Swiggy — account deactivated.

I am a regular swiggy user. All of a sudden my swiggy account got deactivated without any reason. I filed a complaint regarding the same. But haven't got solved with this problem. A week back one of your executives contacted me to verify my details. After verification he told your account will be activated within 24 hours. It has been more than a week and the account remains the same. Unable to order something to eat.
Now using zomato and uber eats instead.
I'm sending emails regarding this issue to swiggy but no response. I'm quite disappointed with this service.
I will give poor ratings in all possible websites and social media.
And switching over to uber eats & zomato.
