Swiggy — 2 hours late for delivery from 4.3 kms

I have ordered food from Thalassery Restaurant on[protected] at 8.34pm which was just 4.3 kms. Even on 10.27pm the item has not been delivered.

Almost 2 hrs... The swiggy service is becoming pathetic...

As I have made the upfront payment, If I cancel swiggy will not be paying me the refund also.

No one to file against such horrible support...
