I ordered food on food at 10:00pm but the delivery guy straight said no to me to come to my location so he just roam around the cafe from where i ordered the food for about an hour and keep giving us miss call so that at last the order got canceled from our side for not picking up his call and he will be not responsible for canceling the swiggy order....

Have you ever craved for your favorite food item after dinner, especially if it's a special occasion too? What do you do? I ordered on swiggy and waited for 36 minutes only to know that my prepaid order had been delivered at the wrong address.

I am a swiggy super member. I am out of town and i placed a prepaid order on the swiggy app from the waffle co, mega mall, dlf phase 1, gurgaon - 122001 on 25 february...

We run a restaurant in calangute, goa. We were approached by one of your executive named jennifer massey to join swiggy.
All the documents needed were handed over and contract was signed. But still we did not receive any confirmation or email regarding that we are now on swiggy. We called several times but no answer from her. We look forward for a positive reply from your end....

Today i placed 2 orders from same restaurant.
Instead of assigning a single executive swiggy assigned two different people for 2 orders.
Both the orders i placed around 7:50 pm today.1 st order was delivered at 9:15 pm which was very much late and 2nd was at 9:50 pm.
This could have been avoided if same person was assigned for both the orders as ordered from a single account.
Earlier also i placed orders like this...

I was told that i would get refund
But havent got it yet
Where is my refund of 299
Dominos & your agent told me that they wold give refund

Reply from swiggy : i have tried calling domino's pizza but their contact number is coming unreachable. However, i request you to kindly contact domino's pizza on - [protected] for the further assistance as domino's...

Its a more than a month i filled up their online registration form. And received an email that our team will in tpuch soon. But till date, noone contacted. Kindly provide us with a clear picture wheather your team can take us on board or not. Its meaningless to waste our time. Atleadt then we can tieup with other concerns like zomato.

Trust me, i thought you people are professional but sorry to say i am highly disappointed....

But for the same order other account is able to pay with cash
I have no clue why am i not able to pay in cash
As i have always been cooperative and haven’t ever caused any problem with cod
I just want to pay in cash

Your delivery person named jai contact no [protected].. Is texting me on whatsapp.. He has got my number while delivering food on jan 29.. He had delivered food at 2.55.. There seemed to be no prob during delivery.. Today he had messaged me in whatsapp for friendship.. It is extremely irritating.. Please take necessary action against this person.. Thanks......

My registered mobile number is not working due to some network issues.. I kept an order from the restaurant... They are trying to call me... But i haven't received any call from them... So instead of that i directly made a call to agent & saying address to him... After that i got a message from swiggy that your order got cancelled... Is there any mistake from my side?? I didnt get all the food not everything that was ordered was delivered. Then I called customer care to deliver that to me they said they will just take a strong feedback and they cant do anything. Then I asked for floor manager. Nilu the floor manager laughed (sarcastic) at me and said against my crying kid she will give INR 100 coupon. I know it might be your company policy but I cant feed my kid with Sarcasm and coupon....

This guy who delivered the food seems to have a very big attitude problem. His name is amit mandeliya, from gwalior. I ordered burger from fried chiken cuisine, byculla via swiggy.
