR SUVIDHAA UTILITY SERVICES IN THAT YOU COULD BOOK RAIL TICKET, AIR TICKET,PREPAID MOBILE RECHARGE,ELECTRICITY BILL,GIFT ITEM SERVICE, LIC PREMIMUM AND MANY OTHER NEEDABLE SERVICES.
                      WHEN I ASK HIM THAT ANY OTHER SCHEME FOR LIC AGENT OR OTHER HE SAID IF YOU ARE LIC AGENT THAN OUR COMPANY IS GIVING YOU THIS FACILITY IN 5000 SO I READY FOR THAT AND TAKE A SUVIDHAA FACILITY IMMEDIATLY.

They also havent provided display banner.

                        WHICH GIVES THE MANY SERVICES IN ONE BANNER.
                        THEIT EXECUTIVES RAJU DESAI COME & GIVE ME FRENCHISEE OF SUVIDHAA COLLECTION CENTER.
                        THEY GIVE ME ALL SERVICES IN 5000RS & 1000 BALANCE.

                          I have got this service from last 6 month ....

                          this service is very bad i[censored] r intersted in it pls do not invest here......
                          till now i have not got banner and advertising material from them.....
                          no regular mobile recharges available
                          very slow software....on broadband also....
                          very bad customer service agent......
                          no free customer service no.
                          i[censored] raise a call today it will take one month or more to get solved.....

                          Please try some other agency but not SUVIDHAA......

                            I cant access suvidhaa software from today morningg,
                            lots of time i try to run the program...
                            but there was errer displayed that : internet explorer errer.
                            Suvidhaa customer care executive said that you might have a internet problem,
                            but If I had internet problem, how could i open yahoo, google, and other sites..
                            suvidhaa is not working properly since last 20 days.
                            In begining it was good, but nowadays it become one type of problem...

                                I recharged on 6th August through IOB online bill payments. My amount deducted fraction of second... But I did, nt get any recharge... So I called Suvidha immediately they said wait for 2 hours if not get recharge call back...then i call back again after 4 hours they called i don, t know about that and all... finally i got one person they said sorry mam suvidha only customer service no recharges and all... then he cut the cal... now my question i didn't get any information and i lost the amount Rs. 110.00... so where can i Complaint this... i got message and i have print also recharge successfully... but today 8th august i didn't received the money also...
                                Please don't recharge online in suvidha... this is my kind information...

                                    My name is Nikit Sawant. On 27 June, 2009, I had applied for a franchise outlet of Suvidhaa Services. As soon as I applied the representatives came gave me a welcome kit which was in return for a cheque of Rs.10,000 which was a “non refundable deposit”.

                                    As any sales representative would boast of their company’s services, they did the same. The hell journey started when the cheque got cleared. It’s been three months and still my franchise is not activated. After a meeting in their Head Office with their Operations Head, I had sent a mail on 23rd September, 2009 as per his instructions regarding the issues with my franchise outlet.

                                    I have made numerous calls to the office but still no success. As the deposit is non-refundable the Operations Head says that the amount cannot be refunded. Now, Diwali is round the corner and I was supposed to start it before the Ganesh Festival. If any on wants to apply for Suvidhaa, go else where.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    It is really surprising to see Team Suvidhaa passing the buck saying that documentation incomplete from my side. For your kind information I have submitted all the necessary documents needed for a franchisee.

                                    If my documents were incomplete why was I not informed about the same. Neither did Suvidhaa called me to verify my information nor did anyone visited my place. I was misguided by your TSI Umesh (Dahisar Territory) to get an account here on my residential address and later transfer it to my Sangli address. It is your company's malpractices used to just lure customers and then use their money, without giving any services.

                                    Even after three months of opening an franchisee account, I was not given the necessary training, hoardings which were part of the agreement. It was on my initiation I met your Operations head Mayuresh on 22 September, 2009. As per his suggestion I did send an email on 23 September, 2009 to him [protected]@suvidhaa.net and copied it to jayesh.[protected]@suvidhaa.net, [protected]@suvidhaa.net. Earlier I had sent a same reminder email on 18 September, 2009 to [protected]@suvidhaa.net, [protected]@suvidhaa.net. The email included my transfer address with an attached BSNL bill for address proof and all the details of the services I wasn't given. For eg;-

                                    1) Change of address;

                                    2) Allotment of new login ID;

                                    3) Training by engineer on how to operate the software;

                                    3) Registration in the IRCTC Dongle plan;

                                    4) Delivery of backlit boards and flex boards as per the agreement.

                                    As always I did not get any response from Suvidhaa. On October 7, 2009 I sent a reminder mail about your lapses to [protected]@suvidhaa.net, [protected]@suvidhaa.net; [protected]@suvidhaa.net; jayesh.[protected]@suvidhaa.net. I got the following response

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    This is with the reference to your trail mail, PLS find my reply:

                                    Activation status: Active on 25th Sept. 2009.

                                    Change of address: Concerned address change form was forwarded by us on your mail ID on same day.

                                    Training issue: Yes, It's delay from us, which will be resolved shortly.
                                    Sorry for the delay.

                                    Registration in IRCTC Dongle Plan: Sorry it won't be possible as said scheme is already discontinued by us long back.

                                    Delivery of Backlit board: It's in process. Will deliver shortly.

                                    Till today (14 December, 2009) I am waiting for any initiation from your side. I was duped by your company and by all this process it is clear that the company has no CRM responsibilities. All I want now is my hard earned money back.

                                      maine last month suvidhaa ki id li thi as a agent & jab lene ka plan tha tab company employee ne aakar kaha ki hamari company ki services aap lijiye aur kabhi aapko problem nahi aayegi but jab maine company ki service le li to meri id mei mera firm ka naam hi sahi nahi tha to maine uske regarding maine jab baat ki to bole ki aapka naam sahi ho jayega jo aaj tak bhi sahi nahi hua...... & airline ke fare mei agar dokho to maine ek ticket book karna tha TRV to DLI 31dec.09 ka to suvidha mei check kiya to uske fare 5600/- aa raha tha to jab maine passenger ko bataya to usne mujhe bahut bura-2 kaha because other service provider same ticket, same flight mei[protected]Rs me provide kar rahe the.....

                                      Rail mei bhi inki yeh hi problem aa rahi hai suruaat se hi....kabhi bhi morning mei tatkal ticket book nahi hote hai hamesha ERROR aati hai and jab maine abhi OXIRAIL id se ticket book karta hu to ek dum se ho jate hai...

                                      AAJ to suvidhaa ne mere saath jo kiya hai woh to soch bhi nahi sakta tha main....maine 1 ticket SRE to LKO ka Train No.5012 mei 07 sep09 ke liye book karne ke liye dala tha to bahut der baar software window par EOOR aayi & ticket book nahi hua to maine apna balance check kiya to mera balance bhi same tha 15 mintues wait karne ke baad bhi jab koi confirmation nahi aati to maine apni OXIRAIl id se ticket book kar liya but after 30 mintues mujhe confirmation aa rahi hai ki aapka ticket book ho gaya hai...
                                      tab tak to main passenger ka ticket book kar chuka to to uska loss to muje hi lena pada...& jab maine customer care baat ki to unka jawab tha ki aap hame call kyu kar rahe ho aap apne AREA SALES MANAGER se baat karo.....

                                      dear all , ab aap hi bataiye main kya karu????? maine to lagta hai koi badi galti kar di hai ...maine company mei apna paisa wapis lene ke liye kaha ha...dekhte hai company mera paisa wapis karti hai ya nahi??? lekin ek baat main kahunga ki agar company ne mera paisa wapis nahi kiya to main consumer court mei apply karunga & company ke naam se bhi 1 case file karunga beacuse in 10 din mei mujhe jitni tension company ne di hai usko sirf main hi jaanta hu...daily baat karne mei 150-200 ke phone bill aa jata hai mujhe....

                                      so please agar aap meri tarah tension me nahi padna chahte ho to please BHOOL kar bhi SUVIDHAA ko agency mat lena chahte company staff aapko koi bhi lalach de........
                                      coz main to yeh sub sahan kar chuka hu.....bus 1 hi advice hai aap sabhi se id lene se pahle soch lena ki agar aapko apne liye aur apne customer ke liye ASUVIDHAA chahiye to aap SUVIDHAA le lijiye....

                                        myself piyush pravinkumar soni, i was distributor of suvidhaa infosyes pvt ltd.mr.alpesh khatri and mr.chandrakant patil made me distributor in the year of 2007/2008.
                                        at that time i gave them deposit of rs.50000 on the refundable base.but they both do something wrong in loby and yet i can not recived my refundble money due to this two gays.
                                        is it possible that any compny of india when appoint a new distributor in any district without deposit.i never seen any company in india who had appointed with out deposit to become a distributour.
                                        i need your help becoz amount is 50000Rs.and last 2 years not a single employee of company heard my complain.
                                        please help me for the same and do needful also
                                        i need my money back but due to this all imbalancing behave i am socked and no one give proper answer for my quarry.

                                        Big froud company suvidhaa, hug my 90000rs. 50000 rs distbutior secority hr0817 code. And 30000 rs block money for retail franchise, tell me for audit perpose, 10000 rs franchise fees, its around 5 year.plz help me, all comapany member are froud, the biggest froud person name is mr.
