Im from visakhapatnam, have ordered food from swiggy on 20th and 21st of march 2019.

On 20th march 2019, ordered food on swiggy, when it reached me, the lid of the food box was opened and most of the food was spilled in the cover, when questioned faced very rude behaviour and not addressed the issues nor apologized. Extremely impolite, and he took almost an hour to deliver. The food court was rite in the city and not much distance to reach me, yet took an hour. I placed the order in the evening around 7:33 and i received at 8:44.

On 21st march 2019 ordered food on swiggy at around 8:01pm and i received at 9:05.

    Yesterday, i had ordered two items from 'the saffron' (Nearby restaurant). Ordering at 9:05 pm, i didn't receive the order even after 1 and a half hour. I called your delivery executive, and he said, that he was stuck as the restaurant was not giving him the order. I was not able to cancel my order, so i asked help from him. He tried to cancel the order from his side.in the meantime, the restaurant gave the order for delivery. The delivery executive called me and he explained me the situation. I asked him to deliver it to me. When he reaches my doorstep, the order gets cancelled. Now at 11: 30 in the night, i starved with no food with me.

      Today i have ordered a crispy chicken burger from karachi bakery
      (Address: h. No:[protected], inner ring road, opp: aradhana theatre,
      Metro pillar no:24, tarnaka, secunderabad, telangana
      500017)

      I have ordered the same burger from the very same place three times now. And the first time i received the burger and the chips, well sealed in the box. There were enough chips and the chips were sealed in a separate plastic cover. The second time when i ordered it, the chips were just spread in the box, along with the burger, and there were only 4 chips. The third time,

        Hi,
        This is to inform you that we are extremely disappointed with the order and delivery from your end. First of all we placed the order early (I. E. 12 40 pm) in anticipation of it to reach early but the delivery came nearly after 2 hours. The pizza was cold and all stuck to the paper beneath it. It wasn’t enjoyable to eat such a pizza especially when the place is so renowned. We are extremely disappointed as customers on receiving such poor service on your end. It only makes us not want to order from you'll the next time. Henceforth kindly see all possible requirements from your end and ensure that no customer is disappointed the next time. Lunch is something everyone looks forward to especially when they are ordering from out. But if your service continues to hamper like today i'm sorry to say that no customer will ever want to order from you'll.

          On 08/03/2019, for against an order to swiggy, i paid the amount rs.1, 365/- through your online payment gateway razor pay otc no: c4qpt1fwqcz6rr swiggy/cn[protected]/c4qpt1fwqcz6rr. Bank confirms that payment is made to swiggy. But your delivery boy took cash payment, because as per him, it was swiiggy's instruction that it was on cod, and he told also if online payment was made, it will be refunded to my bank account within 7 days.

          Now upto this time on 22/03/2019, no money is still refunded to my bank account. Please refund the amount rs. 1365/- to me immediately.

          Pl. Take action to my refund with immediate effect.

            I had ordered with the wrong address and realised only after payment and instatnly i contacted the help and they told me not to worry the delivery boy will reach if the actual address is within 5km. The address is 3km from the given address so instead of canceling they asked me to contact delivery person. And the delivery person number is wrong number and tried to contact him multiple times and finally after 20min i get a new number of delivery person from swiggy and when i contact him he says he can't deliver and the customer care says we are cancelling since delivery boy doesn't want to deliver. And the lady on the phone just says we will deduct 98rs and cuts the call. I haven't got any explanation why i was made to wait for 30min just to cancel an order on top of that why was i charged 98rs when the fault was also at your end not to cancel the order when the delivery person cannot deliver the order. Instead made me wait for 30min and then cancel saying it was only my fault to give wrong address and cut the call without being polite. I was denied delivery as per your terms and conditions the distance between the two address was only 3km you can even check on google maps and then charged me extra after making me wait for 30min. I need a response as i have the proof of conversation and the delivery person's phone recording which says wrong number and and the recording of your official saying we are not deliving because the delivery boy doesn't want to deliver so we are cancelling.

              I had ordered food from a particular restaurant and paid for it using my debit card. The amount was debited but swiggy says payment not completed and i m waiting since 1 week there is no refund the message said any amount if debited shall be refunded within 3 -7days. I went to the bank and checked the account details there was no refund. Very disappointed by swiggy s service. Had expected much more. Playing with customers money. Not a good business.

                Hello i stay near gachibowli, daily i travel in the peak hours to office and return to home, but on the way one of the delivery executive hit me with his rash driving and made the traffic, tried to catch him but he rash with in seconds, so please kindly give counseling to the delivery executives to drive carefully without disturbing the common people. If at all this happens again i take a picture / video and upload in the social media.

                  I ordered food and it was picked by chaitanya behera [protected], security gaurds were not allowing him to enter and told him go walk by foot till hostel, my addres was written till hostel and he did not come till the hostel. There was another girl who ordered from swiggy, her delivery man came by foot till hostel and was not disrespectful or arguementative towards the customer. This is the first time i have expereinced such absurd behaviour from any delivery man and i have been a regular customer using the app, i really want strict actions to be taken against this delivery man as he did not come to deliver, cancelled the order and imposed an amount of 140n on my next delivery.

                    On behalf of my client Mr Amitabh Verma I hereby server. You this legal notice for immediate compliance

                    1. That my client has been ordering food and other items including beverages uet cetera from your application for the past two years or so,

                    2. That initially your services was satisfactorily but for the past 3 months my client has been discovering that orders are not deliver properly or they are wrong orders or they are sub-standard, spoilt having serious health hazards and not adhering to directions, specifications of FSSAI,

                    3. That my client complained to you many times by the chat service on the mobile application, email and also in Twitter and each time you accepted your mistakes, apologizing for the same and assured my client that "next time services will be upto the mark and will improve", but the same kind of deficiency in services continued and is still continuing,

                    4. That my client also sent complaints to you via Twitter personally warning you that legal action will follow if my client is not compensated for the losses suffered by him due to the deficiency of food services and food items sent, but you refused to pay any serious regard to my clients complaints and in fact many times you called him and abused him and threatened him that he'll be beaten up and killed and also saying that since you are a big company you are above the law,

                    5. That in fact many times in various orders food items sent were sub standard and not send by restaurants accredited by FSSAI.Also many times wrong and different items were sent with my client didn't order and many many times few items in the complete order were also not not sent an incomplete orders were sent,
                    6. That on one hand use apologize to my client and on the other hand once you came to know that he has sent his complaints to the police commissioner of police to register FIR against you for your actions of cheating, fraud, criminal conspiracy for the cheating, defrauding looting and deliberately cheating my client and also millions of Indians (as my client found out via his research on Twitter, that there are thousands and thousands of other people similarly looted and cheated by yourself), you immediately blocked my clients account on your mobile application which is completely illegal, arbitrary, illegal, trampling my clients legal, constitutional rights and unconstitutional under article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and hence you are liable to be jailed for contempt of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and hon'ble Parliament of India for aperiod of no less than 10 years,

                    6. That due to the aforementioned facts you have committed various crimes under the Indian penal code and under consumer act against my client and my client has also sent a complaint to the Commissioner of Police to register an FIR against yourself and all senior management of swiggy. It has also come to the notice of my client through various media reports that 40-50 of your delivery servants had smashed and destroyed a restaurant Kalkaji in South Delhi and beaten the owner and customers present there and alsoyour servants are not verified by the police which is mandatory under law.Hence you are culpable under various criminal sections of the Indian penal code and also under the consumer act.

                    Hence in light of the above mentioned facts you are called to immediately issue and in unconditional apology to my client in writing via email and also unblock his account on swiggy mobile application, as well as pay a compensation of rupees 10 lakh rupees to my client for all the severe trauma, emotional pain, mental trauma and harassment and hardship caused to my client due to your said illegal, discriminatory, malafide, mischevious, criminal acts. In case you fail to do the same within 7 days of receipt of this legal notice my my client reserves the right to initiate legal action against you in relevant courts of law, both Civil and criminal and if the said legal actions are initiated by my client then they will be at your own risk cost and consequences kindly note.

                    A copy of this notice is kept in my office for further action.

                    If however you issue an unconditional and sincere apology to my client and unblock his account in your mobile application, my client may consider not moving the consumer court to recover the said compensation against you.

                        I order food daily almost three times from swiggy. What annoys me is that if i order a partcular food from the list, after some time i get a call from swiggy that the item is not available and ask me to order another item. By the time it gets delayed and i feel hungry. It happens almost every third day. My contention is that if one item is not available then why are they not removing the item from the list. They mechanically feel sorry in an automoated form and they are not at all amending themselves thus making me a fool. Ordering food from swiggy is always a mental agony till i receive the particular food item that i have ordered. It is the fault of the persons who are managing the day to day affiars of the company.
                        Order given for lacha parata, rumali roti, noodles and 3 more items. But received items with out rumali roti and noodles. Immediately I called the delivery boy, but he didn't pick up the phone. Trial for several times. No response.

                              I ordered from swiggy from the restaurant punjabai by heart a dinner pack. in the meal, i found a cockroach in it. it is very disappointing when you trust your swiggy platform and you were delivered this type of food under your surveillance kindly have some knowledge about the quality of food provided by the restaurant before register under the platform of swiggy. take some strict action against the reataurant regarding this. i want you to take action against the restaurant for the quality of food provided by them.

                                We had placed and ice cream on swiggy, order on the 7 march. My order number [protected]. A message was received on my phone an hour later stating that the said amount would be refunded within 2 -4 days. Since i had paid cod i was expecting the amount to be refunded the very next day. It has been 13 days since and no sign of my refunded. Please work on your services swiggy as these minor flaws may work against you.
                                Hoping to be refunded soon.

                                    I am regular customer of zomato, ubereats. For the 1st time i thaught of trying out swiggy. Had worst experience ever with both the delivery executive and also the customer executive. God knows how but they got different addresses on gps and address typed out by me. After clearifying the required address also, instead of solving my issue they lutofied delivery charges of 25 rs without doing the delivery and charged me 102 rs of cancelletion for order amount of 205 (Amlost 50% was charged for cancelletion charges) not even specifying the amount deducted for. I would recommend every1 to go for zomato. Much professional and faster service providers. Not like this lutofying people. Devlivery person was also complaining of not paying well thus he cannot afford to go for my told address. Swiggy cannot satisfy their employees neither their customers.
                                    This is extremely un bearable from last month service is getting pathetic, 2 of my orders were charged from me but I didn't get the stuff, and moreover in the app they mentioned its delivered
                                    Dear Sir/Madam, I had orders in Swiggy (orderno #[protected] ) in hotel named "Namma Ooru Bhai Biriyani"186 New, Water Tank Road, Ayanavaram Rd, Ayanavaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600023, they had sent the bad smelling food. which is smelling like rotten egg. Biriyani is bad, smell is coming from it.
                                    I need a refund or good food from . Kindly help

                                        On march 6th 2019 around evening 4:30pn an order of cost 330 rupees made, no.[protected] . My money deducted, but got message from swiggy that money will be refunded. So we made same order again thinking earlier it was some server mistake. Again 330 rupees deducted, same message came .
                                        But money not refunded. Swiggy executive dint responded properly. I want this to be resolved right now. Or else I'll file under consumer rights act. You have cheated also troubling us mentally with very poor customer service. I want immediate response.

                                        I recieved wrong item and i complaint to customer agent they told to me they will refund that amount to my account but still now they didn't inititate my refund and such a bad thing from swiggy.
