My account has been suspended by swiggy as they feel i have violated their refund policy Moreover i have 608₹ in my swiggy money and i am unable to use. Also i am unable to contact customer service and when i speak to them on chat they simply deny servicing me. Executive name is gautam I am really nit happy with the rude behaviour of a known company and i am penalised for nothing and i have lost 608₹.
